Such a fun and memorable experience in Tuscany! Everything was really well organized from start to finish, and Allie, our instructor, was amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. The views were absolutely incredible and honestly one of my favorite ways to experience the beauty of Tuscany. The lovely breakfast at the end was the perfect finishing touch. I’m so glad we did this and would personally recommend it to anyone visiting Tuscany. It’s such a special experience and definitely something I’ll remember from our trip!

LOVED THIS! Highly recommend! This was a highlight of our trip, we were all very excited to do it and we weren’t disappointed a bit. We were picked up promptly at 5:45am by a very friendly driver, driven to the launch site where we had to wait approximately 15 min. We did this in early May and it was beautiful and such a good experience, but it was cold while we were waiting to get on. We were all wearing jeans/leggings with sweatshirts and a jean jacket and still cold. But once we were on board, the flame warmed us up and it was a pleasant temperature. The pilot was very friendly and made it a very pleasant trip. When we landed we were brought to an outdoor area (thankfully it had warmed up to a comfortable temperature) where we had some champagne, pastries, cheese and meats. We also had an opportunity to buy pictures or a video (taken by a drone) of us in the air. It was such a good experience!

This was the first hot air balloon ride for both me and my wife. Our pilot Tommaso was amazing! He made sure to make us all feel safe and comfortable, had full control of the balloon at all times, and even raised and lowered the balloon multiple times so we could follow the terrain more closely through valleys and over hills. It was a bucket list item for both of us and we can’t recommend this company (and the area) any more. They were spectacular.

The views were fantastic. You see alot of the country side..my kids tru l y enjoyed the balloon ride also.

This was a very exciting experience. Seeing the balloons inflate them climbing aboard was fun. I’m giving 4 stars because the company packed too many people in The basket, I could hardly turn around not allowing me to see all sides of the landscape. Also, there was very little wind so we basically saw the same scenery for 40 minutes. I would have rather the company communicate to me the ride would be less extensive to give me option to cancel or not. They didn’t. It was a unique experience but not as great as I had hoped especially for the large price tag. It was not communicated that at end of the ride, we would spend about 45 min waiting for the crew to load the balloon basket & wait for the crew. We didn’t get back to original take off site until 9:25 am. We took off at 7:45 am. The very small breakfast was mostly bread, little cheese & few meats. It was ok, nothing special. I’m hesitant to recommend this ride simple because expectations were high.

A wonderful and peaceful hot air balloonride in the misty morning, with the most proffesionel crew and pilots. The flight was tricky for the pilots, but they did an amazing job and showed us views from the misty valley to the top of the mountains with San Cassiano, It was a dream come true.

We had the most amazing experience right from when we were collected at our hotel. Our pilot was super experienced and we had a very smooth and informed ride. The breakfast afterwards was also amazing with all the local food on offer. Definitely a must do!!

When our reservation with another hot air balloon company was cancelled at the last minute, I reached out to Mongollfiere Italia (Hit Air Balloon Italy) who were able to get us in on two days notice. I am so glad we did! From the multiple email communications with Renato, to our extremely punctual driver who picked us up from our hotel, to the amazing and professional crew, and particularly our extremely reassuring and experienced pilot Ally from England, I had no doubt we were in safe hands! We had speedy winds that blew us 20 kilometers in an hour, and our crew drew 60 km to meet us where we would land. I could hear Ally constantly checking and rechecking our location, wind speed, potentially tail landing sites and hazards, and communicating with the other balloons in our group as we travelled. She also brought us in low for beautiful pictures and high to clear the hills and vineyards. I learned that Ally has piloted balloons in 115 countries over 20 years! This was a first time ballooning experience for me, my spouse and my two sons and it was worth every penny. I highly recommend Mongolfiore Italia! (BTW Balloon Team Italia is a group of 3 small companies working together under the umbrella of one big company - I think the 2nd one is Ballon Tuscany and I don’t know the 3rd one)

Simply stunning views of Chianti wine country during a peaceful glide in a magical balloon. Sunrise and a full moon were both visible.

Had a great time on this activity. The staff was professional and guided us through the activity. Early morning balloon ride gave an exceptional view of Tuscany. We had also arranged pick and drop off from our hotel. The pick up was right on time. I will be recommending this company to my family and friends.

We recently stayed at a wonderful Air BnB in Kennebunk Maine for 4 nights. Our small apartment like accommodations were what we expected and so much more. It was just off of Port Rd in Kennebunk less than a block from Dock Square. Our hosts were Robert and Janette. The accommodation was excellent for both my wife and me. The bathroom was spacious and equipped with grab bars in the shower and toilet area. As I am always concerned about slipping in bathroom showers when I travel, this was a welcome addition as other BnB’s we stayed at did not offer this amenity. The kitchen was equipped as well with a coffee bar and Keurig maker as well as a stove and microwave and everything else you might need to set up as your “home away from home”, including a small table and chairs to have a cozy meal or breakfast, depending on your preference. The king size bed was comfortable and positioned to give both my wife and I access to the room from both sides of the bed, including a side table and lamp on both sides. It is air conditioned with an overhead fan, when turned on can add to the comfort of anyone’s stay. We had ease of access to handicap parking right outside of our door with ample room to turn around as needed. This BnB is just feet away from the Dock Square light. The driveway into the parking area is secured with a gate, that the hosts provided us with a FOB to use for our time there. There are 3 units on the lower level, and at least one on the second floor. The guests above us did not disturb our stay in any way. The convenience to Kennebunkport and the hospitality of our hosts, who allowed us to check in earlier than the 4 pm check in time and were quick to answer any questions that came up during our stay will certainly bring us back. We have booked our stay again at this lovely BnB for next August. Thank you to our Hosts for being so obliging during our stay. It was a wonderful four plus days.

