We had the most amazing experience with Aurora, Tiziano, and Lodovik at the Pizza & Gelato Workshop in Tuscany! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome. They were incredibly friendly, funny, entertaining, and engaging. Their energy and passion made the entire experience so special, and we genuinely loved every minute with them! We had so much fun making our own authentic Italian pizza and gelato. It was not only a wonderful opportunity to learn something new, but also an experience filled with laughter, great conversations, and delicious food. Aurora, Tiziano, and Lodovik made sure everyone was involved and having a great time. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Tuscany and an experience we will remember for a long time. We are so grateful for the wonderful memories (and the recipes to recreate a little bit of Italy at home!). A huge thank you to Aurora, Tiziano, and Lodovik for making our day so special. You three are amazing! If you’re visiting Tuscany, do not miss this experience. We highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful time during the pizza and gelato class. It's a short bus ride to a beautiful little farmhouse with great views. Shoutout to Noemi, Lodovik and Tiziano. Their recipe for the evening was perfect and included fun, education, laughter and great food. I would highly recommend this experience.
This was the highlight of our first trip to Italy. It was so nice to be in the Tuscan countryside with our enthusiastic teachers. They made us feel so welcome and taught us with humor and precision. (I'm looking forward to getting the recipes soon, I hope) The only little snag was that we were given an address in Florence. The instructions should have said that the pickup was across the street from the address. However, someone from the tour company called to see if we were there and to help us find the group. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone with an interest in pizza, gelato or escaping the city for a few hours.
This was a fun excursion. I would give them a 5 star review except we had to wait on the side of the road for the tour bus for 45 minutes. The actual experience at the farm house was entertaining and we learned how to make delicious gelato and pizza. Can’t wait to do it at home!
Our pizza and gelato making experience was amazing and delicious! The setting was gorgeous and our hosts - Max, Lodovik, and Tiziano - were so entertaining and talented. We highly recommend the experience!
The perfect end to our trip to Italy! After a walk outside of city limits due to restrictions on tour buses in Florence, we had a comfortable ride to a beautiful location. We were entertained by a wonderful family and enjoyed getting to know fellow tourists in our group. My husband wants to buy a gelato machine!
We met outside of the train station and checked in with Luca, our tour guide. He took us down the road to where a coach bus was waiting to take us to the villa. The ride was around 40-50min long. Luca was the star (or queen) of the show and brought a sense of humor and knowledge that really made the experience. The other chef, Alessia, balanced him out and was also very positive and educated. Gloria instructed us on how to experience wine, olive oil, and the process of making gelato. Together they were all excellent and I would recommend their services to people who are interested!
The directions to the pick-up point were very unclear. Please add more details next time and give precise instructions on what to look for, what the guide is wearing, etc. Otherwise we loved the people who taught the class. Arla and Ludovic for pizza and Max for gelato. Their energy and humor made it such a fun, lively and memorable experience. We laughed a lot and had the BEST pizza! The gelato making and tasting was great as well as we got to try ALL the flavors made by the class that day. All of this topped off by the stunning location of the rustic yet modern farm kitchen on the hillside overlooking Florence... belissimo!
My boyfriend and I went on this tour and had the BEST time. Our guide and gelato teacher, Luca, was absolutely hilarious. We got way more out of this than we were expecting. Alessia, the pasta teacher, was phenomenal. We learned SO much about the history of Tuscany. The experience was very hands-on and the atmosphere was exciting the entire time. Don’t let the length of the experience scare you. It was SO much fun. Plan to laugh and have an incredible experience - you would be missing out if you chose not to book this. We got some olive oil, balsamic, and prosecco from the area to take home - they can ship home if that makes life easier. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place, it’s worth every penny!
Can never go wrong with pizza and gelato. The wine, food, view, and staff were all exceptional.
The pizza and gelato making class was one of the highlights of our two weeks in Italy. Not only were our instructors, Costanza, Tiziano and Lodovik, a delight to be with, but it was obvious that they were very knowledgable on creating delicious treats. The farmhouse venue was amazing, and any time you can combine wine, pizza, gelato and laughs, you can't go wrong. Now, if only I can toss that dough.......
This experience was absolutely amazing! The guides and chefs were very experienced. I learned lots about making pizza and gelato, the right way. The location is also very beautiful and inspiring. Shoutout to Christian, Tiziano, and Ludovico for creating a fun and engaging learning experience.
We loved our experience making pizza and gelato. Everything tasted really fresh and authentic. My husband and I had the best time. They said they would send us the recipes though and I never got them so I’m not very happy about that so I do advise you take pictures and document while you were there in case that happens to you too. I do wish they disclosed more information on the ingredients being used though, making sure they were organic / clean. Since everything was in Italian I couldn’t read the packaging myself.
excellent program, had a blast, all the employees were fantastic!
