Easy to book, communicates well, efficient, friendly! My flight was very delayed day of and they were able to accommodate our new flight schedule. Thank you!

My driver was amazing and gave us some great history on everything we drove by. It was easy to book too.

Great trip from airport to lodging, plenty of room for the 8 of us. Lucia was great, informative, polite and professional.

This is the most hassle free and comfortable way to get from the airport to your stay. After a long day of travel, knowing that a comfortable ride was waiting to transfer us to our accommodations was great piece of mind. Our driver Patricio was very welcoming and helped us with our luggage.

Very easy process for pick up. The driver was very friendly and helpful. Offered suggestions of places to visit while on the drive.

Great experience. We were delayed but the driver waited. He was helpful and professional and provided fantastic service. Would definitely choose again.

Used this service for my parents. They loved the driver and said it was a smooth experience. Thank you!

Driver was waiting for us inside the airport, helped with bags and was very kind and friendly. Highly recommend.

Our Driver Francesco was punctual, polite and helpful. He helped us with our luggage and was a good safe and professional driver. We were glad to have him for our airport transfer.

It was excellent. The driver held up a professional looking placard with our name, he was helpful, and the car was clean.

He was great. Gave us great tips. But you canceled our Venice trip. The one thing I looked forward to. Planned it for months. Day before we were supposed to go. Seriously. Really bad business practice.

I have to say that this company gave us a great driver he came and he was there and with a sign and I appreciate it the fact that he was not only there waiting for us but he made it so easy for us to come in and pick us up from the airport take our footage and take those directly to the hotel and make conversation with us and they made us feel very welcome.

"Martina was absolutely incredible! From the moment she picked me up, she made sure I felt comfortable and welcome. She’s incredibly kind and so knowledgeable about Florence. Not only did she provide fantastic recommendations for things to do around the city, but she also took me to some hidden, underground spots that most people don’t know about. I felt like I got a true insider’s view of Florence, thanks to her. I highly recommend choosing Martina if you’re looking for a personal, unforgettable experience in the city!"

Driver was on time. He was friendly, drove safe, knows the City well. Provided excellent recommendations.

driver was on time and kind drove efficiently and safely helped load and unload luggage dropped me off right in front of my door

Excellent, punctual airport transfer service from Florence airport to our vrbo flat near the Duomo. Driver Marco was friendly and a great driver. Mercedes van used to pick up our family of 4 adults and all of our luggage, delivered right to our door.

Easy experience, was waiting for me at the gate with a sign with my name and drove directly to my destination even with my flight time being delayed.

Great experience! Our driver was very friendly and even gave us a small tour of Florence as we were driving into the city from the airport. Loved the fun facts. Clean car and great service! Highly recommend.

Our driver was waiting for us as soon as we got off the plane. So easy and nice after a long days travel.

Our driver was waiting for us the moment we cleared baggage claim. He was friendly and efficient on our trip from the Florence Airport to our apartment.

It was such a great convenience that the driver was already in the arrival area waiting for us. The company is very reliable.

Perfect. Driver was on time. The driver Got us where we needed to go. Booking was easy. Would definitely use again.

Very nice driver and helpful. Was right at the airport waiting for us - showed us a bit around the town then took us to the train station

Excellent car, driver and very flexible when our flight was unexpectedly changed. He also told us so much about Florence on our drive.

scheduled a pickup through viator website for our arrival in florence, italy. we had missed our connection from munich to florence and had to reschedule our arrival. i reached out via email and called and it was no problem. our driver was up front with our our name as soon as we came through the arrival terminal. seamless and very easy. thank you. i would highly recommend viator!!!

Excellent service. Easy to find right outside gate . Walked us to the door to make sure we found our way in as our street was no cars.

The driver waited until he knew you wanted to convers with him before he started a conversation. Very knowledgeable about this area of Italy and put us at ease to use Viator for tours of the area.

Our driver was very nice, helped with all of our bags at the airport as well as the hotel. He also gave us helpful and interesting information about Florence.

Our driver was wonderful. He waited for our late flight and lost luggage. The drive to our hotel was great. We got some great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. I definitely recommend !

Our transfer was smooth and efficient. He was waiting for us, took our biggest bags, and helped load and unload. He gave us some information about what we were driving by as we went into the city.

The Barocchi driver was waiting for us with a professionally marked sign with my name clearly visible as we entered the arrivals area of the Florence airport. He greeted us with a cordial introduction,l, speaking perfect English, then took my luggage and led us to the immaculately clean Mercedes van. On the smooth & comfortable drive to the hotel, the driver was friendly, courteous & knowledgeable, providing valuable information for our visit while in Italy. I highly recommend this airport transport service.

Super easy transport from the airport. A quick trip to Florence from the airport but worth the cost of taking out this private transport for family when you arrive. Barocchi was very polite and helpful, dropping us right at the door

The driver dropped us off 3 streets away from our hotel. I had my 82 year old mom with me and we had to figure out where we were and where we needed to go... with all of our luggage. Worst service ever!

Driver was there waiting for us when we arrived. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable,. Got us to our destination with ease and comfort.

I had the cutest and nicest driver. He was there om time and helped me with my luggage and to even carry them up my stairs. He also gave me great tips about Florence. The drive was safe and the car was excellent, comfortable and filed with water and fresh towels.

The person who met us did not fully explain the details of going from the airport terminal to the boat terminal. He was also trying to get us a different path rather than the clearly highlighted walk way

organised, clean and friendly. What more could I say?! Mobility assistance was pre-arranged and was a pleasant experience making it the perfect start to the holiday.

Marco picked us up at the airport for a transfer to our hotel in the City Center. He spoke excellent English and told us so many interesting facts and tips about Florence during our ride. He was a great driver, very safe AND dropped us off directly in front of our hotel, which is a BIG plus because regular cars cannot get closer than a few blocks away. He provided excellent service overall and we would definitely use this service again. Thank you Marco.

We had a timely pickup and drop off. The driver met us at the airport with sign in hand and my name on it. There were no mishaps. I definitely would use this company again. We actually used them 4 times for Flight & Train pickups.

Excellent. Arrived and driver was easily located with name sign. Car was Mercedes, more than expected. Arrived quickly and safely at our hotel in Florence. Thank you!

My driver was prompt and courteous. The car was very luxurious. But I probably would not do this again at the Florence airport. The airport is close to the city and I probably could have done a taxi as easily and much less expensively.

The driver was on time and was waiting for us when we got off of the plane in Florence. The vehicle we were picked up in was a Mercedes Benz van that easily held our luggage and had comfortable leather seats.

Great friendly service, on time , got good tips from driver on restaurants, highly recommend ,would use this service again

My driver was waiting right there with a sign with my name after luggage collection. He was very courteous and told me a lot about Florence. Great experience

Driver was waiting for us when we landed. As we were driving to our hotel he pointed out some sights.

Great experience. Our driver - Gabriel (?) was fantastic and gave us some history of Florence along the way. Also suggested restaurants and attractions. Pick up on time with wonderful vehicle

Even after a cancelled flight, new booking and arriving 7 hours late, our driver was waiting for us with a big smile. On the way to our place, he was very knowledgeable and supplied some great tips on sites and places to eat. Fantastic!

driver had severe body odor, which ruined the trip to our hotel. the car and ride were fine.

do not get this, just call a taxi company, it is a waste of money.
