Florence Duomo Hosted Entry Experience With Audio Guide

Julio was an amazing guide. Very knowledgeable and humorous. Also, extremely helpful in offering ideas for food and shopping around Florence.

It was a very nice tour for the price. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. She even kept talking when it poured rain.

I want some assistance when needed, but I don't want someone controlling every minute of my visit. This experience got that balance right. Helpful entry, useful audio guide and plenty of freedom to explore.

The host gave us the information we needed and didn't make the process complicated. I liked being able to continue at my own pace afterward.

I had a very enjoyable hour with guide Julio and the smallish group who were on this tour. I booked the 10.00am tour. As the Duomo Cathedral does not open until 10.15am, for the first 15 to 20 mins of the tour we waited in line and Julio gave us lots of info about the Duomo and neighbouring Baptistry. It was an entertaining and light-hearted tour, with easy to understand English. We were able to stay in the Duomo for as long as we wanted after the official hosted tour concluded.

Good option if you want a guaranteed entry time. The meeting point was easy to find, and the staff was helpful. Inside the gallery, we had plenty of time to see David and the other artworks.

First of all, we did not know that we were supposed to meet the EU tours at a certain place. When we finally figured that out and went to the place, we found two other couples waiting but no tour operator. After a half hour, we finally left. I would like a refund.

The hosted entry saved us time and gave us peace of mind. We met the host right near the entrance, and he gave us our tickets and useful tips. The sculpture gallery was beautiful , David was bigger and more perfect than I ever imagined.

So happy we booked this timed hosted entry! The host was friendly and helped us enter right away. The gallery isn’t huge, but it’s full of art that makes you stop and think. Of course, David was the highlight ,a true masterpiece.

If you hate waiting, get this ticket. We went in at our time slot without a problem. The host made sure we were all set. Inside, the gallery wasn’t crowded, which made it even better. I took so many pics of David from every angle!

I didn’t want to waste time standing in a long line, so this ticket was perfect. I found the meeting spot fast, the host handed me everything, and boom. I was inside! The gallery isn’t huge, but it’s full of beautiful art. David was incredible!

Perfect choice for our short time in Florence. No waiting in line and no confusion. The host walked us through the check-in and we were inside in minutes. The artwork was breathtaking!

The host met us near the entrance and explained everything clearly. We got in fast and enjoyed the peaceful gallery. I loved seeing the unfinished sculptures too, not just the famous David.

The tour was disappointing. We were put in a long line with a guide. I asked about the “skip the line” part of the tour which is why we bought the tickets. The guide said we could try another door if we want but it would have a line too. We should have just stood in the same line and got in for free .

The person we needed to meet to verify our voucher NEVER showed up. We wandered around for 30 minutes and could not find the representative to exchange the voucher for our ticket. Missed the tour!!! Beyond disappointing and frustrating. Never again!!!!

Do not use EUtours ..... we booked a skip the line tour .... when we arrived our operator told us they no longer did skip the line tours so we had to queue for 90min....... it's free to access the cathedral so save your money and just stand in the queue for free ..... I spoke to several other people who paid for skip the queue and ended up queueing with everyone else who had not paid for skip the queue ..... I asked the officials at the cathedral and they said they have never offered skip the queue tickets !!!!!

We visited the duomo it was really nice ! With friends it was fun! The guide was cool ! I recommand this trip !!! Really cool !

View of City was wonderful. Also, hike up was healthy! Steps were tight but there were a few windows which provided fresh air and light.

I made this reservation same-day and was glad they had a few available slots. Our guide was very knowledgeable and engaging, and she gave us the encouragement we needed to get up all those stairs!

This tour was disappointing because of the tour guide. She was disorganized, seemed confused. She talked but not about the big picture. She had a lot of facts but none seemed relevant. I found it challenging to understand her English.

Alex did an outstanding job explaining the exterior as well as the interior. She was engaging and real. I’d highly recommend this tour.

Tour was Ok, just 35-40minutes but we got into the cathedral even though it was sold out for the next days!:-) tourguide could be a little more empathic and fun, she seemed nervous and had trouble with English but all in all: we got in! Would be worth 15-20€ and not 30€.

The experience was incredible the staff was very friendly and very professional, smiling and cheerful… Loved the marbles, the architecture, the frescoes...

We had a very pleasant time, during the tour we learned about the Medici family, the guide was very entertaining and informative, he even answered any questions we had in mind. Two thumbs up!

No explanation at the meeting point; we didn't even know in advance that we wouldn't have an audio guide because it was reserved only for English speakers. For the others, it's your own phone to follow a broken video and your personal earbuds, but if you don't have any, you follow nothing. The guide abandons us and leaves with her English group. In short, it is not worth the price at all; I do not recommend it unless you speak English. Going to the basilica alone with Google is much better.

Ça ne vaut pas le prix . l extérieur est beaucoup plus incroyable que l intérieur. Déçu d avoir mis ce prix là avec 2 adolescents cela a été long au final pour 75€.