From the start to end, what an experience this was! My daughter wanted to do this and I wasn’t too excited about it lol once we met our pilot I felt more at ease. He was professional and experienced. The whole ride was smooth and some of the most breathtaking views! At the end they had a beautiful breakfast waiting for us! Book it you won’t be disappointed!!! Thank you all for this experience. We will never forget it!

This experience is one of a kind and so fun! If it’s possible, try to get in any of the outer boxes as being in the middle will obstruct some of your view. Company was professional, fun, and friendly. We'd do this again in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing time on our group hot air balloon ride the day before our wedding, and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly! The basket was spacious and padded for comfort, and everything felt very secure. The pilot and crew were absolutely fantastic—professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. One of the highlights was the drone footage, which captured stunning video of our takeoff. It was such a fun and unique way to kick off our special weekend. We highly recommend opting for the hotel pickup, especially if you’re staying downtown. The transport was clean, prompt, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They did a wonderful job of making sure everyone felt safe and informed throughout the whole experience. From the perfect weather to the soft landing and great crew, it was truly a memorable adventure. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We scheduled this excursion in advance and received a message from Renalto the day before our paid excursion, reporting the weather was bad and he had to cancel our balloon ride. However, the weather in Florence was beautiful today, with zero chance of precipitation and wind that was 4 mph from the southwest. When I reached out to Renalto to revisit our scheduled ballon ride, he did not respond to me. Neither have I been refunded for the $1200+ fee for 4 persons.

My partner & I highly recommend this experience, it is a life experience, the pilot Gigi is a nice one, he knows exactly what he is doing and we had a good trip. The operators are so nice. The driver is on time and very helpful. If u have a chance, why not? U only live one ^_^. From Canada, Vancouver

The hot air balloon tour was great, no complaints; The view is breathtakingly beautiful comedy only drawback is that the Sun makes it so that you can't take great pictures & videos. But only for 30 minutes or so. After that it's smooth sailing.

Our hot air balloon ride over the Tuscan countryside was stunning! We took a taxi from Florence out to a remote Tuscan meeting point. Met up with Carolina who picked us up and shuttled us to the hot air balloon location. Set up and orientation was quick and we we’re off the ground in no time. Luigi (perfect name btw for this supremely Italian experience) was our pilot with an expert ground crew following our balloon. We lucked out with weather….we had beautiful skies while floating over vineyards, olive groves, and charming villages. The flight was smooth and peaceful offering breathtaking panoramic views. Luigi was very professional and friendly. After about an hour, we landed in a large field just past a vineyard. Landing was soft and the ground crew found us within minutes of landing. They set us up with a table which had cold Prosecco and a tasty Italian home made breakfast overlooking the valley while waiting for the balloon to be packed up. All said and done; this was well worth the money…truly a once in a lifetime experience! Recommend to anyone considering. Gratzie to Luigi and the team for such a wonderful experience!

Guido and Renato were responsive and kept communication open from the time we booked the hot air balloon to the evening before, to keep us updated on the weather forecast and provide exact coordinates. On the day itself, all of the crew members were friendly and helpful. I did the hot air balloon with my sister and 2 other friends, and since it was their first time, they were initially a little afraid but the safety briefing provided by the pilot Gigi (Guido?) made them feel at ease and they enjoyed the whole experience a lot. Views were extremely breathtaking, and we were thankful to be able to take many wonderful pictures against the sunshine and blue sky. The mini breakfast that was provided after consisted of tuscan bread, cheese, prosciutto ham and cheese with champagne (there's OJ for those who do not take alcohol) was definitely a nice touch to the end of the experience. All in all, a very smooth and pleasant experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone thinking of taking a hot air balloon ride in Tuscany!

The whole experience was great. I booked the option to pick up from my hotel. The driver was on time and friendly. We got to the field to take off. They did pre-flight and scouted the area for fog. After a short wait for the fog to burn off, we were a go. Seeing Tuscany from a balloon is serene. The landscape is magnificent. They event for drone videos of our flight. The quality is very good.

We were very nervous doing this experience, as it was our first time riding in a hot air balloon. However the staff was very warm and friendly and made us comfortable. It's a one in a lifetime adventure. The ride was smooth and surprisingly the landing wasn't bad either. Nice breakfast afterwards and I opted for the video and pictures which was helpful in case you are worried about losing your phone in the air. Overall, great excursion.

Magnificent! What a wonderful morning. Pickup/return from hotel in Florence was easy to arrange and on time. Watching the balloons be prepared for flight as the sun rose over the valley was exciting. Our pilot Gigi skilfully guided our basket over the hillside and upwards to the most beautiful view of Tuscany. After landing we were given a champagne breakfast with the most amazing pastries 🥐. I highly recommend this adventure company as they are very efficient, excellent communication, reasonably priced and the pilot and support crew were amazing. 🤩
