This is the tour that never happened. We arrived early, not wanting to be late, as it was a 25 minute walk to get to the meeting point. Ten minutes after the tour was to have begun, I began reaching out through WhatsApp. Eventually I was able to talk to a human, who said to be patient, but that he would have the driver call. The driver did not call. After about another 10 minutes, the man I had talked to said something about waiting for a part to be replaced. He said we could wait, reschedule, or cancel and receive a refund. We took the refund. I expressed my frustration that we had not been contacted by the driver/tour operator. It was all very unprofessional and we wasted a morning that could have been scheduled doing something else.
Wife was ill so it was just myself & the enthusiastic,knowledgeable & funny Valerio. A great way to see some sites, vistas & learn about the history of many places. The cart was comfortable. Safe & powerful enough to get up some steep hills. Plenty of stops to take pictures & admire the views. Thankyou Valerio
Rubens was one of the most informative kind tour guides we have ever met. If we can give him six stars we would. We highly recommend booking this trip with him. Some of the sites were absolutely beautiful too in the hills.
The tour was beautiful and we got to see Florence from various angles! Our guide was pretty knowledgable and he was very kind and courteous!! The price was adequate for the time of the tour. No one else had signed up so it was just my group which was a nice surprise. This tour is a great way to see the lesser talked about sights in Florence in a relaxed way!!
Our guide was late. All customers were concerned and contacted the booking agency. Our guide took personal calls throughout the tour speaking to her callers instead of her customers. She did apologize but kept on taking personal calls.
Ruben was a great and knowledgeable guide and took us to view points we would have never found, he made the trip interesting and answered all our questions. The only issue we incurred was the meeting details sent by Luxurbe were incorrect initially.

This was a great way to explore the hills outside the Florence city center. The views are spectacular! Our guide Veronica was extremely knowledgeable and fun and took us to a gelato place as well as a wine tasting trattoria

We went on the 4:30 golf cart tour and saw amazing sights of Florence. Our guide, Adreana (sorry if I misspelled your name), was very knowledgeable about the area and was really great as a tour guide. We made a Sicilian gelato stop, and that was terrific too. She even gave us a recommendation for dinner, and called ahead to reserve a table for us. The dinner was amazing by the way.
Veronica was an engaging responsive guide who took notice of our interests and personalised our trip. We had a lovely time. The cart ride creates a nice breeze on a hot day. We both had a great t time on the 3 hour Golf Cart Tour. Reuben couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He explained everything clearly, answered every question we had, and made the tour both interesting and enjoyable. One of the highlights was escaping the busy, hot city centre and heading up into the cooler hills, where the views over Florence were fantastic. Reuben made sure we had plenty of opportunities to take in the scenery and learn about the area's history. If you're visiting Florence, I'd highly recommend this tour—especially if you get Reuben as your guide!

He waited while we had a look around Firesole roman amphitheatre and baths and took us up to a beautiful viewpoint over Firenze, well worth the short but very steep walk up! Also gave good directions to where we planned to go after the tour. Had a great time, photo stops along the way. Very friendly and helpful. Brilliant tour and would recommend.

Our tour guide was, Valero and he was fantastic. Our tour of the hills of Florence was fun and informative. We learned so much about the history of Florence. Valero has a wonderful sense of humor and personality. We had two younger children with us and he was able to interact with them and keep them interested. The golf cart tour with Valero was one of the best tours we had in Italy. I would recommend it for all ages.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and supplemented his knowledge with recordings. The golf cart was comfortable, and was powerful enough to tackle the steep hills and exciting twists and turns on narrow roads.
