This was an amazing activity for me, the man at the shop (“Uvo”) gave me great suggestions to visit on my outing. Well worth the money in my opinion. I headed out to the countryside and visited a vineyard and other medieval towns about 30 km from Florence.
Our Vespa ride was a highlight of our trip to Italy! Ovi was thorough, and very patient, with his instructions. He asked what we would like to see and do on our ride, then immediately sent us links to get us where we wanted to go! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend Ovi and the E-Dway Authentic Vespa Experience.
Incredible experience, so much fun! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to see Florence! Staff were so helpful and friendly and stayed late to help us return the scooter. Our recommendation is stay within Florence though as the range and power doesn’t last through the hills. Overall 10/10, an unforgettable day.
This was an amazing and fun way to explore the Tuscan countryside and around Florence. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable to teach us how to use the scooter (it’s very easy!) would highly recommend building this into your vacation!

We booked with them for 2 vespas months in advance. When we arrived they basically laughed at us and turned us away since we had no experience driving a Vespa. While experience needed is posted on the booking site now, IT WAS NOT THERE WHEN I BOOKED NOR IS IT ON THE CONFIRMATION. I have screen shots of the booking. Due to the cancelation policy we do not get a refund even though they did not provide the service. Also, they expect a 900 euro deposit per Vespa. Again, this was not advertised at time of booking. I am a seasoned traveler and would NEVER HAVE BOOKED THIS IF I HAD KNOWN. We lost our money and were severely disappointed. I almost feel like they scammed us. Allowed bookings, then changed their rules and regulations so they did not have to provide the service but they still got our money. Absolutely awful.
We booked 2 Vespa Rental months ahead of our trip. As I am a seasoned traveller, I did tons of research on this tour before booking. When we arrived we we told we would not be able to rent the vespas as we did not have experience driving them and there was a 900 euro deposit. While these are currently posted on the booking, THEY WERE NOT THERE WHEN I BOOKED MONTHS AGO nor are they anywhere to be found on the confirmation (I have screen shots for proof). And due to the cancelation policy we lots all of what we paid. Basically this company advertised a tour but didn't include the rules and regulations. And took our money. Then turned us away at the door. They did offer us 2 ebikes as an option. However, as they were 3 of us and we had no interest in the ebikes that was not a solution at all. In the end we walked away and lost all of the money we paid, even though they did not provide the service. Almost felt like a scam.
This was a great experience. The people were super friendly and very thorough in going over the Vespas with us. We took a fun ride to a little winery outside of Malmantile called San Vito. The wine was fabulous and the owner Neri was great. I highly recommend doing this if you love exploring the Tuscan countryside.
The scooter was quite enjoyable, and the ladies at the shop were very friendly. hHowever a deposit of 900€ had to be authorised which was not mentioned on the website nor on the booking confirmation. To be honest a 900€ deposit for a day of scooter riding is quite ridiculous!
Ovi and team were great. Great way to get out of crowded Florence and see the hills. His recommendations were great.

Getting out of the city, driving up to the beautiful tuscan hills was an absolute joy. The Vespa is a nice scooter for cruising around.

Renting the Vespa was one of our top highlights of our whole Italy trip. Nadia was very friendly and accommodating answering all our questions. The bike was in excellent condition and it's visually obvious that high precautions for cleanliness (such as with the helmets) were taken due to COVID-19 related concerns. The app they provide has a great array of tours to explore-- we really loved this addition as it allowed us to just follow the suggested order of destinations and recommendations on what to do- we ended up doing a full 6 hour tour that took us to neighboring cities up the hills to see quieter parts just outside of Florence, beautiful hillside views of the bustling city and Duomo, and even zipped us through vineyards! The only thing to note, which we mentioned to Nadia, is that the navigation system provided within the app can be just a little less reliable but we worked around that by using google maps. I still think the app is excellent for its guided itineraries for whatever type of tour you are looking for. I don't think we would have explored as much as we did without it. In short, I highly recommend renting a vespa with E-Dway!

Today I rented out one of the new Vespa Electric scooters. Beautiful machine, almost new & rode like a dream. Took a long 70km ride through the hills of Chianti (on a single charge!!), stopping for a lazy lunch in Greve. Nadia and her colleague were very helpful - giving detailed instructions on the bike and also providing a smartphone, helmet, phone charger and water. The smartphone had a special navigation app built in so I could pick a tour (plenty of choice) and guide myself. It also had GPS connected to the office, so Nadia gave me a quick phone call when I accidentally went off course - very helpful to be able to communicate like this! Altogether, great experience and would recommend you all to support this new family business - they clearly care for their customers and the region.
A very special experience in a wasp (strictly electric) in the Florentine hills in contact with nature and between the places where the "Chianti" wine is born with a picnic in the vineyard. The experience was made even more special thanks to the competence and sympathy of the Dimitri Guide. Highly recommended

Magic experience! We have chosen the Tour to the Castle in Chianti In a group with friends, 4 couples, it was magnificent to travel with the electric Vespa , also excellent tastings, Breathtaking views! Dear e-dway staff who welcomed us and gave valuable advice. We will definitely be back!
