Good value, but was concerning that my ticket did not arrive until I contacted Viator, the day before the planned visit. Once I emailed Viator, they responded quickly and sent me my ticket via email. I think I should not have had to contact them, as I had ordered and paid for my ticket months before. The actual visit was excellent.

Lot to see , so plan ahead or overwhelming
Great attraction showing plenty of historical art, but once again the tour operator got in touch a few days before our visit and left us with no choice but to change our selected entry time. They then didn’t send us the new tickets until the day before our planned visit to the gallery. Just makes for a more stressful time when you think you’ve planned everything! An American couple told us “this is Italy”, as in what do you expect… Will bear this in mind for future!
Easy entry. I enjoyed that it was self-guided so we could go through the gallery at our own pace.
Happily changed our tickets because of problems on the train coming from Rome. Great experience visiting the Uffizi! Times ticket was definitely worth it in July as it’s so crowded and had a very long line to purchase tickets.
I absolutely love the Uffizi and the collection, however, the organization and number of empty rooms was disappointing. The top down flow is the exhausting. Having a room of miniature pictures 15-20ft. away from viewers, well, how can you even see miniatures from that far away? There was another room you can’t enter that’s blocked from entering. This made me feel rushed and like I couldn’t enjoy the work because of the line of people behind me waiting to see art that was too far away to take in. There’s enough empty space in the building to keep that work protected while allowing visitors the ability to approach more closely than the blocked room. Other than that, the collection is magnificent.
Easy check in. Great art. 5 stars.
I got my tickets same day, which I was grateful for and in the end we got in. However we had trouble finding the actual ticket and did not have great Wi-Fi as we stood in line for our slot and almost didn’t get in. I had to walk out of line to get signal to figure out where my tickets were and download them and in the end, one of the Ufizzi workers is the one who eventually found them so I’m not even sure which link he hit. So we had a lot of trouble getting in but once we got in it was fine.
Great experience, worth the price. Some advice: save a screenshot of the voucher to your phone. Do not rely on a cellular connection to avoid wasting time.
The Gallery is impressive, with s lot of great art displayed with our favorite: The Birth of venus”. I was surprised (pleasently ) by to also see paintings by Rubens , Remnrandt, etc. i enjoyrd watching the masters, As a side coment, there were many people thus walking the halleria was pretty hot
No lines! We got right in. Definitely worth visiting if you love Renaissance art I want to see original works by Leonardo da Vinci.
My ticket was delivered on time before my date as promised and I sailed through the line. I even was early and all the agents were fine. This was a good experience.
A good couple of hours to soak in a ton of Renaissance Art was well worth a visit. It was pretty crowded at the start of our tour, but as we got closer to closing the rooms emptied out and we had time to just experience some of the paintings. Well worth a stop!!
I booked for 2nd June and they contacted me via whatsapp to say that the gallery was closed on this date, so i must change the booking to the previous day. I set the new booking and changed all my other bookings on that day to suit this change. On the day of the booking they ignored my messages and did not set the tickets for entry, so we were unable to enter - even though we already paid. On arrival we were also told by staff that the gallery is actually open on 2nd June, but is free entry. This is 100% a scam, do not book with these!
We purchased Uffizi timed tickets and it was great. Using the viator app and WhatsApp we were able to access our tickets on my phone. We waited in a short line and got right into the museum.
The most amazing gallery. However the numbers of tourists/ crowds can be overwhelming so be prepared for it. It can be hustle bustle so to speak.
Everything about this experience went really well.
I found the whole experience too much! Too many people and too much information.
We showed up on time and the tour operator failed to show up and we were forced to pay for tickets. TERRIBLE!
Got canceled at last minute ar the site. Very disappointed. Viator need to do something about it. We travel all the way from US to Florence for the museum. Never expect something like this can happen.
Purchasing the timed entry ticket worked well! The line was organized and moved quickly to enter. We researched what we wanted to see ahead of time and were able to navigate through the museum easily.
Having the timed entry got us in quickly. We researched the layout ahead of time and was able to navigate to what we wanted to see.
The gallery was amazing. The tickets were a little difficult to find as they had been sent to what’s app instead of my email. The other excursions I had booked via Viator were sent via email or through the app so it was difficult to find because I don’t normally use what’s app. It would be easier if they would have one standard way of delivering tickets instead of several different methods that could be used at any given time.
We reserved a 10a ticket and walked right in. The travel company conveniently sent to my WhatsApp so no waiting or meeting needed with them. We took our time and enjoyed every minute.
Beautiful building and incredible artwork and sculptures. The Botticelli’s and Venus deMilo are a must see.
This experience is worth every penny, we had trouble with the date of the visit but Natalia and the agency has been really kind and helpful ! Thank you for all those memories we’re bringing home
The Uffizi Gallery was spectacular and definitely worth going to see while in Florence. One thing to note however, is that you will wait in line, even with "skip the line tickets ". This is not the fault of the tour operator, but simply a fact of so many people trying to see the same thing and no way to accommodate everyone. Once you show up the 15 minutes required before your entry time, you stand in a long line until you get to your appointed time slot line, which you will stand in, in our case, 45 minutes after our start time, and then you will make it to the entrance. Even with all of that, I'd do it again.
Everything was easy and clear, from booking to entry. Great communication, fast replies and great service, thank you!
Easy book experience on GetYourGuide. Very clear instructions on where to download ticket and where to meet for skip the line ticket.
The booking process was seamless, and a day before our museum visit, we received the link to the ticket, allowing us to start our visit to the Uffizi without waiting in line.
You absolutely need this to not wait too long in line. Ticket digital and join the timeslot and keep going!
The Palazzo is beautiful and absolutely worth it! But to do this through Viator is a waste of money!!!! 57 euros paid for skip the line tickets at 10.30 am for 2 people, normally that is 2x 11 euros is 22 euros. In addition, I paid 8 euros for 2 audioguides, while I thought this was part of the ticket. This time it is not crowded and you can just go inside.
