Florence Photoshoot

We are thrilled with the results of our photo shoot in Florence! Even though the city was packed with tourists, our photographer Elena got really great results. We were a group of 7 adults and 4 small children and she demonstrated such patience and creativity (tourists and vehicles constantly crossing our paths AND the small child factor). She knew perfect spots to guide us to and modified to keep the walking minimal for the children. She was poised, focused and very welcoming which made the potentially stressful experience very positive. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful photographer.. she was amazing. She was so passionate about the photos coming out perfect. She even posed us.

Contacted me 3 times to move day and/or time of photoshoot. Two occasions was bc they were “overbooked” at that time, once because “lens on camera broke”— that was the reason they gave after I said I wanted to keep the original date & time. Finally settled on 9/24 after original booking was 9/21 but they never moved the date in Viator so my money was withdrawn based on original booking. When asked if I could change time AGAIN on 24th, I decided to cancel (among other reasons). They refused to give me a refund bc I was outside of the cancellation window which was based on the original 9/21 date!!! Called Viator (who was great) and was refunded my money. Waste of my time and energy. Book with them if you want your photoshoot moved 85 times in three days. Otherwise, stay far away.

Viktoria was a wonderful photographer! I felt comfortable, relaxed, and had a little fun with this playful solo photoshoot. She even introduced me to areas I hadn't seen yet. I told her my insecurities, so she could be conscious of what I didn't want to see in my photos, and they all turned out beautifully!

Our photographer was very communicative through text and seemed like she was going to be great. There were some weather concerns- orange warnings, and she was 100% accommodating! The day and time of the shoot roll around and it was just super weird and awkward. I mean we’re practicing standing next to her and she has just no idea who she is looking for. So we introduce ourselves- it’s me, my fiancé, his parents and sister. She is completely super quiet and now looking back I can say just way too SHY! Throughout she just NEVER spoke, she wasn’t helpful, didn’t tell us when she was shooting, what to do, where to stand, literally nothing. My fiancé and his family live in Florence so even if the language barrier was there they speak 3 languages. Moving on, I finally ask her to help, pose us, do something- she does not. My SIL finally comes up to me and says why is she only speaking about everyday life stuff but nothing about what we’re doing or why. I finally got the pictures back and she took over 422 photos but they choose the worst ones hoping you buy the others. My SIL ended up taking over 700 shots and killed it!! I suggest if this is your option don’t have super high hopes for a fancy type of shoot. It would be great for a family in Florence, not an engagement shoot. Even though the shots we got were INSANE

We had an amazing photography experience with Viktoria in Florence. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. She guided both me and my wife with natural poses, which made the entire session relaxed and enjoyable. Our shoot took us through some of Florence’s most beautiful locations, including the Duomo, Piazza Strozzi, Piazza della Repubblica, and Ponte Vecchio. The route was thoughtfully planned, allowing us to capture a wonderful variety of backdrops without feeling rushed. Viktoria was amazing. I booked my session last minute to capture photos near the Duomo during my solo trip. She made me feel comfortable and captured great pictures that I’ll cherish.

Our photographer Viktoria was wonderful. I was a little hesitant about the poses, but she knew better, and all the images came out great. So grateful to have family memories of our trip. I recommend checking sunset times before you book. I did not realize the sun sets at 9pm in the summer, so our photo shoot was at the hottest point in the day at 4pm. Still, she found great spots with shade and good lighting so we did not turn into puddles. :)

Viktoria was a pleasure to work with! Upon arrival she met us with the most welcoming smile and excitement. She explained how things would work before hand, figured out logistics of photos to be taken, stayed in the area at our request, and snapped so many photos to make sure we can remember this trip as a family. We returned to Florence for our 20th wedding anniversary and to renew our vows. We wanted pictures done well - and we’re so glad we did this. Victoria was a true professional, patient and had wonderful ideas on locations along with listening to what we had in mind.

We booked this experience on the same day through Airbnb and were impressed by how quickly everything was organised via Airbnb and WhatsApp. If possible, I would recommend planning a little further in advance, as details like wardrobe choices and styling can really elevate the final photos and make the experience even more special. Fortunately, we had already done some research beforehand, so we felt well prepared. The photographer was outstanding, professional, knowledgeable, creative, and incredibly talented throughout the session. They also made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Overall, this was excellent value for money and a wonderful investment in our visit to Florence. We came away with beautiful memories and photos we’ll treasure for years.

It was incredibly satisfying! We booked it as a memento of our trip from Japan. Elena took our photos, and she was very meticulous in taking lots of pictures. We're not fluent in English, but she was very kind and helpful, so there were no problems!

