I had the best time! Our tour guide Darryl was very informative and enthusiastic and we saw so much of Scotlands beauty and learned some of Scottish history.

Fantastic guide. Wonderful paintings and sculptures. Guide was extremely well informed. Flexibility is appreciated.
Our tour of the Academia was excellent! Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and told great stories about Michelangelo’s life which gave the sculptures so much more meaning. The entire experience was well organized and great!! I believe her name was Olga sorry if i don’t have that right
We had a very knowledgeable tour guide. Hespoke English well. Having a guided tour provides important and interesting backstory to the experience.
Guide was very knowledgeable BUT the communication device kept breaking up and often only heard half of what he said. Quite crowded but guide didn't seem to monitor if he had all of his guests. Also, in a crowd would be helpful if guide used a flag, umbrellas, something for the group to follow. Lastly, finding the agent to show voucher and get ticket - good luck. His sign was an 11x24 laminated piece of paper resting in a bush. They should have a portable stand to sign in rather than an unidentified man answering question for whomever asks.
Mary is amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. We appreciated that she provided images on her iPad of historical scenes and items, so we could better appreciate the art
Knowledgeable tour guide. Easy access to the museum, the David and the rest of the exhibits. Arrived early and they were able to accommodate us.
Our guide was wonderful and the tour was fantastic. Just long enough and just enough information to explore David and some of the more important works of art in the Accademia.
Was so looking forward to this guided tour but our family of ten literally arrived three minutes late and they wouldn’t let us join. Super disappointed. The Google map directions was on drive not walking so it took us down one ways. The tour guide def could’ve accommodated us. Won’t use them again and so not recommend
Extremely knowledgeable guide who made the experience very interesting. Although the venue was busy, you were still able to see all the works
Great tour quick and informative. Statue of David was amazing very impressive in person. There were also a lot of other statues to admire and paintings.
Mary was an excellent guide! She was very engaging and provided interesting facts about the instruments and artwork of the time. Getting to see and learn about David was the best part. Great tour!
Very organized. Had plenty of time to admire the David. The tour guide was very nice. Could see other works in the gallery as well.
Excellent tour guide. She really knew her stuff and made it very interesting. Highly recommend her! I now want to learn more!
The statue of David is a spiritual experience. It was even better to have an expert tell us about it.
Francesca was so knowledgeable and spoke clearly. The background she provided was so helpful in understanding the magnificence of this piece of art. Our group was large but we had a radio and earbuds which worked well. Good tour!
The tour with Mary was well done and she knew the subject well. Helped us all to understand David better.
We totally lucked out on two levels: we had a small group of 4, and Amadeus was our tour guide. He is passionate about art, Michelangelo, and imparting his knowledge to everyone in the group. He took us on a 90 minute tour through the Academy, ending in front of the statue of David, and we had a thorough understanding of what David meant to the not just the world of art, but to the Italians during Michelangelo's time. The museum counts how many people are allowed in at any point, so it's not a scrum as say, the Mona Lisa at the Louvre, but you have plenty of time to linger, admire, and actually be really close and see all the art and marvel at it at your leisure. Thank you, Professor Amadeus!
Our tour guide was great. We learned a lot and enjoyed the tour. He showed us the most important artifacts.
I was late to the meeting point and yet a representative got me a ticket and help me skip the line into the museum. Very grateful for their help and service. Museum was still a wonderful experience. To go without a skip the line ticket is insanity.
Our guide! He was so passionate about are and it truly showed. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history and also the minute details from each artist! We enjoyed it immensely. We were very glad we were able to skip the line.
The guide enthusiastic, knowledgeable and had a very good delivery style. Nothing more to say.————————————————/——-/——————————-/—-/—/
Very good experience with first class private guide in a tightly crowded facility. Definitely worth the cost to avoid the very long entry lines in hot conditions with direct sun outside.
Our guide was great because she was so passionate and humble about David and being in the presence of a 'rockstar '! Thanks 👍
It was very well organized and our guide did a great job!! She was very passionate about the subject and welcomed questions.
Our guide added so much to the experience. It Is a small museum and she made she to tell the story of art & history as we walked throughout. She gave us a few tidbits about the remaining rooms we could could explore without here after she left us. Highly recommend. Also, so nice not to wait in line
Easy access to the museum. Best way to enjoy Michelangelo's David with the company of a great guide.
Guide was good. No where near the amount of time needed to take in all of the remarkable art. Bypassing the line this time of the year was worth the cost and the David was obviously unbelievable.
