Horrible experience with this awful company! Use any other company! They did not provide the experience we paid for and then their nasty staff hangs up on you. Do not recommend!

Itinerary
Master the authentic art of fresh pasta making, starting with the traditional rolling pin technique before moving on to modern pasta machines. Under the expert guidance of your chef, you’ll work hands-on with flour, eggs, and fresh ingredients to prepare three different types of pasta, each paired with its own sauce, along with a classic Italian dessert. If you select the dedicated option, you can upgrade your experience to include a complete pasta, pizza, and tiramisù cooking class, learning how to prepare Italy’s most iconic dishes from scratch. This easy-to-follow class is fun, engaging, and perfect for individuals or groups of all skill levels. After cooking, sit down to enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared for lunch or dinner (depending on the option selected). Share the table with fellow travelers, toast with Tuscan wine, and savor an unforgettable Italian meal. Buon appetito!

Run away from this company!! I would give negative stars!! The worst experience of our trip. They do not tell you they are bussing you to another location for the class. We had a little trouble finding the meeting spot but were on the right street one minute away. We contacted the tour guide to say we were just steps away and running over and was told “no we are leaving without you.” We asked for the address so we could meet up with them at the cooking school, but they refused to provide it and would not let us take the class we paid for over! They are rude and unprofessional. I don’t know how anybody can treat their customers this way! We paid hundreds of dollars for our family to take the class and they couldn’t have been less helpful or understanding. I called the company headquarters and was hung up on. They are awful! Use another company!!
It was great experience. The chef and staff were great. Really recommend taking this class. It was awesome.
My daughter and I had a great time at this pasta making course. We made pasta dough then turned it into fettucine amd ravioli, plus we also made gnocchi. For dessert we made Panna Cotta. It was all delicious and the chefs leading the groups were great. A nice experience and something a bit different.
We enjoyed the chef but wished that he had us do hands on as he was teaching almost to much to remember
We really enjoyed the cooking class. Made some new friends and learned some new cooking skills from our hosts.
This was amazing! The chefs were wonderful and the premises were perfect. The food we created was delicious!!! I highly recommend this experience. Worth every cent!!
We had a great time cooking with the Chef, he made sure we had a great time and understood how to make traditional Italian pasta.
We have a great time. One of the most relaxing and fun experiences. Now finally I know how to make a pasta!
Such a fun time!!! Great class and such delicious food. We also got to meet great people. I would definitely this class.
The fun atmosphere and friendly staff made this a hugely enjoyable experience. We really appreciated getting the recipes at the end as this gave us a chance to remake this delicious meal at home.
It was so fun, and interactive. Wonderful way to learn about Italian culture other than museums. You will meet on a street corner- not as sketchy as it sounds- then everyone heads to the cooking studio. The chefs will break down all the steps. I actually left feeling like I could make an authentic pasta dish but I haven’t tried yet in the week I’ve been home. It was delish! Everyone in our family (6 of us- 3 teens) contributed and we made 3 pastas, sauce and dessert. It does take 3+ hours beginning to end. We had to sneak out a few minutes early because we had timed-entry museum tickets.
Our family was able to work as a team in preparing pastas, dessert, and sauces. And of course, enjoying the delicious meal we prepared ourselves!
This tour was definitely a highlight of my three week journey through Europe. Fun, interactive, personable and I left feeling like I would be able to make pasta again. I would definitely recommend.
Just do yourself a favor and book this for you and your family. Everyone is involved and learning. It was amazing and delicious. We’ve already made a plan to go home and make this meal again.
A fun interactive class. We got to cut, slice, and get covered with flour in a casual setting while putting together a great dinner. Rewarded by a good dinner with wine and new found friends .
The most memorable part was being taught how to cook different type of pasta and the proper way of cutting up various ingredients.
Our maestro made making pasta seem very easy. The results were fabulous. It was a great dinner at the end. We also bonded with the people at our table, which was a plus. We were very happy with the class.
We loved the variety of pasta and the sauces. The dinner was delicious We especially liked the instructor Francesco
My husband wasn’t at all sure about adding this trip to our itinerary but we both really enjoyed the experience. Our chef was great, very clear instructions and helpful when things didn’t go quite according to plan! I loved that we got to make 3 different types of pasta. I’d never made or tasted panna cotta before and it was delicious! We met and cooked with a lovely family from the States. There’s nothing better than sharing holiday experiences with others.
Great experience participating in Florence Cooking Class. The instructor was great: professional, knowledgeable and personable. He really made the experience a joy for all. Then we got to sit down and eat the delicious food we learned how to make! Met a lot of nice people who cooked in our group and then we ate together. One of our best experiences in Florence!
Our cooking instructors were excellent! The male was exceptional and made the experience one of our best! He accommodated a food allergy last minute and made an alternative dish that was delicious!
The cooking class was a lot of fun. The chef was very pleasant and I was in a nice group of people. We learned how to make 3 types of pasta and a dessert and then had lunch with our creations.
Fun and memorable. Can’t believe how much we learned and how much food we were able to make. Fettuchini. Ravioli, gnocchi and pans cotta! Good food and good company.
