I would suggest you get there 1/2 hour before tour as you need to download app and go through paperwork. Vespa was in good condition and very easy to drive. We would have wished we took a bit more time planning our route as wanted to see I bit more of Tuscan country side instead it felt like we were more in the city
Great experience! Terrific to get out of the city for a bit and just explore on our own. Vespa was easy to learn. Make sure you have your international driver’s license and passport with you when you arrive
We had an amazing experience riding electric bikes through this company. We enjoyed the independent tour with the gps guide and we were able to visit a lot of great places. The local products was included with wine and a big charcuterie board it was all wonderful.
We took the train in from Florence and the pick up location was a 10 min walk. Easy breezy … We had 4 hours on our own. Great lunch spot but only meats and cheese. The wine was amazing and you can order additional food at a cost. Driving in Europe is different from the states, drivers are aggressive so you must be comfortable driving the scooters. Overall great experience.
What a great experience!! The Vespas are pretty easy to operate buy if you're going tandem, my wife had a little trouble getting going with me on the back (I'm pretty dense at 5'9" & 210 lbs while she is 5'1" & 130 lbs) so I let her take it by herself and go around the block, pick me back up and I took us from there. They have a built in map for their tour but if you make the wrong turn, it will not help you get back on track so I suggest just plugging in each POI into Google Maps and following Google Maps. I also recommend following the guide and POI suggestions as it takes you to some absolutely beautiful views of Florence. I will say my wife is pretty strong and am avid weightlifter so if the weight difference between you and your partner is large and you want to split time driving, just get 2 Vespas.
We rented these vespa while traveling and spending some time in Italy. The women at the shop couldn’t be nicer and more helpful. We did a self guided to work which was nice and PS directions were a little confusing, but other than that the experience was wonderful.
It was fun and Nadia was very nice and helpful. The only thing we had a problem with was the meeting point. I was only given a street name and not a number. We had a hard time finding the exact location of the meet. The ride was easy and the views were beautiful. The last stop at B station was great and everything was delicious. I would recommend E-Dway for Vespa tours
Would not recommend not a good value unsafe environment and lack of instruction unsafe location not good communication or customer service - difficult to communicate with the operator
The manager was extremely helpful. Be careful because the gos route guide may run down phone battery before getting back. Multiple drivers should use one phone at a time
We had a good time on this eVespa self drive tour and saw some wonderful views despite the rain. Sadly, we were unable to download the tour onto our phones but Ovidiu took the time to help us put in the various locations onto Google maps and even gave us his direct number in case we needed any help. We didn't take part in any food tasting as I didn't recieve any information regarding location or reservation timings from the restaurant where this takes place. This was a disappointment as we had paid for it as part of the experience. Despite the issue with the restaurant we had an enjoyable time and would recommed this experience. Ovidiu was great to speak to and was very professional. If you book this experience and you haven't heard from the restaurant it would be a good idea to get in touch with them ahead of your scheduled tour.
We had such a fun time! There are a few complaints that I have: First off, we arrived when we were supposed to and after waiting our turn and getting set up, a whole hour had passed. It was frustrating, because we were rushed with our tour, and we did not have time to do the whole thing. They offered for us to buy another hour, but I feel like that is something that should have been offered for free. So word to the wise, GO EARLY! Another issue was that we did not know that we needed cell service for this tour, I wish that would have been made more clear to us. The only thing it said on the tour requirements was "smartphone needed." I could tell that the tour operator was very frustrated with us, but we did not know that was a requirement! So, make sure you have an international phone plan to do this tour! Overall, we had such a fun time, but there were definitely some hiccups.
Great quality time spent with my two sons, such a special and unique way to experience all that Florence has to offer. Nice way to end inside the Roman gate with charcuterie and wine at “B Station”.

We did this tour and loved every minute. It was a joint tour with the Fiat 500’s, 2 couples in them & just us on the Vespa. Our guides, Alessio, Matteo & Luca were all wonderful, engaging & knowledgeable. Great personalities and good humour. We were given clear instructions on how to ride, had a little test run & off we went. My partner rode the bike with me on the back. The views were sensational and the ride was easy. We stopped on occasions to take some amazing pictures and were told about the area. Loved being in the open air, riding in the breeze through beautiful countryside. I cannot thank the boys enough for the enjoyment I got out of today. Grazie
What a fantastic break from traditional touristy activities! Our guide Alex was fantastic, full of enthusiasm and info to help - thanks Alex!! As long as you are sensible on a bike, you shouldn’t have any problems with the Vespa, just take your time & listen to your guide.... best couple of hours we spent in Florence!
this was a great tour - fun - the guides were very engaging and informative. The food wine and tour at the end was a great finish to the tour.

<p>Our guide was very helpful with our inexperienced, nervous drivers. He drove slow and always made sure we were safely behind him. <br/> However, the original tour was not available that day, so we had to go to a different winery. I was disappointed we didn't get to see Fiesole and Mugello. I was also disappointed that there wasn't much of a tour. We didn't learn anything about the winery or get to tour their wine cellar.<br/> The views were AMAZING though. Stunning. Still one of my favorite things we did in Florence.</p>
<p>This was by far the best tour we have taken since getting to Italy. My boyfriend and I got a private tour through the northern countryside. Since there was less people in our group, we were able to stop on the side of the road to see some of the most amazing views in Tuscany. </p> <p>We were initially a bit nervous to drive on the city roads, but Matteo and Elena made us feel completely comfortable. Before we started the tour we did a safety lesson and a test drive so that we would feel more at ease. The vespa itself was easy to operate it was automatic, for those who have little experience.</p> <p>During the wine tour we were able to go into the vineyards, barrel rooms, and bottling facilities before our tasting. On our way home we stopped in Fiesole and had an espresso. </p> <p>Overall, an amazing experience and we would recommend it to anyone who was coming to Florence.</p>
