Tomem cuidado!! They are scammers. The agency operates like ticket touts, reselling tickets at inflated prices, and in our case, we paid for the tickets but never received them! On the day of the trip, they told us there had been an overbooking, and we lost the trip, our time, and the tour. They provided absolutely no support or explanation! Be very careful!!

We received a notice that we had a voucher for our tickets. But we had to go to an office to redeem the vouchers for 'real tickets' which were just laser printed pieces of paper. We had to walk at least a half mile past the exhibit to pick these tickets up. While we were at the office, we were told that we needed to redeem our other tickets at yet another office. Every other tour company just gives you electronic tickets and none of this hiking to pick up a laser printed ticket. We were extremely disappointed.
Had a fab time. Really easy to book and to find the ticket pick up location. Staff were lovely and the gift bags were brilliant.
This was one of the highlights of our trip to Florence. Having timed-entry tickets made the experience so much smoother and saved us from waiting in long lines. The Accademia Gallery was incredible, especially seeing Michelangelo’s David in person. Photos don’t do it justice—the detail and scale are breathtaking. The Uffizi Gallery is equally impressive, with an amazing collection of Renaissance masterpieces. Even if you’re not an art expert, it’s easy to appreciate the beauty, history, and significance of the works on display. The entire process was well organized, and the timed entry allowed us to make the most of our day without feeling rushed. I highly recommend booking these tickets for anyone visiting Florence. It’s an unforgettable experience and well worth it.
The staff was great to accommodate us when we arrived late for our scheduled tour. We had difficulty locating the office as our phones had trouble with service. A small map with your location in the city may have been helpful in us locating your office.
Both museums were excellent, I only wish we paid for the guided small tour for 10 euros more at the Accademia. The ticket situation was a little confusing but we figured it out once we went to the ticket office near the Duomo. It wasn’t clear when we bought the tickets online that the timed entry was first for the Uffizi, and then the timed entry for the Accademia was a few hours after that. Prepare for crazy crowds, and much of Uffizi was under construction as of early June. We were still able to enjoy the incredible art, and of course, the David is spectacular.
We utilized this ‘tour’ to gain access to the museums where it was sold out elsewhere. It did afford skip the line access. One thing to note is that you will pick up your tickets to the Uffizi 45 minutes before your start time (this is not mentioned in the pick up instructions which is why people complain about being turned away), once you get the Uffizi tickets you are also issued a voucher for the Accademia to be picked up 5 minutes before a set start time 3 hours later. This gives you 3 hours in the Uffizi which is enough time. Be sure to pick up your Accademia tickets with your whole group for the designated time slot as you are then lead over to the group entry door. If you are even five minutes late for your time slot you miss skip the line and end up in the main queue. Note: this is NOT a tour, simply skip the line access as the name implies. Audio tours are available to rent for the Uffizi.
I brought my daughter and grand daughter to visit the Uffizi Gallery in May, 2026. This is my fourth visit over the last twenty years. I was profoundly disappointed in the experience. We paid for skip the line tickets, yet were required to stand in the sun among hundreds of others, waiting to enter. The tour of the museum was literally body to body, with limited time allowed to enjoy the history and the art. Many works that I remember, were no longer on display, specifically the Rembrandt Self-portrait, which I dearly love. We waited in another line to stand at the door of the major 1500th century works, viewing the work at some distance and given 8 seconds to experience the work and to take a photo through the roped off entry door space. Our limited ability to view the artwork was disappointing. No view was available of the work on the wall backing to the hallway and the view across the large room was severally limited. We understand that there are security issues, however so severely limiting the experience of this historically important artwork is an unprofessional and anti-social solution to a problem directors are expected to resolve in a more humanitarian and respectful manner.
This was one skip the line/times entrance tickets I purchased through TripAdvisor that was well worth it. The tour company was easy to find. They provided great instructions and provided printed tickets for the Uffizi. Once we arrived at the Uffizi, we may have waited 10 minutes and we were in. Following we made our way to the second tour location where they were able to facilitate our earlier entry into the Academia. We again maybe waited 10 minutes and were inside. They also provided a nice gift of a print of a painting from the Uffizi!
Well organized tour. Information is very rich.
Although I originally found it confusing to think I had to go to a redemption center to pick up my tickets I found the staff at thetwo redemption centers we want to extremely helpful and everything went very smoothly. We were very happy to have these tickets and not to have to wait in some of the crazy lines that others wait in.
