From Florence: Classic Chianti Villages And Wine Roads By Minivan

The two wineries we visited were small and beautiful! The drive through the countryside was worth the trip itself. We enjoyed the stop in San Gimignano. Our tour director, Andrea, was fabulous!

We ended up having our own tour as it was just my husband and I. Our guide Romana was fantastic! She was very knowledgable and we enjoyed spending our day with her. She went out of her way to show us some local places and let us stop to talk to locals and even take pictures along the way on our journey.

Alberto was wonderful! We had such a lovely day driving through Tuscany, learning the history, sampling the cuisine and the wine!

Andrea was an excellent guide. The tour was to small, family owned vineyards that felt friendly and authentic. Visiting the two vineyards and San Gimignano was a wonderful, relaxing way to spend a day.

My wife and I had a great day with Andres too day. We enjoyed the whole tour and visits to the wineries and to San Gimignano. The lunch and wine was also very good… much more than a snack. But the best part was getting to know Andres who was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the area as a local himself. All in all we highly recommend this Accord Tour.

We had an amazing day with Andrea our guide. He took us up to two beautiful viewpoints over Florence, then through the Tuscan hills to a family farm for delicious wine and olive oil tastings. Next we had free time in San Gimignano, a beautiful little medieval town. It was raining but just lovely. Last we went to a bigger winery for lunch and more tastings. Andrea was funny, kind and knowledgeable about the region— we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Andrea!

The perfect day exploring Tuscany. Visited two beautiful wineries and one historic town. Plenty of opportunity to purchase wine. Our guide Luigi is the GOAT tour guide of Florence.

We really enjoyed the ride to the wineries especially since Lorenzo was very informative about the history around the areas we passed through. The wineries were also very informative about the wines they produce and the process. The wines and olive oil that we tasted were very good and some yet different in flavor.

A trip worth taking. The Chianti region is a true postcard. Add great food and wine on top of it, and you get an unforgettable experience. Our knowledgeable guide Romana was great company and very nice to spend time on the road with her. Will recommend to our friends.

We had a wonderful experience on our day wine tour! From start to finish, everything was so well organized and enjoyable. Our guide was absolutely fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole day feel relaxed and fun. The selection of wineries we visited was excellent, each offering something unique with beautiful settings and top-quality wines. The restaurant chosen for lunch was a real highlight too delicious food, great atmosphere, and it paired perfectly with the wines they offered. What really stood out, though, was how accommodating everyone was with our three year old. The team went above and beyond to make sure our little one was comfortable and included, which made the experience even more special for our family. We can’t recommend this tour enough it’s a perfect mix of great wine, stunning scenery, and genuinely lovely people.

We had a great time exploring and learning parts of Tuscany in a private bus tour. We learned more about the region about the region of Florence, the history, and Alberto took the time to deliver everything with passion. He stopped for photos, and took our group for private catered tastings with sommeliers and I personally discovered wines I could never live without. In between that, he was very knowledgeable about the region, took us to two villages and we could never ask for more from a tour of Firenze and the Chiantie region.

Great way to see it within a couple hours. Hit the highlights and got a good understanding of what we were looking at. Antonio was easy and fun. Best tour guide we have had in Italy. Skipped the line! I recommend.

There is a lot of beautiful countryside to look at and places you would not go because they are hidden

We had such a great time on our wine tour with Alberto in Chianti. He made the whole experience fun and relaxed, while also sharing so much about the history and traditions of the region. The vineyards were beautiful, the wines were incredible, and we never felt rushed. Alberto had a way of making the day feel personal, like we were visiting with a friend instead of being on a tour. If you’re in Tuscany, this is the kind of experience that makes the trip.

Spent a wonderful day with Arturo touring the Tuscan hills. From wine tastings to picturesque villages to an immaculately prepared lunch. Highly recommend this for a private tour arrangement.

It is a nice mix of wine tasting and exploring. The town we walked through had delicious gelato and the wine tasting was great at the two places. One is more homey. One is fancier

Alberto was an amazing driver for our journey into Tuscany. He arrived early and contacted us on WhatsApp to let us know he has arrived. He took us on an amazing trip out of Florence and through Tuscany. He has a great knowledge of the area and the wineries. We booked the private tour, he checked us in at each winery and made sure we were taken care of. The door to door service was excellent. Highly recommend the tour and make sure to ask for Alberto!

A really beautiful day out. We stopped at two vineyards. The first was a small family run vineyard, the second a larger winery. We enjoyed both stops & the countryside we drove through was beautiful. Alberto was a knowledgeable guide to our day. Our stop in San Gimignano was enough time to quickly look through this beautiful town. A great day out, I would recommend it for wine lovers.

I was Very disappointed that the trip was cancelled at less than 24 hours notice with a very poor alternative offered to me.

Took my mom and two of my teenagers on this trip. It was simply fantastic. We had a great time visiting the wineries plus all the other sites. We enjoyed our day and private tour!

