It was a rainy day to go with the Vespas but they offered us the Topolino ride and it was awsome! Chiara and Lorenzo were very good guides.

Initially interested in booking a Vespa... only to discover my wife wasn't keen. But booked the Fiat Topolino, aware of the Fiat's limited performance. This trip did not disappoint! The Fiat had us both chuckling! Louisa was our guide... she was very informative, patient and friendly. The drive involved stopping in several areas for scenic vistas and time to explore. On return we visited the local winery for an insight, some lunch and the wine tasting. We both thoroughly enjoyed the day!
Tour guides were amazing and the tour itself was beautiful and well worth the experience for our Honeymoon! The Staff were very knowledgeable of the area we were driving through and you could tell they loved what they did!
One of the best excursions we’ve ever done. Riding the Vespa’s in the countryside of Florence was a dream come true. Our guides, Chiara and Lorenzo, were great and very friendly. The winery we visited was really nice as well. The tastings, food, and atmosphere were incredible!
Our tour was absolutely amazing! The meeting point was easy to find and the guides were very welcoming. After a short bus ride, we arrived at the headquarters qhere we completed a driving test. We were able to hop on our Vespas to discover the charm of Tuscany. The view was picturesque and visiting the olive oil mill was just incredible! To finish we had a wine tasting and a delicious meal at the Diadema Winery. Lorenzo and Francesca made our experience even greater with thwir kindness and history knowledge. This experience surely checked one box on my bucketlist!
A great day! Our guides were Chiara and Cathy. I was very nervous as I’d never been on a Vespa before but having read the reviews I knew there was a car option. After circling the gravel car park 3 times I was given the green light (the top tip I was given was the positioning of the right hand to prevent over revving) - it was really great fun, riding around the countryside and some main roads. Our guides were very informative and conscious of safety at all times. We stopped at a vineyard for photos, a lovely church with amazing views then lunch at a winery and an olive production place - we saw the old traditional method they still de to make the oil and got to sample the olive produced the day before! This was a simple and tasty meal with wines to taste and drink. (This is after the driving has finished!). We also had the option to taste a couple more wines and make purchases of wine and oil. We did the 10.30 tour and got back to Florence about 5pm.
We got to do so much! Not only the beautiful Vespa experience but getting to learn a new skill, eat great food , wine taste, see a cool town, have great views, see a church, and get to know awesome people! The guides were so kind and helpful too!
Jack, Hilary and Lorenzo were absolutely fabulous! Nice and patient with our driving skills!
Fantastic trip! Very professionally run from collection to drop off. Sarah was an amazing guide, full of historical knowledge and very fun! The whole experience ran extremely smoothly. We learned how to ride the vespas with Tomaz who was also an excellent guide. We had a short stop at a beautiful church where we could take photos and take in the breathtaking scenery. Then next on to a pretty town where we got to spend 45 minutes of free time to shop (drink wine and eat cake) before riding back to base. Then a very short walk to a lovely winery for a delicious 3 course lunch with wine and olive oil tasting. Lastly we watched how they make the olive oil and wine which was fascinating! There were no extras where you felt pressured to buy photos or anything, you could choose to buy wine or oil if you wanted. But such an amazing day, worth every penny and Fantastic value for a full 6 hour day. Thank you Sarah and Tomaz for a day we will always remember and Chris the bus driver. We will definitely do again and thoroughly recommend.
This was a great experience, and the guides were great. The Vespa was too heavy for me, but I was more than happy on the lighter scooter as a first-time rider. I would advise that if you are not comfortable by the end of the training session, choose the small Fiat car so you can enjoy yourself and relax. The scenery was amazing, and the ride was mostly on quiet roads. The lunch and oil tasting at the winery were wonderful- it was so scenic and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this trip.
Great way to spend the day if you want to be outside of the city for a few hours. Our guides, Illa and Leila, were awesome! They were super concerned with everyone’s safety and very knowledgable about the products of the region. They speak excellent English and are very personable.

Once we found the meeting point in Florence everything ran smoothly. The guides were fantastic! High energy, friendly and very attentive. Group sizes were very comfortable (about 12). Riding capability vetting and paperwork was straightforward. The route was easy to follow and the guides took a lot of care to keep everyone safe. Quality of the lunch was first class although we felt the wine tasting was a bit rushed. Overall we had a great time and we felt it was value for money.
Great excursion! Our guide was very informative. Saw beautiful Chianti region. Would highly recommend.
Having some scooter or motorcycle experience beforehand is helpful, especially if driving with a rider.
So much fun to ride Vespa in the Tuscan countryside. Included a Vespa orientation, a stop at the beautiful town of Greve, a stop at a hilltop to take a few photos, and finally a very nice lunch and wine and olive oil tasting. Best was we took a van to the start, so no need to fight traffic to get to the countryside.