It was a wonderful experience. The location is in a beautiful setting with olive groves and gives you a good view of the city. The instructors , Chris, Tito and Arlo were so much fun! Not too mention that the finished product (Gelato and pizza) was delicious.
Magnifico! This was the highlight of our time in Florence. Tiziano, Arla and Chris made the class so much fun and the pizza/gelato were the best ever. We highly recommend this class while you are in Tuscany or Florence.
We had a fantastic afternoon making pizza and gelato. Christian, Tito & Bobo (not sure about these last 2 names!) were very friendly, funny and attentive. Our son who is 14 got as much help as he needed and some special attention, which he loved. The scenery around the farmhouse is absolutely stunning too. Thanks very much guys for a wonderful day!
Amazing italian food here! We were all amazed by the pizza 🍕 slice sizes, super generous and grand, absolutely loved it
Where do I begin? My daughter and I have been touring Italy for over a week now and we have had a fabulous time. Today we took the pasta and gelato class and let me tell you it was the absolute best experience! We were exhausted from a terrible night at a shady airbnb and I honestly considered canceling our class but I am so grateful I didn't. Luca is the funniest possible tour guide and his energy was infectious. Alesia is BRILLIANT and interesting and a fantastic teacher. Gloria gave us the most enjoyable wine tasting and the ladies who cooked and cleaned around us were a total joy. I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the best tour you can take if you're a foodie, if you enjoy social interaction, seeing beautiful countryside and tasting delicious wine and olive oil! If we come back, I'll take it again. The staff and other guests felt like friends by the end of the day. Best day ever! 10 stars!
Such a great experience! This was the highlight of our trip, we had an amazing time making gelato and pizza with Max, Tiziano, and Lodovik (Labubu). Plus everything we made was delicious! Highly recommend :)
Go book this tour, it is so much fun! Luca met us outside the train station then it is a 7min walk to the bus and a 45 min drive to the winery. On arrival, we started our wine tasting class with Gloria, 4 wines and cheeses/bread. It was great!! Sat in a beautiful glass building with gorgeous views of the organic winery. Once done, we made 2 different pastas with our 2 lady chefs (with Luca joining in making everyone laugh) before making gelato. Once done, we ate it all! With more wine! It was delicious, so much food. Then outside to taste some of the 10 different gelatos we all made. It really was a worthwhile day. Laid back, fun, interesting. Highly recommended.
Highly recommend this! So much fun and you get to hang out with other people from around the world - our guides/instructors (Aurora, Arla and Tiziano) were amazing, entertaining & charming and we had a really great time at a great venue in the hills overlooking Florence & Tuscany.
It was so much fun. My only issue is we were told they would email us the recipes and I have not gotten is there a way you can reach out to them. We want to make the pizza and gelato.
What a wonderful experience cooking pasta and making gelato with my wife. The class was so much fun and we had a great time making new friends and taught by great teachers!
This class was everything I'd been dreaming of. The class teachers were extremely organized in dividing us up into small groups so there was very little "down time." Getting to taste everyone's gelato flavors was a bonus... 10-12 in all. If you have only one chance to take a cooking class in Florence THIS IS IT
Amazing experience with Luca. Beautiful setting and Luca gave us so much information. Pasta making was so much fun.. Alessia and team were fantastic. Gelato was delicious. Would definitely recommend to for a fun day.
This was an amazing relaxing afternoon away from the noise and crowds in Florence and definitely a recommend. We took a short bus ride outside the city and we welcomed by 3 amazing chefs with so much personality. We learned how to make multiple flavors of authentic gelato and while it froze we learned how to make authentic pizza. It was a bit chilly as the pizza making experience was outdoors (bring a jacket!) but the fresh air overlooking the olive trees in Tuscany was simply too beautiful to pass up so I am glad we were outside. We enjoyed a local Chianti wine as well. Our 3 chefs Chris, Titziano, Luvik (sorry on name spelling guys…) made the experience great fun and entertaining, singing and making jokes even as some of our group were a bit stiff. My husband couldn’t believe how much fun it ended up being.
The experience, guides and the place are so nice . The group too although it was many people . I personally prefer a more cozy limited number of people
Luka, is funny as hell. it was pretty chill. I would highly recommend taking this tour Honestly wasn't that much walking if you're elderly and have limited mobility maybe reconsider but like was fine
Aurora, Arla and Tiziano were the absolute best! They made this activity so fun and easy. I would say they are a huge part of how fun the activity was. Everything was explained so well and we had opportunities to be involved in every step of the process. The property they are on is beautiful and has gorgeous views of the countryside. We got all of the recipes about 10 days after the activity by email so they didn't get lost on the trip.
