Ticket purchased stated with Audio included. When we got to the specified meeting entrance, we were told we had to get an email with tickets vs Viator app tickets. Voucher process is a mess and will not use Viator again. They also charged us 10 Euros for 2 audio devices. Audio was not synchronized with begging rooms of tour. Bad experience, and will not use again.

Itinerary
At lest 15 minutes before the visit, you'll meet our on-site staff of the entrance, Piazzale degli Uffizi, 50122 Firenze - at the corner between the Uffizi Gallery ticket office and Via Lambertesca, directly in front of the Benvenuto Cellini statue to receive your ticket and go through the mandatory security line and you’re in. Enjoy the convenience of skipping both the ticket-buyers line and the ticket-pickup line. Then, explore one of Europe’s oldest museums with the help of our mobile audio guide application. Take a journey through the history of art from the Middle Ages through the Italian Renaissance. Marvel at masterpieces such as Botticelli’s “Birth of Venus,” Caravaggio's "Medusa" and the only painting made on wood by Michelangelo. The Gallery boasts an invaluable collection of ancient statues and busts from the Medici family, which adorns the corridors and consists of ancient Roman copies of lost Greek sculptures.

Worth knowing that you should check your ticket carefully before entry. Viator/ accord sent the wrong bar codes. Your name must match what’s on the ticket. We got taken out of the queue and led back outside by a lovely gallery staff member, thankfully they were super helpful and brought us to the Accord reps, who then had to call the office and resend tickets. Took 35 mins! But we got in fine and thankfully queue was short. Otherwise the Uffizi is well worth a visit and so beautiful! Had coffee on the terrace on the second floor… very reasonable and a nice break before heading to finish on the first floor.
Bottom Line: Accord took our money and cost us time while providing nothing in return, and losing us our chance to see the Uffizi Gallery. Don't book with this company. Details: My wife and I booked a no-queue, timed ticket entry to the Uffizi Galleries with Accord. We showed up at the correct time and place to get our tickets. When we arrived, the representative from Accord told us there had been an issue with the Uffizi ticket office the prior week, and that we would need to wait in the standard public ticket queue to get our tickets, but they said they had a representative who had been waiting in line. This was annoying, but not the end of the world. When we got to the public line to be handed off to the Accord representative there, we were told that we should stand off to the side and she would buy the tickets and then come get us. I had a bad feeling about this because I know that these places usually require the person to be present to buy the ticket, but we figured that they knew what they were doing. About 15 minutes later, she came out and said that they wouldn't sell her the tickets without us present. She said that we would have to go to the back of the line to buy our tickets. This of course negated the entire point of paying extra and booking a timed entry with Accord, as we we could have just stood in line from the beginning. The representative was personally apologetic. She had clearly just been put in a bad position by her bosses. We told her that we wanted our money back since none of the paid-for services had been performed. She told us, and another group that was supposed to go in at the same time that she would get in contact with her office so we could get refunded. When we contacted Accord for our refund through WhatsApp, whomever answered curtly told us, without any apology, to go through our initial booking site for a refund. in our case this was something called Headout. When we contacted Headout, they told us that Accord refused to do the refund as they have a "no cancellation" policy. We explained that this wasn't a cancellation -- we simply hadn't been given the services we paid for. When we contacted Accord again and told them this, they simply went silent on us and refused to answer. So there's multiple issues with the way Accord handled this: 1. If there was indeed some problem with the Uffizi ticket office the prior week that messed up their normal process for getting group tickets, they should have told us that to give us a chance to book some other way rather than have us show up for tickets they didn't possess. 2. Having not done that, and us having shown up at the appointed time, they should have, at a bare minimum, apologized and given us a refund since no services of any kind were provided. We were refused our refund and were only able to get our money back by disputing the charge with our credit card company due to services not rendered. On top of all of that, this cost us our chance to see the Uffizi galleries. We had things planned out on the assumption that we would be able to enter at the set time -- that was the whole point of paying for this service. We didn't have time to wait for 1-2 hours in the public line after already losing 45 minutes to Accord's mess. So we had to move on and miss a part of our trip that we had been looking forward to. A disappointing and maddening experience all the way through.
Disappointed, when booking does not state you have to use your own device & download an app, they don’t even tell you to bring earphones with you that you can use we had to walk around with the commentary on loud speaker not very public friendly
The audio guide did not work until we left the Museum. We did not receive a Museum map and when requested we were refused any type of refund. We will never use Trip Advisor again.
Easy to get tickets….but make sure to follow the link to download the tickets. I didn’t do that and it was difficulty to get a WiFi signal in the museum!
Audio we paid extra for did not line up with art work in the rooms. Museum was excellent!
Our audio guide and map did not download. We did the museum tour without both which we had paid for. Rewuest refund
We purchased our tickets the week before we were due to visit and our allocated time was 10.15 am. However when we arrived to meet the tour rep at 10.00 we were informed that we would not be able to enter the gallery until 11.30. This was disappointing because we had made an effort to get there on time, and if we had known it was going to change to an hour and a half later we could have spent some time doing something else. We still had to join a queue at 11.15 for our allotted slot at 11.30 I thought the idea of purchasing skip the line tickets was to avoid queuing so we felt a bit let down. Aside from this the Uffizi was all it promised to be, wonderful works of art and good views of the Arno from the second floor. We spent 2 hours in the gallery but could easily have spent longer had we not booked another tour later in the day. Definitely worth visiting but disappointed with the ticket entry organisation.
