Tour itinerary said includes entrance fee, art guide and private tour of medici chapel. Got none of this. Just got the basic standard walking tour of Florence. Totally ripped off. Paid for things we never got.

Elisabetta was very friendly and knew A LOT about the Medicis, as well as a ton of other related-subjects, such as the artistry and craftsmanship needed to build and maintain their chapel. I highly recommend this tour for something different and deeper in Florence.
Eliza was awesome. So knowledgeable about the Medici’s and very personable. I wish I had more time with her! She went above and beyond helping me get to our next tour and navigate the somewhat complex ticketing system. We’ll be sure to rebook on our next trip!
Francesco was able to make history to come alive. We learned so much about Medici family and history of Florence. Francesco is so knowledgeable and professional!! He was an absolute delight to have as a guide.
After a few organisational issues because we were in the low season, we ended up with just two of us and a very pleasant guide. We learnt a lot about Florence, and the Medici family. We were shown many things that we would have otherwise passed by, and we made note of the places we wanted to visit later. *****. By the way, if you don't already know, red23, black 111 and black 13 are small square plaques above shop doors, not the street number !
Sylvia was outstanding!! Very informative and engaging!!! Highly recommend. Gave us a lot of information in an enjoyable format.
This was a great way to start our trip and get to know history and get a lay of the city to know where things are.
Our guide was amazing!!! Owner of company and a teacher. He was wonderful!! Highly recommend! Very interesting
This tour was interesting and informative. The guide, Franchesco, was passionate and engaged. We learned a lot about history.,
Guide was knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. She paced the tour well, did not leave anyone behind and tried to link the architecture to the Medici family in an entertaining way.
Amazing, loved the guide and everything, I learned so much, a really wonderful experience. I’m definitely gonna come back and see other places!
After our first tour with this company of the Uffizi & Accademia, we wanted to take a deeper dive to learn more about the Medici family and the city. We were worried that being the last tour of the day and being back to back with another of the tour guide's Medici family tours, maybe we wouldn't get the best service, but Arzu (I hope I've got this right!) was an amazing tour guide! She was very energetic and passionate, not only about telling the story of the Medici family but of the city, its history, and some of its little intricacies. She answered all of our questions, expanded on them, and gave us tips for our stay. 100% recommend this tour with Arzu.
Tour in English but the hostess contacted a guide who spoke French. We were 2 couples, Luigi offered us the bike tour at no extra charge. Great, more tours in the streets and monuments of the city of Firenze. And one English and one French. Congratulations to him. Details, anecdotes... We recommend.
Excellent tour, we were lucky to have a historian as a guide. We had a detailed explanation of all the points travelled.
Excellent professional agency and available for two reasons: 1. The day I planned the Medici walking tour, there were thunderstorms, which there were. In view of the forecasts, the agency, in the person of Julia, immediately made itself available to vary day and hour. Fantastic! 2. The guide, Francesco, is a boy of broad culture, who has been able to place the monuments in their historical context and tell much more about artistic knowledge but also the way of life of the time, the personalities of the protagonists, the anoddotes both concerning the prestigious de' Medici family and the artists of the time. Very prepared, passionate and engaging. I recommend this agency and will contact you directly for my next trip... we still have a lot to see in Florence!