This tour hit the spot! Right amount of time. Fabulous tour guide, Luigi- fantastic man who made the trip better. Hit San Gimignano before the masses. Wine tours excellent, particularly the second winery as this felt more personal. Minivan means you can explore smaller roads. Wonderful day.

Good day out for our family group of 6 adults. Starting point was easy to find and we had a quick stop for photos at the viewpoint Piazzale Michelangelo. Our driver Aladdin/Alladeen took us to San Gimignano for a speedy walk about which was great . Off we went to a large commercial vineyard. We were taken straight inside a pretty barrel filled room to try 7 wines with a really nice lunch. From there we headed to a small family run vineyard for further tastings with really knowledgable staff which was a highlight. We then zoomed back to the start point. Would have loved a different tour at the commercial vineyard where we hoped to have seen the vines and production process. We had a great day but did not see the other towns mentioned nor any vines.

Driver was great, but the experience is very basic - you go to a couple wineries, they try to sell you their wine, and off you go. Very expensive for what you get. And don’t be fooled by the pictures - you won’t be walking amongst the vines.

I went on a Chianti Villages, San gimignano and Wine routes tour with my friend and it was fantastic! We had a lot of fun with our driver Francesco. He was telling us all about history and interesting facts. The tour was amazing itself, me and my bestfriend tried a lot of wine and oil tasting. We end the tour at a family run wineyard with a lovely view. We would recommend if you're in Florence!

I went on a wine-tasting tour on Friday, which was a lovely experience. We went to Chianti in a minivan and enjoyed the whole trip thanks to our driver guide Francesco, who gave us the needed information about the places. The places we went to taste wines were excellent and the waiters were good to us. We tasted lots of kinds of wine and the instructions were good enough. If you like tasting wine, you should try this tour! We enjoyed every detail.

Booked this tour the day before and received email confirmation immediately. Was requested we arrive at 815am for an 830am start. We waited until 9am and I rang the company, to be put on hold whilst the operator contacted the driver. The driver did not answer so the operator called me back only to disclose there is a problem with the driver and the tour will not be going ahead. Disappointing we had not been contacted regarding the tour being cancelled. At least we were approved a refund!

Amazing trip, tour guide was wonderful and so knowledgeable. San Gimignano is the most unique medieval village with breathtaking views over the Tuscan hillside. Both vineyards were beautiful, would absolutely recommend this tour we had the best day ever!

Francesco our driver and your guide was the best!! He was so kind, informative and funny. The first farm stop was brigioni winery. And it was amazing!! Mauricio gave us a tour of his family farm where he makes olive oil and wine. Spritz aperol was his dogs name and she was adorable!! You have to do this tour.

We had a stop in San Gimignano where we stayed a little over 30 minutes and it was still early so that many shops had yet to open. I was looking forward to visiting the town and I was disappointed. I think that stop could be eliminated or plan on doing something differently. The wine tasting was very good and it was nice to see a winery where the landowner, farmer, business owner, vintner were the same person and he did take the time to chat and describe his wine. Out of the 2 places we visited, I liked that one the best.

Enjoyed stopping in charming San Gimignano. The estate winery had lovely grounds. The lunch was far from light and the wine tastings were quite generous. The small family winery made us feel like family. Our guide, Romana, was courteous and pleasant and helped make the day such a pleasure!!!

My partner and I took this tour from Florence, Italy. It was such a wonderful trip, our guide Francesco was absolutely amazing!. The wine tastings and grounds were beautiful! They are definitely trying to sell their product, but they were not pushy so we did not mind indulging. Definitely recommend this tour!!

Had an amazing trip through San Gimignano and the Chianti wine region! Tried over 10 wines from 2 different wineries and enjoyed great meat, cheese, and oils. The roughly 7 hour trip was the perfect duration for us, as we did not prefer to have an all day tour. We left Florence around 8:30am and returned around 3pm. Highly recommend if you want to see the beautiful rolling hills of Chianti and try some amazing wines and food!

Fantastic day. Lunch in the vineyard with tasting was superb and small family winery just as great. Varied experience made our last vacation day grand. Small Italian villages are the best! Highly recommend.

It was our honeymoon and luckily we got the whole trip just by ourselves! Perfect coincidence!! Daniele was our guide and he was very knowledgeable about the history of the Chianti region and drove us to San Gimignano and two wineries. We loved both of the wine tours so much, especially the second family-owned vineyard. The food was amazing and obviously NOT a lite lunch at all lol. Daniele took us to a nearby village as a bonus at the end of our trip and it was so historic. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is into history, wine, and food!

Francesco took us on a Tuscan adventure. Driving with him was interesting and informative. He is so knowledgeable and “simpatico “ The tour itself was tasty and fun. Highly recommend.

Our driver Yarit was great. He was accommodating and courteous. Lunch and tastings at Tenuta Torciana were incredible. The grounds are breathtaking. Our second stop at Gallo was lovely, and our sommelier there was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. The view from Gallo was breathtaking. Highly recommend this tour, for the food, wine and scenery.

We had a great time on this tour. We tasted at least 13 wines between the two wineries, and the pours were very generous. Overall it was a great tour.
