Florence: Flambé Cheese Wheel Truffle Pasta Class & Tiramisù

Chef Victoria was absolutely incredible!!! She was so kind, helpful, funny and patient with us throughout the whole experience. She taught us so much and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning ❤️❤️ Even tho we had never made pasta before, we never felt lost because she was always there to guide us and help us. We learned how to make three different types of pasta and three different sauces, and then we got to taste them all! Everyone there was so welcoming and friendly, and we felt so well received from the moment we arrived. I truly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Florence, it’s exactly what you hope for. Thank you so much Chef Victoria, you are amazing! ❤️🤍💚

Such a fun class. We were running very late and they accommodated us. The place is spacious and beautiful. The chef Arianna was super nice and friendly especially with our kids. We learned a lot and the food was delicious!! One of the best experiences in Italy. Thank you!!

We had a fabulous experience! Corsso (maybe I got the spelling wrong), was a fabulous chef to show us how and assist us in our pasta class. We enjoyed the history behind the food, including the 700 year old restaurant building. We ate what we created, ravioli and noodles.

David was a great teacher and chef! He taught us how to make 3 different pastas, and showed us how we can make everything at home too! It was great that the group collectively made all the pasta. Pretty cool that we essentially cooked for each other. And the food was all delicious, as was the wine. Definitely would recommend, and thanks to David!

Unique experience which was well worth the money. Must do if you come to Florence. Chef Valentino was extremely competent, engaging and kept the group together.

The experience was amazing! The chef was amazing, funny and talented. The class was easy to follow along with and it was fun to eat what we made at the end. The all you can drink wine was also great- sometimes when things are labeled “all you can drink” they take a long time to re-serve you and it’s not really what you think it will be. This was serve yourself and was truly “all you can drink” so the food and wine were amazing. Would recommend this absolutely.

Our family of 4 (kids age 8 and 6) had a great time! Lorenzo was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!

Really fun experience with Chef Francesca! It’s a gateway to Italian cuisine. You get to cook with your other half and appreciate the beautiful process of pasta making. Highly recommend! Oh forgot to mention the unlimited wine!

Francesca was great! Very outgoing and encouraging with the group. Not only did she engage with the group, but really made sure we understood how to properly prepare pasta.

Corso was a great instructor, funny and informative, and the food was delicious. The wine provided was great and I later found out it was a Tuscany specialty which was a nice touch.

No Flambé and the Tiramisu was made by the Chef 15 feet away. It was a nice experience but honestly with no flambé in the Cheese Wheel there was NO magic… The description also says we would make the Tiramisu and we did not. Also, while the Chef was nice to us, he scolded some people next to us for talking and we felt he could have been nicer about it because they were not the only ones talking. Unfortunately, with our experience, I could not recommend this class. It was okay but not what was promised in the description…

Fantastic class , great pace, very fun. Absolutely would recommend to everyone! This is the best pasta making class in Florence. Super pretty so great for photos and hosts are funny and personable !

Niccolos was a fantastic teacher and made sure everyone felt included and welcome. He was so easy going and very knowledgeable about the recipes and why each technique is required. We had such a lovely time, and the food was delicious!

Such a fun class. Our instructor Nicholas was amazing and made sure to tell us all to stop putting sugar in our sauce! Would recommend this for couples, families, really anyone.

Fun hands on class learning how to make two different types of pasta. Guide also makes tiramisu for the group. As an FYI, everyone's pasta is collected and cooked for everyone to enjoy. As stated, access to house red/white wine and/or water is included.

I’ll start off on the only thing that threw me off - they changed the address a few hours before the class. It was just enough of an inconvenience for us to consider not going (felt like the old bait and switch). But I’m really glad we went. The location was on the other side of the bridge, but was really great. I couldn’t imagine another location being better than this. The experience was a ton of fun. Andrea was our chef (he’s got a perfectly groomed moustache). I sat close to the chef, which I recommend as the class was around 20 (or less for just our group). I’ve read other reviews about not getting much one on one time, and I would likely agree with that, but from my perspective the chef did great teaching and answering my questions. And other patrons were fun and helpful. Even my wife. Super fun. Would recommend.

Lorenzo with a "stash". Was amazing session! We lived and loved thru the session. Thank you for this experience. We got veg pasta. Starting was a little tough when they cook meat, but it's only used the the end. It amazing vegetarian options with 2 out of 3 being vegetarian and third one they givean option.
