Tatiana was a wonderful person to capture a beautiful Florence morning for us. It was a last minute decision to do photos and they came out wonderful. The turnaround time was fast as well to see our edited photos.

Victoria was amazing. Even it was cloudy. She managed to to make perfect photos of my fiance and me. We have had some special requests and Victoria and team fulfill everything perfectly. Viktoria was awesome to work with. It was raining for the time we had the appointment but Viktoria was flexible to move it in case. She was very professional. We met at piazzale Michelangelo for the photo shoot, there were huge crowds, the sun was hiding behind the clouds but I saw a couple of pictures and she still made the pictures look WOW!
The experience was amazing, the photographer chose the right location (Florence Skyline) at the right time (golden hour) to have best shots. I strongly recommend this experience if your are at Florence!

I booked a sunrise shoot in Florence with Elena from Picster and it was great. She made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable, and knew all the right spots for amazing shots. The photos came out beautiful, capturing the city in the early morning light. Communication and booking were easy and everything felt very professional. Highly recommend Picster and Elena if you want memories that go beyond the usual tourist photos.
The photographer was in a hurry, could have corrected or pointed my wardrobe but didn't. I noticed the issue with my shirt collar after all the pics were taken. I couldn't use the pics now. But otherwise the photo session was okay
Elena was our photographer. She was fabulous! We were in Florence for only a day during our cruise and she was very flexible with our date/time. Our photos were stunning and we are so happy from start to finish.
The pbotoshoot itself was great, however, we haven't received the photos yet. It's been 4 days. I reached out to photographer and she was very helpful providing email address to the agency. Hopefully we will recieve our photos soon.
We were able to shoot in the best locations. I originally booked at 11:00, but the photographer advised me to move up a bit due to the congestion and sunshine, so I started shooting from 10:00. We had a steady stream of visitors, so it was good to make it early as advised. It is a high-altitude square, so it is windy. You may want to consider the wind in your hair set. The photographer Victoria (female) was very hospitable, showing an example of posing.
I went to Italy on my honeymoon, so I was looking for a place to take a picture. I'm so glad you booked the day before and shot it the next day! Elena, the cameraman, is a craftsman and we are very happy with her commitment!