The beauty of the Italian landscape is breathtaking. It’s very rich and has a lot of depth that just mesmerizes you.!
Fantastic way of going to Tuscany and experiencing wine tasting, olive oil tasting and dinner Vespa training was great too “Yo” the Asian/Italian guide was super funny
We had the absolute best time with Grace, Jack, and Francesco! From the Vespa tour to the wine tasting, to lunch, it was a phenomenal experience across the board. I would absolutely do this again in a heart beat and I highly recommend it if you’re visiting Florence / Tuscany! They take great care of you and give so much valuable information about the history of the buildings and culture. We ended up buying 6 bottles of wine from the Diadema winery because we loved it so much and also bought a bottle of fresh olive oil which was delicious!
Grace was so fun and knowledgeable. She kept the tour very fun and organized. I would certainly do this again.
Absolutely fantastic day. Grace was really informative. Great good. Great wine. Great company. Would highly recommend
One of a handful of things you must do to experience Italy. With this tour, you experience the Tuscany views, the olives, and the wine. I’d do it again and again.
They have this so perfectly choreographed from pickup to drop off. I can’t think of a single thing to improve upon! First they pick you up in central Florence with a small shuttle bus, for a 20 min drive up the hillside to their place of operations in Chianti. On the way the guide gives a little information about Florence. Upon arrival we were handed our helmet (and a protective head cover) and then went for a quick safety briefing and refresher on how the Vespa operates. After that there is a little drive test. This was essential because it became quickly clear who had never ridden a scooter and they could choose to go by electric Fiat instead (the cute two person cars). 6 people in the group opted out of the Vespas, which was a good choice for them. Then we rode! So fun!!! There were three staff with us to keep us safe. We stopped for a photo shoot, then on to the “most important town” in Chianti- Greve. We parked and had about 30 min free time here to look in the shops or have a coffee (or other beverage!) Then we rode back and returned the Vespas. We walked five minutes to a beautiful nearby winery. We were lucky to see them pressing olive oil- I’d never seen that before! A lovely 3 course lunch and glass of wine was served with gorgeous views, followed by wine tasting! All excellent and high quality.
Layla and Carlotta did an amazing job with our group and we’re welcoming and made the experience so memorable! I highly recommend them!
The Vespia tours of Tuscany was amazing, it brought me back in time 40 years ago when I had my own scooter. We first have to take a simple drivers test to verify you know how to operate a scooter but after you hit the road and it is gorgeous. Our guide Thomas, he showed us some very interesting places along the way. And then we stopped to the winery after we got off the scooters, and the winery, which is also an olive Orchard, gave us an excellent tour and wine and olive oil tasting. Definitely first class, I would highly recommend.
This was an amazing Vespa tour. Dam and Lorenzo were wonderful tour guides. They were very patient with learning the Vespa! The Tour brought us through the hills of Tuscany. We stopped for postcard mountain views. After that we had olive oil, wine tasting, and a Tuscan meal. Highly recommend!
Yo, Tomas, and Emma were great guides. I had gotten car sick on the way out to the site and they were so caring and accommodating. I eventually got better but they were not going to let me out of the experienc e even though i tried to quit lol. Im glad they didnt! We got to see a quieter side of the area and the wine and food was delicious. They gave time to wander independently which we thought was nice. Some of the tours we've been on were a little more on the hovering or strict side so this was a welcomed change.
Great experience. It’s beautiful to see Tuscany while riding a Vespa.
We had so much fun!!!! Would definitely do it again. Highly recommend. Ali was a great leader. 10/10
This Vespa Tour was AWESOME!! The scenery was beautiful, the wine and olive oil tastings were terrific and the meal was delish! Hillary and Thomas were excellent guides!
My Fiancé and I had an amazing vespa trip going into the Chianti hillside. Our host was very knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining and the other instructor was equally as friendly and made sure everyone was safe and comfortable before we set off. We had a great group of people all of mixed ages. We got stuck in a storm on the way back down but that just added to the experience and we always felt in capable hands. The wine tasting and meal were very enjoyable. We would highly recommend. Thank you, Rachel and Chris from the UK.
We had booked the Vespa option however it was rainy that day so we ended up driving the Fiat - Topolino car. It was fun and relaxing drive through the Tuscan countryside. Stopped for about one hour in a village for free time before heading to the winery for our meal and tasting. Excellent! Wine and food were amazing. Easy pick up within Florence to drive us to the garage to pick up our Topolino. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
We had heard that the Vespa tour was a lot of fun and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived at the gathering place, we knew we had made the right decision. Our tour guide Hilaria was funny, and informative and gave us quite a history lesson on the way to our spot in Tuscany where we were given a Vespa driving test. Our second tour guide, Tomas suggested that I not ride a Vespa as I was too nervous, so I opted to drive the Topolino car instead, while my husband rode a vespa. That was great with me as they wanted me to be safe, as did I. We drove around the beautiful countryside and then had lunch at a beautiful vineyard, which also included an olive oil tasting and Wine tasting. I have to say that this was the best experience we have had and we had so much fun with everyone that we met. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone.