We enjoyed making 3 different types of pasta plus a simple dessert. It was easier than we thought, with the help of our instructor Naomi. They seem to have a good system down where everything is ready for us to do the hands-on part of the process. It was well-timed too, with enough time to enjoy our creations at the end. It was an evening well-spent. We look forward to making the recipes at home.
Amazing, such a must do experience! Plenty of food to make and eat! You’ll leave with plenty learned even if you’ve made pasta before. Groups are 6 to a table and very collaborative (in a good way). By the time food is served, you are eating with new found friends. The instructors are kind, helpful and so knowledgeable! 5 stars, 10/10, would recommend!
Had a wonderful time. The chef was excellent, explaining and demonstrating each step. Our meal that we made was delicious.
What a great way to spend an evening! The chefs were friendly and entertaining and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Small groups gave chefs time with each person and eating the final product was fantastic.
What a blast! My favorite experience of my trip to Italy. We met some wonderful people from all over the world and bonded over pasta. Our instructor was so friendly and patient.
We are a family of 4 and have an 11 and 14 year old. I wasn't sure if the class was going to feel worth the time or money, but it ended up being one of our favorite things we did in Florence. We got to make 3 pasta's (water based, egg based, and potatoe based), then you get to be served your dishes and given a bottle of wine. We met awesome people from all over. You get the recipes at the end. It was really really fun.
Exceptional. Very informative and so kind. The food was amazing. The spinach ravioli was delicious. Go hungry as the portions were generous
This was a wonderful value and as a baker and someone who loves to cook we learned more than we expected to. The instructions were easy and the food delicious. I wasn’t sure about this one but it was my favorite tour that we did. I cannot wait to get home and prepare these recipes for my friends and family.
Greta and tge entire staff were fantastic. Greta was our chef and she explained each step, gave hints on how to cook at home the same meals, time line, everything from a "pinch" of salt. I love to cook and truly enjoyed this class and sharing our meal. Bravo!
Excellent class. The chef was very clear and provided such useful tips. Enjoyed the people in the class as well which made it even a better experience. Highly recommend.
Please be aware before you book, this is a very beginner friendly course, if you’ve ever even tried to make your own pasta dough, you may not learn much. We were a little disappointed overall, the food quality was just okay, and we were expecting a more in depth class from the description, but we mostly just watched and learned as a table rather than as individuals. The class was around three hours, but most of the time was waiting for the chefs or waiting for the food. Had we been a little more aware of what the class would entail, we might have not attended. But if you’re a cooking beginner, and you like a rather large group setting, this is the class for you.
Sebastian was great. We made 2 types of pasta. He shared lots of tips like the proper way to cut and use garlic. We had had some wine as well. This tour was super fun and a great deal as well. There was a lot of food too!
So much fun! I’m not a chef by any means but the recipes were easy, tasty and very doable at home. The class was very organized and moved at a fast pace. The resulting dinner was fantastic! Probably one of our favorite things we did on our trip.
Delicious food, excellent teachers, and a fun time over all! We made gnocchi with ragu, spinach and ricotta ravioli with sage butter, fettucine with tomato sauce, and panna cotta. I can't eat pork products so they gave me a sorbet instead of panna cotta for dessert with no problem. There was also wine served with dinner.
I have learned a lot of handy tricks by people who obviously love their job! A lot of thanks to the chefs!
Incredible experience, very very good food and wonderful value for price. I would've appreciated a smaller class as the amount of people in the class did make it harder to get involved in all aspects, but a great way to meet new people and learn a new skill. The chefs were extremely kind and very knowledgeable.
My daughters loved this class. They got to learn to make several items and later eat them.... and got the recipes. They are already talking about making some of the dishes again. Recommend
Great class making wonderful food. Learned so much and ate too much. Chef was an amazing instructor, patient and engaged with the group. Highly recommend!
With 6 children ages 8-19 and three adults, we had a blast making three kinds of pasta and dessert. It was delicious; i learned some cooking tips; everyone could get involved. A fun evening with our chef Francesco.
Very fun - just make sure that if you want to cook as a family and not get split up to get into the rooms with the tables as quickly as possible. They only put 7 to a table so if you are a party of 5 and other people are parties of 5 and they get their before you then you will be split up.
The cooking class was well organized and the chefs did an amazing job modeling first and then giving us the opportunity to do it ourselves. We left with the recipe. Had an amazing time:)
We had a very nice time at this cooking class. While it was larger than other ones we’ve done, the chef had us at tables of six, which meant we were able to participate in all parts of the prep process. Our chef would explain the steps before we would go off and work independently. They took our finish pastas to be cooked. We then sat down at a table and the food was brought to us. It would’ve been nice to have been part of the cooking process as well. The food was quite good, and I think we will actually make some of the recipes when we get home.
Really outstanding experience.the chefs doing the teaching were knowledgeable and good at sharing their experience. We made several delicious dishes with clear directions for making at home. I only wish I could have done it twice!!!
This class refused to let us join, because we arrived one time. But they decided to leave early and not let us in the class
Such a fun experience! We had excellent chef who explained how to chop, make, and cook food. We had an amazing time. We would definitely do again.
Great course and delicious food. We got to take the recipes home and I can’t wait to prepare them on my own!! Greatly recommended :)
