This was a great class! We booked the lasagna class, however we were asked to join the pasta class and I’m so glad we did. We made 3 different types of pasta and it was delicious. The only thing I would suggest is having the guests making the pasta wear gloves, other than that I have nothing to suggest.

Itinerary
We will learn how to make lasagna and tiramisu, which are famous Italian dishes. With flour, eggs, water, milk you will make the pasta and we will teach you the little Italian secrets. We are in the center of Florence near Ponte Vecchio, the heart of Florence within a curated and comfortable place. We will cook the lasagna together: how to make the dough with the rolling pin. I will explain how to cook a good Bolognese ragout and béchamel. While we cook, we prepare the Tiramisu that we can eat all together accompanied by our excellent Tuscan organic wine. We will taste 4 different Tuscan wines. The experience will last 3 hours, including cooking and eating all together. You will all receive the recipes with our secrets. We are waiting for you for a unique experience in Florence!

This was one of the most fun activities we did in Florence! We had the perfect group size of 6 people so it was easy to get to know each other and wasn’t too packed. Elenora, our teacher, was perfect; she made the class funny yet educational and the best part was the lasagna tasted amazing. 10/10 would definitely recommend this for your next trip to Florence!
We had a blast making our own pasta and sauces for the lasagna. Nicola explained everything you would want to know about Italian cuisine. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone in Florence, Rome, or Venice. Where they have locations. Food was great, atmosphere was great, and the people were incredible.
Michelle was a great teacher. We all laughed while we made some great food. It was like being with family. I can go home and make the dishes with confidence.
It was a great experience. We made pasta dough from scratch, got new knowledge about making lasagne and tiramisu, tasted wines and tried chocolate salami. The workshop was carried out with good humour and banter. Our instructor Andrea encouraged us and made it so much fun. Thank you!🌞
My family and I loved this class! Everyone (teenagers included) relaxed & enjoyed learning about pasta & making it. Of course eating our creation was a highlight! The lasagna & tiramisu were delicious & we enjoyed a wine tasting afterwards. Alessandra was a gracious hostess & amazing instructor.
We had a fantastic night learning about pasta and made amazing lasagna and tiramisu. Eleanora was so fun and informative, we loved her! Recipes were provided and we are ready to do make it all at home. Would highly recommend!
We had an amazing time and Elenora was Ana amazing teacher! We can’t wait to take what we learned home and make dinner and dessert for our friends.
Very fun afternoon making pasta. Location is very convenient. Learning traditional means for making pasta was very enjoyable. No more store bought for us!
Ilaria ( our instructor) was very knowledgeable and super professional with us. She had answers to all our questions and the info to take our cooking to the next level. Awesome.
We had a fantastic time! Our teacher, Melina, was the best! She made the class so much fun. Our boys (14 & 18) had fun too. She even had our oldest smiling and trying not to laugh (getting him to smile and laugh is not always easy). A friend recommended taking a pasta making class while we were in Italy and we weren't disappointed at all. Would recommend 10/10!
This was a great afternoon in Florence with my 16 year old daughter. We made fresh lasagna and fettuccine and ate it with Italian wine. Simona was a wonderful cooking teacher and I learnt a lot. Highly recommended!
I usually don’t make time for reviews but, Milena was extraordinary! She was very knowledgeable and a wonderful teacher because she explained why we did what we did. The air condition wasn’t working and she made it pleasant even with the heat and even found humor in it. I would highly recommend it and ask for Milena.
Unfortunately this was a very underwhelming experience for us! The young guy taking the class was operating alone, which made it difficult for Him. The whole thing was very basic, nothing like the pictures showing the end results of the cooking - paper paints are for picnics.
What an incredible experience with Milena!! She was great at explaining what to do, she was fun and loving. My sons, who are 21yo and 24yo shared afterwards they didn’t expect to love the cooking class as much as they did!! A terrific bonding experience with them! Milena was a wonderful teacher and host. Wine, white and red (water too) along with snacks before hand and during the class. After eating our lasagna and ragu with pasta we finished up with chocolate and limoncello. Perfection!! Cannot praise Milena enough!! Do this! You won’t regret it.
Great class! We made lasagna and spaghetti without machines. It was an amazing experience! after the class we also had wine tasting! Totally reccomended
Love Mili! She was the highlight! I was in awe of her ability to work with all especially the young kids. We would have loved making the sauce with her. It requires 3 hours so it was made in advance but it would have been nice to see her make that We only prepared the pasta.
We made lasagna sheets, then besciamel sauce and composed our own lasagna. I had made lasagna before, but I learnt some new tricks, which I will use again at home. Massive portions too, including fettucine, and plenty of wine. What can I say, amazing!
We loved this tour so much. It was the highlight of our trip. Melina was so accommodating and made the experience so much fun. I highly recommend
So much fun! Very engaging and we learned so much. Great for families with kids or couples. Great teacher that was so encouraging and engaging
Our family decided to book this class on a whim only the night before and let me say, it was one the best, most memorable experiences of our Italian vacation! Our teacher/chef Ally was so amazing, helpful and kind. The facility is clean, quaint and very welcoming with a space to prep and to sit and enjoy the pasta we created. Very delicious! We can't wait to share what we learned with our friends at home. To anyone considering any of the classes or experiences offered by this group/family, do not hesitate!