This was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Italy! Don't feel bad if you don't pass the test to drive on your own. It is all part of the story!
We had a great time! The views are incredible! First time on a Vespa and it was a bit of a trust exercise with my wife on the back. While the training grounds at the beginning were a bit scary with low speed and gravel, we quickly acclimated and had a ball. The open road is much easier. It’s an automatic so as long as you have ridden a bicycle you should be fine, no need to shift gears. The staff were great.
This excursion exceeded our expectations! My wife wasn’t sure about getting her own Vespa and almost chickened out when in the instruction and test part they made her drive around the circle 4 times. She did fine on the road and we both had a blast! We both got the insurance just to be safe. The countryside is gorgeous. We stopped in a vineyard for pictures, then had free time at a very quaint square with shops and cafes. We rode all the way back to the starting point and then went to the vineyard for olive and wine tasting, lunch and a tour of how they make wine and olive oil on the premises. I would highly recommend this tour!
Fun afternoon riding as my husband's passenger on the Vespa. Beautiful scenery through the countryside of Tuscany. Delicious lunch at a family winery/ olive oil property. Tour guides were great! Funny and knowledgeable of the area. Thank you to Yo & Lorenzo, our guides!
Ila was hilarious and so great in explaining. We had a blast.
Great tour and good fun with Ila and Tommy, The vespa was awesome and they were great teachers
We had a wonderful experience in our e-car tour of the countryside of Tuscany. We were very pleased with our choice of the e-car over the vespa because then we had more time to relax at a couple more spots and even make it earlier to the final destination. I enjoyed not having to concentrate on driving a moped and I do have ride experience. Daria was an excellent tour guide, she had a lot of pride and knowledge in the are and her culture. She was very pleasant to spend our ride through the countryside with. We stopped in Greve long enough to relax and take in the very quaint little town. The olive oil and wine tasting was nice, but the timing was not ideal. It was an absolutely stunning sunset and I would have really loved to relax and experience that once in a lifetime scenery. That took away from it a little. I was able to excuse myself and sneak a couple photos. The meal was good, but with the group, we get only a couple choices. Would have liked to possibly order ahead and pay a little more for that. Overall, 9/10, would go again. Very lovely experience.
Nice drive beautiful scenery. Informative and nice guide, Daria. Greve was so beautiful and quaint. Recommend the Tropolino tour to everyone.
Fun experience, easy to do. 30km total on the Vespas. Two stops through out the trip. beautiful views and scenery. The lunch and wine after the vespas was very nice. The guides were careful, very attentive.
My family and I did this tour and had a blast. The tour guides really care about making you feel safe and and having a good fime. We got to stop for a bit photo and turn in a small town for a quick bite or shopping. After our return, we went to a darling boutique winery for a tasting and dinner. Fabulous way to enjoy Florence
Wonderful time! The tour guides were fantastic!
Super fun and very accommodating for those who didn’t want to ride the vespas. Great food and information
We had a beautiful day riding a Vespa through the Chianti region, out to a little town and then back for lunch and a wine/olive oil tasting. Both our group today and the two guides were exceptional. Highly recommended.
Fantastic tour and amazing guides. Sara, Lorenzo and Chris made our visit to Tuscany extra special. Some of us didn't pass or weren't comfortable on the vespas, so we used mini cars and vespas. They made us feel very comfortable and very safe. Gorgeous drive through Tuscany with a great visit to a winery for wines and olive oil. Shipping to Ontario isn't easy due to Canada's taxes. Highly recommend!
Sarah and Lorenzo are awesome, willing to tease, quip and be frank, but also extremely knowledgeable and no nonsense where it counts. The Vespa advice was super helpful from some one whos never ridden one before, and they were more than acommodating when a big chunk of our group was vespa-challenged. The tour was gorgeous, the food amazing, and they had the perfect host vibe— willing to be a part of it, but also not injecting themselves constantly. They felt like a wonderful natural part of the tour.
Great expierencie Our guide Cristina was very helpful in solving any trouble we had and seemed very reliable. We would've liked more time at the second stop to look around more calmly. The food was absolutely delicious We would recommend other tourist to not choose a Vespa if you do not have any expierencie on some similar vehicle
Great guide. Nice ride through wine country. Great views.
