We had a wonderful day visiting Pisa, Siena and San Gimignano, with lunch and a wine tasting included. Despite having three stops, the tour has a really nice pace and never felt too tiring. The schedule is well balanced, with enough free time at each stop to explore and enjoy the places at our own pace. The bus was also very comfortable. The lunch and wine tasting were a highlight in themselves. We got to taste not only a great selection of wines, but also olive oil and different vinegars. The food was delicious, and the young man from the winery was incredibly friendly and entertaining — a real showman! But the guides deserve a special mention. Nicco, Leonardo and Marco truly made the experience extraordinary. My parents are both over 60 and don’t speak English, and all three of them went out of their way to make them feel comfortable, included and well looked after throughout the day. They did everything they could to make sure my parents had a wonderful experience (and they absolutely did!!!). Beyond enjoying the visits and the tour itself, my parents came back especially impressed by the guides’ kindness, patience and willingness to help. A wonderful experience and definitely a tour I would recommend!
Such a great tour to see so many cities in one day! Tour guide was knowledgeable and meeting times and places were very easy to navigate
Worst experience ever with this tour company in Italy. We booked a mini van tour with them where 8 out of the 16 people were from our group, and despite that, they literally left us on the road just because we were 2 minutes late after the trip ended. We kept requesting and calling them, but they showed zero professionalism or humanity. The funniest part is that throughout the entire trip, THEY themselves delayed the bus multiple times and never compensated or even apologized for wasting everyone’s time. But when it came to us being just 2 minutes late, they abandoned us without caring how we would get back. Very rude staff, terrible management, and extremely disappointing service. A tour company should care about customers’ safety and experience, not leave them stranded on the road in another country. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
We saw many sites that included a delicious Tuscan lunch at a local winery. We stopped in many cities with a tour guide on Siena. It is a long day but worth it. Thank you to Luca for being our host on the entire trip.
This trip is worth the price! It is definitely a long day but with the comfortable a/c travel between towns you have time to recuperate in luxury. Our driver, Edwardo, was both informative and friendly. Great day trip for sure!