The instructions for meeting the rep were very confusing. They told us to meet outside of door 3. There is no door 3! The rep turned up late and our tickets hadn't arrived. We then had to wait for her to deal with several people who were in the same position as us. It didn't leave us with any confidence in future bookings. We eventually had our tickets resent and then joined a massive queue, when we were given the impression that this was a 'skip the line' ticket.
Was a bit of a muck around. Didn’t get code to download audio had to ask for it. No communication on where our sweet treats and oil tasting was. Again had to ask and found out was long way away from the event at central markets. Would t book thru them again
Interesting collection in a very impressive building
Internet at the museum is not good. The agent could not assist with connection to audio tour. We had to purchase radios from museum for their own tour. Do not use this site, there are tour companies on site that will assist for a tour.
Booked to visit at 10:15. Advised we need to be on site at 10 to meet representative and collect tickets. We were. We and other customers of this company were wandering aimlessly looking for a rep that wasn’t there. At approximately 10:30, one of the other couples received a WhatsApp message providing their tickets. I have WhatsApp but don’t use it. I checked it. The company had written to me the day before confirming they had changed our booking to 11:00 am. No explanation. No apology. No tickets. I responded asking for out tickets. They said the rep was on site. I replied confirming he wasn’t. I was told that there was no need to be rude! That was outrageous. The next message I sent was in fact rude. The rep arrived at 10:45. Very flustered. He couldn’t explain why we hadn’t received tickets. Made phones calls and voila, tickets arrive. Avoid this company like the plague. The lack of professionalism is depressing. They are unreliable and lack basic communication skills. They are incredibly discourteous.
We paid almost double than the regular price for having a ticket ‘skip the line’ Finally it was not priority because we had to wait at a huge queue like hundreds other people. Moreover we could not download the ticket … on the contrary we had to find a representative somewhere around thousand people in order to get our tickets. We didn’t use the audio guide due to the huge delay and because we could not download it Bad service and misleading marketing
Directions to find guide/tickets was accurate and easy to follow. Crowds were LARGE and unexpected for the third week of October. Made Museum experience rather hectic.
Very interesting experience It was very smooth and easy to retrieve the tickets they also accommodated my group when we arrived late
Highly recommend. Instructions were clear. Make sure you read the email sent the day before so you’re not confused about the meeting point. We only waited about 5 mins to get inside as the line moves quick for the designated timed entrance.
Do not think you are skipping a line. You have to hunt down the person to check in. Then you go to the same long line to get in. GONTK THE TICKET OFFICE AND SAVE A LOT. THIS IS NOT SKIPPING ANYTHING BUT BUYING YOUR TICKET TO GET IN.
The instructions for the voucher/ticketing process were wrong. We were directed to the n.3 window to redeem our voucher, but were sent back to find the Accord representative. The Accord staff seemed overwhelmed, but they did get our tickets and we got into the museum. The audio guide got mixed reviews from our group of 4.
So much art to see and we had an excellent guide to help us see and learn about the most important art pieces. We naturally would not have been able to see each art piece individually. We highly recommend our guide, Yaniel!
Good way to get tickets to the museum. The person at the meeting point was nice and efficient. However not impress by the audio app. The installation is not so simple and several mistakes exist: wrong language, wrong or missing paintings...
The entrance to the museum was quick and it is a very interesting art gallery!
The visit was very beautiful and very rich. You should plan a minimum of 3 hours to do everything. Audio guide is essential. Small downside: We had a reservation at 9:30, but the operator changed the time at the last minute, and we started at 8:45.
The Uffizi is always great. However, we booked for 10:00, were on site at that time, but the tickets were only issued at 11:15. I would have liked to receive a notice from the tour operator beforehand.
The package purchased included skip-the-line access, an application for the visit to be done in autonomy and also a tasting with typical Tuscan tastings. I found the price interesting compared to other operators, considering the time available. Skip the line perfect, information arrived correctly and ahead of time. The only flaw, the tasting. They were supposed to tell us where to take it, but I never got the information. I solicited, but they were told I'd emailed everything. I gave it up much to my regret. Too bad, I would have given 5 stars!
Top museum, top visit, top audio otherwise knows how to manage comings and goings, but the priority access called Skip the Line, it is a vast smokehouse. And my wife says it. And I agree with her.
"We finished a fantastic guided tour with YANIEL and we have to say it was an amazing experience! The guide was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the history and culture of the city. He was able to make us participate and involved throughout the tour, answering all our questions and providing useful advice for the rest of our stay. I highly recommend it to anyone who lives FLORENCE ❤️
Retrieving the tickets was complicated, the people on site seemed lost to give them away. We were kept waiting without saying why when many others were being served.
The gallery is huge, worth the guided tour to see the most important and know the details of the works. It impresses the number of works and the magnitude of the building. Our guide, Barbara, fantastic, close and attentive.
It was a beautiful experience, despite not understanding any art the application of audio was so good that you could appreciate many works, observing many details. The guys who delivered the tickets were punctual and helped install the app for the tour guide with audio and descriptions by work.