Three generations making fresh pasta - and really fun for everyone! Aly did a fantastic job engaging with our kids while making it fun and easy. My dad wore an apron for the first time. And we drank wine the whole time. Totally great. And the pasta and lasagna was delicious!!!! Thank you!!
This was a wonderful experience, our teaching chef, Milena, was amazing, very patient with us, had an expansive knowledge of Italian cooking and cuisine. She taught us pasta and sauce preparation so that we can go back home and prepare an Italian meal from scratch. She explained the rationale for each step of the process and taught us the techniques needed for a successful Italian meal preparation. The other participants signed up for the experience did not show up and she essentially gave my wife and I a private lesson in cooking. Despite just the two of us being there she never abbreviated the lesson and gave us the full experience. We highly recommend the cooking experience.
Alt was an amazing instructor. My husband and son had way more fun than they thought they would. This was a fun thing to do with the family- especially while it was raining.
The cooking experience was so much fun! We had a small group. Lots of personalized attention. We received recipes for what we made.
Sartone was the best! He made the process easy to understand and answered all our questions. Food was delicious. Would definitely recommend
Our family had a wonderful time making pasta and lasagna. Martha was a great teacher and made the experience fun for both us and our kids.
Great class. Ricardo was an amazing instructor!!! Learned a lot and had fun too. Highly recommended!
Aly was fabulous! Great experience and definitely a vacation highlight. I’ve wanted to do this for years. So worth it.
It was a nice experience and the kids enjoyed it and Bruna the host was amazing and helpful she shared lots of info and was nice to the kids. the final result was delicious ;)
Marco was a fantastic tutor and the food we made was excellent. Great group of people to work with and a lovely way to spend a few hours.
We had the most amazing experience at the cooking class we attended in Florence. My wife, our three teenagers, and I learned how to make lasagna and spaghetti from scratch. Our host Ms Aly was incredibly entertaining and made the entire session both fun and educational. From the moment we arrived, we felt motivated and engaged. Aly’s energy and passion for cooking were contagious, and even our teenagers, who can be hard to impress, absolutely loved it. The instructions were clear, and the hands-on experience was invaluable. We left with not only full stomachs but also a newfound appreciation for Italian cuisine. This event is perfect for anyone – whether you're alone, a couple, or a family. I can highly recommend this cooking class to anyone visiting Florence. It’s a must-do activity that you won’t regret!
This was a super fun experience! Our chef walked us through the art of making lasagna and fettucini. We had fun with the rest of the people in our class and had an amazing dinner to top off the class. I highly recommend if you are looking to make pasta for your first time!
Outstanding experience! The facilities were beautiful. Air conditioning helped it to be the perfect activity for a hot day. My 9 year old had the best time! The food was very good! We cannot wait to make it for our family! This was a wonderful way to spend the hot 12-3:00 hours in the Florence heat!
Lots of fun to be had with the family. Extremely well run and the food was simple to make with the clear instructions and my 12yo had a great time. Delicious
We had a great time, the host was exceptional and the pasta was absolutely delicious. The wine and dessert were also very nice.
Yasmine was so wonderful, she was knowledgeable and personable as well as funny! We made a delicious lasagna and had the choice between fettuccine and spaghetti, the only complaint was there was not unlimited wine. We were with a family who was so fun and kind, my fiancé and I had the best experience ever I would HIGHLY recommend!!!
Francesca is a wonderful teacher. We loved her stories of her Nona ! The class was very easy to follow , and the results of our cooking was superb. Maybe was actually the best pasta we had in Florence !.
Marta was a wonderful instructor and the pasta was delicious! we had a great time with a great group of people. A very memorable experience would recommend highly!!
Amazing and informative class Host friendly charming and knowledgeable Great class at a good price Would highly recommend ! Cathy USA
Absolutely wonderful!!! Milena was so nice and welcoming. We had a great group of very nice people. Her directions were easy to follow and she was helpful. The food was delicious!!!
This was fantastic! Antonella was amazing and made the whole class such an experience and so enjoyable. The setting is brilliant and very homely, the class itself is great and you get to eat the food you make at the end of the class. We now have the menu to take home and will be making fresh pasta going forward using the techniques we have. Antonella really is brilliant and treats you like family. There was never a dull moment and it was very educational. Would definitely recommend.
They did a great job from coaching us on how to make the pasta to the finished product. The only issue was the address of where the class was to be held was incorrect and needs updated
We had a very pleasant family time during this lasagna and tiramisu class with food and wine pairing at the Ponte Vecchio. Milena was simply adorable with the children. She was very educational and knew how to captivate our 3 daughters. The lasagna and the tiramisu were very good. We recommend this experience, it is an ideal activity to do as a family. A big thank you to Milena for her welcome and her kindness!
We were at the course with Michelle with our adult children. It was a wonderful and exciting afternoon. We would go again anytime. Only criticism. There are two No. 17s on this street. A note in the directions would be helpful.
It was an excellent experience, everything was very well organized. Our chef was Eleonora, and she was exceptional in her treatment, interaction, and explanation.
I recommend this experience, food wine and fun assured. There are x intolerant options, Great for children
Très bon, excellent prof Milena, nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir et nous avons appris beaucoup de chose.. MERCI
It was an incredible experience where we learned and shared as a group. Furthermore, Lucrezía was very friendly and a very good teacher. I recommend it!
