Our driver was waiting for us at the airport. He was very polite, efficient and helpful with our luggage. The car seat for my two year old grandson was ready and waiting for him in the van.
If the destination is close, not worth the money. We were in the vehicle for maybe 5-10 minutes. It was nice to be greeted and the driver and vehicle were very nice, definitely not worth the cost.

Met just inside the exit by the driver holding our name. He was a few minutes early so there was no waiting at all. He took care of our luggage in and out of the car. He made conversation but wasn’t pushy.

Our guide was friendly, experienced and shared a wealth of information with us. He took us all over Florence. However, our tour included Skip the Line access to the Academia. After asking about ending there we were told they don’t provide that anymore. Now trying to get a refund for that portion of my payment.

Our driver arrived 5 minutes early for our 4 AM pickup right in front of our Florence rental. He loaded up our bags and got us to the airport very fast. We were very happy with the quick arrival since we had a good amount of waiting in line to get our boarding passes and bags checked.
Our flight from Rome to Florence was delayed but I was able to contact the transfer provider via the Viator app, and our driver was still waiting for us at the baggage claim exit in the Florence Airport. We had to pay a fee since we were over 45 minute late, but this was not a surprise and is explained in the description of the service. Our ride was good and we were dropped off as close to our rental as the streets would allow. Overall experience was exactly what we hoped. One suggestion for travelers, the Florence airport is apparently known for delays, so I suggest adding a buffer to your pickup time to account for any flight delays and delays with baggage. If you were up for taking the train from the airport that is an option, but getting a private transfer was well worth avoiding the 20+ minute walk from the train station through the crowds around the Duomo on the stone streets with large roller bags.

My wife and I had an early departure from the Florence airport and didn't want to depend on taxis or rideshares at 4:00am in the morning. We found this tour operator through Viator; there were a lot that advertised airport to hotel, but a lot less that advertised hotel to airport. This company specifically advertised hotel to airport and had some good reviews so we went with them. Great experience! It was easy to book and our pickup details were easy to specify. The driver sent me a message on WhatsApp the night before to touch base and then again in the morning when he arrived. He was on time and very nice. We upgraded vehicle size due to some extra luggage and they sent the correct size. My only criticism is I thought the price was a little high but in the end, we had peace of mind and made our flight with no issue. I'd recommend this tour/operator!

Our driver met us at the station, was on time, and quickly navigated us to our hotel. It was a quick transfer but we arrived in Florence the day the Tour de France was departing and completely worth it to have a car reservation pre arranged.
Rented a car from the Florence train station with Italycarrent and everything was great. A few hints: 1. We paid 10 Euros extra (total not per day) for the Premium package - this allowed us to skip the line at the train station and go directly to the garage where we picked up the car and were on our way within 5-10 minutes or so. 2. I provided all of my paperwork to them online which also saved time at pickup. 3. The guy at the train station office initially said I had to wait in line, until I was a bit more insistent at which point he focused and directed me to the garage. My guess is that the wait at the train station was going to be about an hour or so otherwise. I also bought their highest end insurance package, not sure whether it mattered or not as we did not have any problems. When I emailed them as my rental time drew nearer, they were responsive and led me through everything I needed to send to make the process fast and easy. My view was that if I bought all of their highest end add-ons the price was still pretty good. Turned out to be a good decision and the price was still in the range of more basic offerings with other agencies.

120+ euros to go from Santa Maria Novella to Via Ventisette Aprile? Pretty ridiculous. Its roughly 9 minutes drive! But my mistake for assuming the price was round trip (as usually RT costs 140). I will never book anything with this vendor again. When I attempted to politely discuss, pay a little more, and make it round trip at the typical rate, they fully lashed out at me (“Not my problem, you should have been more careful!”). Pretty crazy. However, technically, they were correct. I should been more careful in booking them. In the end, probably the lowpoint of the trip, just because it was so petty and weird and a quick and easy ripoff. In all our travels, this is the first overtly negative review we’ve ever written —- but we feel they are simply not reasonable / trustworthy. Try Hireinitaly.com instead! This experience was memorable for all of the wrong reasons. My transfer to FLR for an international flight was confirmed the night before, yet no ride ever showed up. I called to report the issue and was told there was a problem and my call would be returned. After thirty minutes and no further communication, I took a taxi to the airport. I expect a full refund for this prepaid transport.
Confusion over the scheduled change of flight led to a no show by car service. Had to take a taxi into town
Our driver, Simone, was very nice, spoke English very well, and shared some good information with us. The trip only took a few minutes from the train station to our hotel. We had a little difficulty finding him in the train station as there are 3 exits. Luckily we had his phone number and just called him. I had his number the day before, so I would recommend verifying location prior to meeting up with your driver.
I booked and paid for a car to transport 5 people. My confirmation clearly says party of 5. Driver showed up with small car for 3. Part of group had to take a telaxi and I was charged for a party of 5. Very disappointed

Route to rome.. we didn’t want the wheels of our luggages damaged going to the train station that could cause future inconvenience for us so we are glad we did used their transportation services.. we recommend this transportation services in Florence and plan to use them again in the future