Thankfully we caught up with our tour (Taxis were on strike and we came from a cruise port) to experience one of the highlights of our vacation. Cosetta, our tour guide, had a wealth of knowledge about the sculptures and paintings we viewed. She presented unique information which helped us appreciate what we saw in a new way. Highly recommend this tour and kudos to Cosetta for her expertise.
This is a ripoff they charge you 2.5 times the entry ticket fee and no advantage to skip the line for the. They don’t allow you to choose your time to enter the museums so screwed up our whole schedule that day.
We paid over twice the ticket prices to skip the lines and still had to wait in line for both the Uffizi and the Accademia museums. It seems that anything but this type of surplus price access is inevitable. You will wait in line no matter what, but the more you pay, the less time you will have to wait.
Excellent service. The priority entrance saved us a lot of time compared to the long queues. The staff has been very helpful too
Great way to skip the line we but 2 ticket when we arrive at the museum we pass the long line musum uffizi and accademia gallery
We were winging it on a day trip to Florence and weren’t able to get same-day tickets to the museum to see the Statue of David. Instead of waiting in a multi-hour line and hoping we’d get in, we found this place across the street. I completely thought it was a scam until I looked online and saw the good reviews so we decided to give it a try. For two adults and two children the cost was €90 (admission only, no guided tour) and within minutes of paying we were in the doors of the museum. Two of the tickets were for a timeframe that had passed about a half hour before, but apparently it didn’t matter because we got through multiple ticket checkpoints with no problem. We had to show pictures of the kids passports to buy the tickets, I assume to prove their age for the reduced ticket price. We are so grateful we took a chance on these tickets and got to see the statue of David before leaving Florence.
What a fiasco! Instructions were not clear. We missed our tours and lost everything we paid. Never again!
The best part was listening to the audio which helped us understand better what we were seeing and highlighting key art.
Our tour guide for the Uffuzi Emmanuelle and Rachel for the tour if the David were amazing! So so knowledgeable! We really enjoyed this experience and learned so much about the art history of both the David and uffuzi. This is a tour you don't want to miss.
Fun tour enjoyed and highly recommended. Please read the history of the museum before so you can enjoy.
We were not happy with purchasing tickets for 10:00 and the tour operator made it much later and out of way for older people. Next time will buy from museum and there was no skipping a line.
We chose the skip-the-line ticket option to beat the crowds which we did BUT the redemption point was not close to the museum at all which caused us time and effort before we arrived to the museum. We had to do this AGAIN for the second museum. My intention was that this one skip-the-line ticket was good for both museums but that was not the case. BTW, once inside the museums, we were fine guiding ourselves.
There is no reason why the supplier company location, which opened at 9am, insisted I keep waiting until 10am before I could get my entry tickets. And there was no attempt made to ask me what sequence I wanted to do the 2 museums in, and what entry time I wanted — I had to be very assertive to get these the way I wanted (partially). And it’s ridiculous that the only way to get into these museums is via these agent intermediaries who are essentially scalping them after grabbing all of them from the official museum sales sights, what a racket! Overall, Viator does a poor job of controlling this offering. I had a much better customer experience with townsofitaly.com a few days later, recommend them instead!
This was the worst experience I have ever had on my holiday. The staff were rude and unorganised. They made last minute changes to my scheduled tours meaning we were delayed by several hours wasting precious holiday time and meant we had to rush through the tours and missed seeing much of what we wanted to. We were sent back and forth between different office locations multiple times as staff didn't know what was going on. Which meant walking all the city. The so called "skip-the-line" tickets are a complete scam and waste of time and money, as we had to line up with hundreds of other "skip-the-line" ticket holders. We were told this was just what happens.... This experience has soured what was otherwise an amazing holiday 😔
Visiting these museums was amazing. Our tickets were easy to order, and the payment and cancelation policies clear and very fair. The meeting location was easy to find and we had no wait to get into the museums.
