It was such a great experience! Luisa and Alejandro were absolutely wonderful, so welcoming! Would totally come back again and recommend this to other people traveling to Italy.

We had a wonderful experience. Francy and her team were so funny and friendly. We all made pasta hands on and got to eat the delicious meal afterwards.

Great experience in a beautiful Tuscan home in the hills. She and Alessandro are extremely kind, knowledgeable and just amazing people. I would highly recommend them and we plan to do it again if we are fortunate to return!

If you only do one tour while in Florence, do this one!! My husband and I booked it with friends who were in Florence at the same time, and had the absolutely best day ever!! Alexandro (hope I got that right!) and Francesca were so organized and so much fun!! We started with homemade sweets and espresso, moved onto pasta making and Prosecco, then Gnocchi…in between cooking and preparing we ate bruschetta and made sauce - honestly, all delicious and so approachable! I know I can do this at home! Oh, and I can’t forget homemade limoncello in the garden!!! Really, treat yourself with this activity - you won’t regret it!!

Hands down, best day experience we’ve ever booked with Viator. Gorgeous location in a farmhouse above the city, as advertised. Excellent teaching, wonderful pasta, all recipes supplied. We have a fantastic time with individualized attention. Again, cannot say enough. Book it!

Our favorite single activity of our Italy adventure!! An amazingly beautiful home environment, delightful hostesses, and our pasta and gnocchi were perfect and delicious!! Our class of four couples had such fun together—it was just a perfect day!

From pickup at the meeting point, Alessandro driving us added an extra touch to the evening. He and Francy (Francesca), the chef, worked in sync and complemented each other’s skills. Although they were our teachers in this class, they felt like friends that opened their home to us for a lovely morning filled with cooking, eating, drinking wine and lots of laughter! This was my second time doing this cooking class. The first time I visited Italy I did the class with friends, and this time I brought my daughter. Even more than the food, it's the hosts and the experience that make this class so special. Also, it's the best bruschetta I've ever had. I highly recommend.

We had such a great time doing this cooking class. The time spent outside the city and up in the Tuscan hills was amazing! Gorgeous home, scenery, and friendly, informative, and funny staff. We had a great group of folks in the class from all over the world, and we all got along great! Not only did we have a blast, but we’ve learned some great techniques and recipes to take back home. A great memory!

It is everything you would want in a hands on cooking class. The two Francesca’s and Luiza were so wonderful and made everyone feel right at home in their home. The whole experience felt like cooking with friends. They were patient and made you feel good about mastering the techniques. The food and wine were amazing. I would definitely do it again!!

This was one of the biggest highlights of our vacation. We had a blast making pasta, drinking tons of wine, and just hanging out with a few people in a beautiful house with a great view. Luisa was an incredible host and chef for us. Would gladly do it again (and someone in our group actually did it with them before).

Alessandro hosted such an entertaining cooking class and he was patient with our small group. He offered a lot of information and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Also, the views from the house were hard to beat out of everywhere we went in Tuscany.

Class was perfection. House and gardens are beautiful, learned to make 2 different pastas and gnocchi, great wine + dessert. It is a beautiful, intimate setting with stunning views. Luisa and Alessandro were very friendly, warm, and amazing chefs. My son and I loved every minute.

Went with our 11 year old son. He absolutely loved it. Amazing host/chef and bonus kitty cuddle time. Beautiful villa and views, it was great to get away from the crowds in Florence for the evening. Gorgeous view right outside Florence! Beautiful setting for pasta making and delicious food with a wonderful staff. If you love to cook this was more of a cooking demonstration than a cooking class, we got to make the noodles, but there was no measuring, recipes to speak of. Fun family activity in a beautiful setting.

Francy’s cooking class was amazing!! Everyone was so kind and helpful. My 4 year old loved the class. The class offered great tips on how to make fresh pasta and sauces. The views were beautiful. I would highly recommend coming. You will have a great time and food.

Fantastic activity! We loved our bed Alessandro and enjoyed meeting the rest of the staff. He presented the activity with so much enthusiasm and Italian charm and love for traditional Italian cuisine. Well worth every cent! We had so much fun meeting other travelers that were a part of our group. We will definitely take out new culinary skills back home and share with family and friends! The wine pairings were delicious and generous as well! Salute!

We had a great time at Francy's! We booked this because we wanted a more personal cooking class with a smaller group. We also loved the idea of getting up into the hills of Florence! The view was amazing, as promised! We loved the friendly and authentic Italian instruction on making pasta. You leave with some recipes so you can re-create at home. Highly recommend!

When we asked our family at the end of the trip "what was your favorite thing", the cooking class was at the top of the list! It was so much fun, we learned a lot, and our teens want to do a pasta making night now that we're home. Chef Alessandro and Chef Francesca were amazing, so patient and knowledgeable, funny and engaging, and sent us home with recipes that we can't wait to try. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. Everything was delicious! Francy's home is so gorgeous with the most beautiful view. Chef Alessandro met us at the cafe which was easy to find, the van was a quick 10 minute ride, everything went perfectly smooth. This will be day our family will have memories of forever, thank you!! This was by far the highlight of my two weeks in Europe! Amazing views, great company, and how could you top Alessandro??? He was the best instructor. He was so knowledgable and helpful to everyone in the group. We made gnocchi, spaghetti, and ravioli, and all were truly exceptional. This could not have been better! The setting is a lovely home in the hills. And our hosts/instructors, Louisa and Alessandro, were absolutely the best! They were knowledgeable, patient, and lots of fun. Great food, great setting, great people!

A few coworkers and I (4 people) booked this cooking class during our stay in Florence - little did I know that it was going to be my favorite activity there! Our total group of 12 people was picked up at the meeting point and driven to Francy’s house where we learned how to make ravioli, spaghetti, and gnocchi under Francy and Alessandro’s supervision. They both made a great team and their humor/personalities definitely made this experience more enjoyable and memorable. If you’re looking for a fun escape outside of Florence’s busy streets, I highly recommend this class!

We had a wonderful cooking workshop in a stunning location with an incredible view over Florence. The setting was truly breathtaking and added something special to the whole experience. We were introduced to Italian cuisine in a very culinary and authentic way, while also getting a fun glimpse into the passionate temperament of the Italians. We were a great group, sharing the experience with David, John, and Eric together with their partners and children, which made it even more enjoyable and social. Overall, it was a memorable experience that perfectly combined food, culture, and a beautiful setting.