Very large group but guide did a good job explaining some of the important pieces. My 14 year old daughter was charged as an adult but upon arrival at the museum we learned that children under 15 were free.
This was fantastic!!! Despite spending 8 weeks in Florence and taking a sculpture class during her internship… our daughter hadn’t seen David. We used this tour on our last day and it was outstanding!! Our tour guide was amazing: she put Michaelangelo’s work in context… quizzed the group… and shared a passion for the work that came from the heart. Perfect.
Skip the line was great! But our tour guide was horrible, we ended up leaving the group and touring it ourselves. The museum was great but the experience would have been better with a good tour guide.
Our tour guide brought so much dimension to Michelangelo not just as an exceptionally talented artist, but also humanized him. Learning about what makes the David so extraordinary made the experience even more mind-blowing.
Overall a great experience! Informative and plesent experience! Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly! Would recommend this guide as it was easy to find guide and easy to work with!
Our guide was an older man, Andrea maybe. His badge photo was when he was much younger so clearly he has been doing this tour for a long, long time. He was absolutely disengaged and didn’t seem to care or be into it at all. He never introduced himself, took us to the wrong line, ran out of things to say before noticing we were in the wrong line and moving us, and then couldn’t answer any questions. Our tour also had several more people on it than they advertise as the maximum. Do yourself a favor and pick a different skip the line experience.
The guide was exemplary. She was so passionate about Michael Angelo and his work that it showed in her way of exoressions. She was a geat story-teller and orator. She enagaged us like anything in the galleria. She was an expert to say the least and is contributing her best in immortalsing the history of Michael Angelo.
Tour was perfect for our family. My teenage daughter really enjoyed it as well. Tour guide was great!
We really enjoyed our tour with our guide Olga. She was very knowledgeable as we worked our way through the minimal crowd. Olga had so much information to offer and was very friendly. The wait was nil and we went right in. I highly recommend the skip-the-line tour option. Once you're inside there is room to sit or stroll around and take pics. Such an amazing experience. Thank you :-)
Easy access in with very little wait time. Our tour guide was superior and provided just enough interesting facts!
Expensive way just to get in. Guide added little information that you couldn’t have read. These skip the queue tours are a way of charging more for the same experience.
Our guide was very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the tour very much. It is valuable to have someone to bring the artwork to life!
Our guide gave us history and background of Michelangelo from his young days, all the way to his death, including fax about his mentors and stories of his family. It was very informative and very interesting, and I would do it again.
The best and most knowledgeable tour guide ever. Well done!!! I highly recommend this tour to not only be amazed by the exhibit but also have an in depth lesson on the art the artist and the history.
So thankful not to wait i the long line to get in. Our guide, Guido, was very helpful and insightful. The details he gave were ones that I would never have paid attention had he not pointed them out. He gave the backdrop for the David as well as the other paintings. This tour was great!
Our tour guide Manuela was amazing. Very knowledgeable and also passionate about Michelangelo, we felt like we learnt so much and have a newfound appreciation for his work and especially of course David itself. Definitely recommend as a must see and a highlight of our trip so far !
While it was hard to find the location to meet the rep as it was just on the street in front of a door, no store front, the rest was very good. No standing in line and guide was excellent. Concise and to the point. Tour only hour long, good length and she stayed to answer further questions.
Check-in was easy and well-organized, and everyone was very personable and friendly. Our tour guide was Manuela Corsi, and she did an excellent job from start to finish. One goes here to see the David, and she was up-front that the tour would focus exclusively on Michelangelo. There was a lot of information delivered during the short tour, and I really enjoyed learning about the sculpting process and context for the pieces in the collection.
Did not go to see Michelangelo's David. Too many people. I did go to Galileo Museum and very much enjoyed it and was easy to self-guide. Not crowded at all. I enjoyed the easy self-pacing and not trying to catch all the cool info of guides who often had tNo David but Galilrohick accents in Italy.
Francesca was a great tour guide. She made the tour of David and the other statues so interesting with her bubbly and fun personality! We would highly recommend her!! It was great not having to wait the long line.
We had a guided tour with Francesca Ciappi and it was excellent. Francesca is dedicated to her job and is able to share her extensive knowledge of the exhibition, the artists and the background with ease. The tour was interesting at every second and is worth every penny. I recommend this tour to everyone. Thank you Francesca for an outstanding performance!
The representative who checked us in and the guide for the Galleria were very nice and helpful. Everything happened according to the schedule. It was easy to meet them and to access the Museum.
