I liked that she brought us to the "food market" so we can come back on our own to try even MORE food and wine. What better way to end our evening together than with Gelato! Molte grazie!

For a food tour like this the guide is very important and Martina was brilliant. She was friendly, witty and knowledgeable and keen to share her knowledge of the local food and wine of which she was very proud. We tried starters from a local bakery owned by a 97 year old lady. Tied 3 red wines poured for us by the wine maker. Then had 2 pasta dishes at next stop one with truffles which was delicious. Then on to have steak at the next restaurant. The steak was rare, no choice about that, so not for you if you like it well done. We finished the evening very happily with gelato. So I would recommend the tour if you enjoy red wine and steak .

This was by far our favorite tour during our 2 week Italian vacation! Nadia was absolutely fantastic, she cultivated such a fun and welcoming environment for strangers to turn into friends. Delicious food and company was great. Winery could have been a bit shorter or more organized (the shop owner could have opened the bottles and explained instead of having to get him To open the next while we waited (cellar was warm). Overall wine was great! Beatrice was very knowledgeable!
