The company sent the two vehicles to pick up the 9 members of our family on time and despite traffic and construction problems in Florence, safely delivered us to the airport in plenty of time to check in and make our flight.

Our driver (Luca) was great! I wish Viator would have provided us the departure address in an email confirmation. It would have been helpful to have rather than calling to make sure it was correct. That added a bit of stress. But our driver was nice and was waiting for us right on time and dropped us at the airport.

Large van shuttle. On time and friendly! It took about 15 minutes from city center to airport early morning.

We had a timely pickup and drop off. The driver was actually early. There were no mishaps. I definitely would use this company again. We actually used the 4 times for Flight & Train pickups.

Paul was wonderful...he was at hotel promptly on time and pleasantly greeted us at lobby even though so very early in morning. Handled our luggage efficiently and treated it and us with respect. An English background though in Italy almost 40 years - he spoke loud and clear enough to hear/easily understand. He Chit-chatted with us along the way giving some description of the landmarks we passed and made the ride very comfortable and pleasant. We will ask for him in future visits.

The driver was waiting for me at the hotel few minutes before pickup time / 4am / . He drove very safely since it was raining. I have no complaints except the cost of the trip, which it was my choice .

We were excited as it was day one of our holiday and wanted to talk after our 40 hour transit. The driver was very professional but did not engage in conversation (mind you he may not have Been able to understand our jet lagged ramblings of course)!

<p>We had booked this transfer because of an early flight. The transfer was confirmed and everything was set for a 4:10 pick up. The driver never showed up. I called the emergency contact numbers, one of them was not in service, the other the person hung up on me. at 4:30 the driver phoned to say he just getting on his way to pick us up. By that time we had already found a taxi. Highly disappointed in what was supposed to be a nice easy end to our holiday. If you book this, I suggest getting the driver information from the vendor so you can reach out directly when they are late arriving.</p>

<p>My driver was 15 minutes early, carried my suitcases down two flights of stairs, was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about art and architecture. A wonderful experience.</p>

<p>I booked this service for both Arrival and Departure Transfer. The Arrival Transfer did not turn up until almost an hour after the booked time and after several telephone calls. The Departure Transfer arrived after a telephone call from the hotel receptionist. I would warn anyone against booking this service. The cost was astronomical, the service poor. It would have been preferable to have taken a taxi from the airport at a cost of 20-25 Euros. Please allow some time travelling into and out of Florence as there is a great deal of traffic, especially during the rush hours. Taxi drivers are organised by the municipality and are extremely polite and helpful.</p>

<p>I recommend this service in light of our experience. The drivers met us at the airport in the early evening and at our hotel on the return trip in the very early morning. They were at the appointed pick up area at the time I had arranged by one communication on viator and they took us to where we needed to be in a very timely manner.