I had a photoshoot in Florence with Viktoria, and I truly cannot thank her enough. That day, it was raining heavily and honestly my mood was really bad. I was upset because my shoes were completely soaked, and I even had to change into another pair of shoes that made my feet hurt badly and made walking very difficult. At one point, I almost didn’t want to continue the shoot anymore. But Viktoria was incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire session. She kept comforting and encouraging me, and she even created some very special rainy-day photos that turned out to be unique and beautiful memories. She literally supported me step by step, helping me walk to every location while I was struggling with the pain. Not only is she a very talented photographer, but she is also such a warm-hearted and caring person. Because of her, Florence became one of the most unforgettable parts of my trip. I highly recommend this photography company. Their photographers are truly professional, thoughtful, and passionate about what they do. I’m so grateful for this experience.

The experience was amazing. I did wish we could’ve went to more spots to take pictures but overall I love all of my pictures and the guide was amazing and vest transparent with everything

We enjoyed our experience with Victoria. She messaged us the day before to confirm time and location and what pictures were for. She was very helpful with planning out the route and posing us. She was pleasant, friendly, and made the experience fun. We are still on vacation so we are unable to look at all of the edited photos in detail.

The pictures were great and photographer was patient. However getting our pics took more than the advertised 48 hours and I had to follow up a few times. I used someone in Rome and we had gotten ours within hours.

My time with my photographer was excellent. Victoria was so good at helping me feel comfortable and look great on camera. But the company itself (the operator) is very hard to communicate with. I’ve sent them multiple messages on WhatsApp and also multiple emails with follow up questions on my photos and I haven’t heard from them at all and it’s been almost a week. And I had multiple back to back bookings with them too at different cities. You’d think that because you’re a repeat client, they’ll be a bit more responsive. But no. I’d say if possible, just book direct with the photographer and not picster which is the operator.

Elena gave us a memorable photoshoot experience in Florence, even though it came with a few challenges. The cold weather and a few kid tantrums made things a bit stressful, but she remained patient throughout and kept things moving. She was more on the quiet side during the session, but she clearly knows how to maneuver through crowds and still capture amazing shots. The photos turned out fantastic—beautiful keepsakes from our trip that we’ll truly cherish.

We met near the main cathedral in Florence. Despite only a 30-minute time, we were able to get a lot of photos taken. Victoria was our photographer and she was great, and super efficient. She also suggested a different time of day than the one I scheduled for the best lighting. Highly recommend.

We had an incredible experience with our photographer in Florence on March 16. She was punctual, professional, and immediately made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. She guided us through several beautiful locations and had such a great eye for lighting and composition. What I expected to be just a photoshoot from Florence Photoshoot turned into a wonderful mini tour through the heart of the city. My photographer, Elena, was truly exceptional. We met in a main area and went to many beautiful sites for photos with our photographer and had a lovely time. She was very kind and made us feel very comfortable. I have hired this service with a Marriage proposal purpose, the service received was beyond expectations, during the photo shoot and even more, when pictures were released. We slowly connect with Elena, our protografher. We both feeled so confortable, we sarted with a few pictures before the proposal and she helped to pick the right spot and timing to do it. For the rest of the photoshoot she was so nice with us, and proposed so many amazing spots!! She had a really good eye and also, good knowledge of the places we were. We really enjoyed the service and are in love with the results!!

We were able to set up a meeting point and I was able to explain to her that my mother has some difficulty walking long distances, so she was able to accommodate us for locations. The photo shoot was very personalized and taken at the iconic Florence sites. They turned out beautiful and will make lifelong keepsakes.

We had the best photographer who took us around the City and really made our day magical. We had a lot of fun and were able to take traditional poses and many candid shots. Everyone in my family had a lot of fun with it. This was a perfect keepsake from our trip and meant so much to my parents to have pictures with me and my children. This is a must do activity for any family or couple.

I had a wonderful time with Viktoria, it was a one hour early morning session and it was still bit dark when we met. The duomo area was still empty and was able to get solo shots with no crowds around. She told me how to pose and took me to the best photo spots. She told me her time in Florence, and recommended places to go to. As a solo traveler this is valuable.

We enjoyed our photoshoot very much! It felt very professional even though we don't have any idea how to model. We felt 30 minutes was just right for a middle-aged couple and the variety of stops was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a friendlier photographer. She gave us lots of suggestions for posing and standing and suggested some solo shots also. Can't wait to see how they turn out.

I did a solo Birthday photoshoot. Viktoria was super friendly; communication with her was quick and reliable. She had great suggestions for poses during my session. The turnaround for photo selection (she does not handle this, Viator does) is slow though. I did my photoshot last December 12th at 8 am, and it's December 14th very late evening (almost midnight) and I have not heard back from Viator about my photos.

My husband and I did a photo shoot with Elena. She messaged us early and coordinated where to meet and I had questions on what to wear. I picked a super busy Saturday and Elena navigated the crowds so well. We took pictures at multiple locations. Excited to see how they turn out. A great memory to take back home to the states.