We had a fabulous time, couldn’t ask for better chefs, it was the highlight of our trip. We were supposed to get the recipes but we have not yet, sad as we wanted to start recreating our incredible food as soon as we go home, unfortunately can not. Also just know you had to meet in front of the train station, the meeting place was a bit confusing.
Interesting night making a Tuscany-style pizza and gelato. We were in a group of about 15 people in a neighborhood overlooking Florence. A neat experience with people from all over the world. Our hosts kept the night entertaining and on schedule.
My daughter and I had a fab time on this trip. Our guide, Luca, was hysterical and informative. All of the chefs and staff were patient, knowledgeable, and committed to giving us a memorable experience. The food we made was delish. Can't recommend this enough!
A fabulous evening out and the best use of your money in Florence. Overlooking the Tuscan hills, you get to experience classic pizza and gelato making and the outcome is guaranteed to be delicious. The hosts Aurora, Tito and Ludovico were all fun, friendly and made it an exceptionally memorable night. And the groups are small so you really feel a part of something special!
What an awesome experience! Not only did we learn how to make gelato and pizza, we experienced beautiful views of Tuscany and were definitely entertained by our chefs! What a great group to be with. We also met and cooked with a great group of new friends. We would do this again and again!
So fun! And I learned a lot! Can’t wait to make some of these pasta dishes at home!!! Luca was so funny and Fracesa (so?) so kind and helpful! If they had more courses I’d sign up for more!
The entire day was fun and well organized! My husband and I had one of the best days of our lives and met so many wonderful people.
This was a wonderful experience in every way! Our tour guide, Luca, was so much fun! Hysterical actually! Della and Alesia were fantastic too. The class was fun annd taught us so much and resulted in a fabulous meal! The gelato was the best we had in Florence! We will take the recipes home to make for family and friends! Thank you for a fabulous day!
Alfred , Valeria , Jackie were excellent pizza tour guides!
This pizza and gelato making class was so fun and delicious! My husband and I did this class as part of our time in Florence and the chefs were super nice, funny, and made the whole experience a blast. I would definitely recommend!
That was the funnest night of our entire trip to Italy. The hosts were so fun and they had us laughing the whole time. And for the first time I made a round pizza. I would recommend this to everyone. And by the chance, the other couples who happened to join us were awesome. I wish we all lived close together so we could do this again. Thanks for a great night!
This was the hiighlight of my time in Tuscany! Our guide was great and the chef/farm staff were a lot of fun, besides being good instructors. Trio was very organized and time was well used without being too relaxed or too hectic. Beautiful setting, delicious food, great memories.
Ado, Arla, and Tiziano were FANTASTIC! We had so much fun and learned a lot in an absolutely beautiful setting. It was definitely a highlight of our entire Italy trip. I would highly recommend. I was a little worried there were so many people (20-ish), but it worked out beautifully, and we met some fabulous people from around the world.
We did two tours with this operator, the pizza making and a wine safari. Both were very well organized and fun, highlights of our time in Florence. And the pizza was really good.
This is an unforgettable Italian experience at a luxurious Tuscan farmhouse! Cristian taught us exactly how to make gelato and was so attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. Titiano and Arla were hilarious, personable, AND taught us exactly how to make homemade pizza the Italian way. The attention to detail was unmatched. We all felt like family by the end of the night. Arla even took video of us throwing our pizza dough in the air—a memory we will never forget—such a treasure to have it recorded. I cannot recommend this experience enough and want everyone I love to visit the farmhouse too. It will surely be a highlight for you and your loved ones.
Really good fun. Our pizza chefs, Tinto and Labubu (!!!) were extremely friendly, entertaining and very funny. We actually learned a lot too and with the best tasting pizzas as a result.
Great experience. Lovely location and beautiful building with outdoor space. This activity was VERY well organized so there was no waiting/downtime and lots of fun. Adela, Stefania, Beatrice and Francesco were the chefs that taught our group and they were all friendly, engaging, and fun. They made the experience amazing and had great personalities and expertise. Love this, it was a highlight of our trip and would 100% recommend
Our pasta and gelato class was top notch! It was no doubt my favorite part of our whole trip to the Florence/Tuscany region. Alessia was amazing! So knowledgeable and made the experience so fun!
Luca, Camilla and Noemi (I hope I spelled that right) were absolutely incredible! Our group never stopped laughing, the guides were incredibly supportive, and everyone genuinely had a great time. We can’t wait to make the pasta recipes we learned for our friends at home!
We had a great time at our pizza and gelato making experience. Aurora, Arla and Tiziano were the BEST hosts...very knowledgeable, patient, and entertaining. Our bellies were very satisfied at the end of the evening. Highly recommend!