With limited time in Florence, we knew skip the line tickets were the way to go. And we didn't want a full tour preferring to go at our own pace. We didn't have a single issue redeeming our tickets - you just need to read the clear instructions! The tickets are held by a tour operator and you go there first. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
The service, of your staff in Firenze, was inferior and unprofessional, and I feel cheated by you. If I did my job that way, I would be hungry and thirsty, because I would be fired. I came a day earlier, with my wife, before the agreed appointment and visit time (August 17 at 10:00) for the Uffizi Gallery and the Academy Gallery, and received an answer from the staff at the counter that we could not get tickets earlier, but had to come on the day of the visit. Arriving on the second day at the agreed time, a little before 10:00, we received an answer that instead of the planned visit to the Uffizi Gallery, we should first go to the Academy Gallery, where we would pick up the tickets there, in their office (couldn't they have told me that the first day?). Then I asked that they give me tickets to the Uffizi Gallery right away, but I got the answer from him that we had to report to their office at 13:00. When we arrived at 13:00, the man told me that we should go directly to the Uffizi Gallery and look for his colleague there who had tickets. ??? (This means another necessary visit to your office, without getting tickets) That day the temperature in Firenze was around 40 degrees Celsius, and my wife and I walked a lot of unnecessary kilometers. I paid €178 for two Skip the Line tickets, and we got last-minute tickets for Academia Gallery and Ufizzi Gallery, from your agents. And for that, we paid almost €100 more, in addition to walking around the very hot Firenze, because you gave us last minute tickets (the price is on the ticket), which are much cheaper, that's the reason we had to walk around Firence. Do you think people are so blind and stupid that they don't see what you are doing? Thieves. Shame on you. You cheat with tickets, typical smugglers. We bought Skip the line tickets for the Cathedral, the museum, the tower, and the Baptistery in Florence from the same man in your office. First, he started with a price of €50, then €40, and in the end, we got the same tickets for €20. What's going on there? That means, you and your employees cheating on us. Worst experience ever. And finally, I think these are the last tickets and hotel bookings I made through your company. Pozdrav / Regards Krešo Valjak
Don’t really need a guide. You can fo this on your own. Worth climbing the bell tower. Hard climb 336 steps but amazing views.
My husband and I happened to have this event booked during Italy's rail strike. While finding alternate transportation was stressful, navigating our options/times and tickets with customer service was seamless and stress-free. We were able to join a later tour and experience everything we had originally planned. Thank you so much Viator for being so wonderful!
We skipped the long line at the Accademia museum and were guided by the tour representative to go to the VIP entrance. The line at Uffizi was not really long and we were just handed out the tickets to go by ourselves
the tickets are overpriced and the communication with the persons who exchanged the voucher into tickets was poor - they did not explain why we had to wait for almost half an hour for the tickets in the shop and were not very helpful
Totally disorganised my the agent for tickets. We got passed around to three different ticket agents. Personally, if I new what I know now I would have just Ed ordered the tickets directly from the museum website. Our tickets were over priced, and vet disorganised.
The Uffizi museum was confusing, had poor signage, few bathrooms and was not enjoyable. The office to get the tickets was too far from the museums to go twice. It was a lot of walking back and forth to get our tickets
We showed up ten minutes before 10am when we were supposed to have tickets to both the academia and the uffizi. We were told we could not get the tickets to the academia until 10:45 and we had to come back at 2:45 for the tickets to the uffizi. We had other things planned for the afternoon we then had to change. This was not what it said in the booking we made and we are very unhappy with having to pay so much money for this and then spend the entire day visiting your office not once but twice and splitting ip the museums. This is not what we feel we purchased and I would have rather just bought tickets through a different site. I’m very unhappy with the service and the experience. What was supposed to take a morning and save us time by skipping the lines ended up taking a whole day.
Academia and Uffizi were both amazing, but the ticket redemption process was not. Started late, not enough time for Uffizi, tickets were not near Uffizi, so had to walk a long way to get there. Still had to wait in line.
Irena was a very patient guide, willing to answer questions and add extra info. She was a good teacher because she linked ideas together in a clear way. And, she was thoughtful because she gave us time to use the restroom when we got to the Uffizi. I really appreciate her PDFs of her tour as well so I can be sure I learned all that she said. Overall, this was my best of three tours because Irena was wonderful.
Great way to get all the skip-the-line tix to the sites we wanted to see. We added the tour component so that we would have help really understanding the the big concepts of what happened there and what things meant. Maria Cristiana was fantastic!!! She gave two parts of the tour herself. Over the top, exceeded expectations!
We were not able to skip the line. I thought we would be in a small group in which a guide would accompany us through the museum. The price we paid when we could not skip the line at the Uffizi was exorbitant
The visit was nice the tickets are a real skip the line , the guys of the local provider really nice assisted me until the entrance of the museum
Bien fait. Guide efficace et intéressant. Le groupe a pu braver les foules sans trop de problèmes. Le personnel de Green Tours était bien.
Guided tour for a small group with several children at the Uffizi: interesting guide, his name was Alessio, very knowledgeable, perhaps for the younger children the two and a half hour tour was a bit tiring but it was worth it. We saw all the rooms ranging from the 12th to the 16th century with a good selection of works.
Very useful for not queuing. You queue smaller but you make sure you get in because depending on the time you go you don't make sure you get in.
