Terrible tour guide that left without us. I called and spoke to him several times and so did my family. He would not share his location to meet so we didn’t end up participating in the tour. Very unhappy consumer and disappointed.

This was my second visit to the Duomo Cathedral in Florence, but I learned so much more from our guide, Alex. She was very knowledgeable and easy to understand as she spoke many languages well. She kept the group moving at a good pace, answered questions, and made sure that we saw all of the important highlights. Well worth the wait!! I enjoyed my tour!

We received a voucher and no information about where to meet or how to the redeem voucher. A text or call instead of a WhatsApp greeting to upgrade our tour would be much more helpful. We totally missed out and waited to see the cathedral on our own.
Alex was incredibly informative and passed on a wealth of knowledge about the cathedral and its history. The hour went very quickly and a great way to see the cathedrals free to enter areas.

Alex was our guide. From the moment we got picked up until she left us at the Cathedral she was very passionately talking about Florence, the cathedrals, architects, The Medici family and crest and the history of Florence. Tips and insights of Florence. We already visited a few of her recommendations. She is a knowledgeable guide. Without her we would be lost. The tour was perfectly arranged to start with the opening of the cathedral. Queuing has gotten a new meaning. Every step of the way we were treated to a bit of history of this amazing building. Big thank you from us all.
I had some problems arriving at the meeting point so the group was already gone, but they managed really fast to take me meeting the rest of the group that was already at the cathedral. We had to wait a little bit, but it was a lucky chance since Alex, the guide, had to tell us so many interesting facts about the exterior of the cathedral. You can see that she's really passionate and she explains things with calm and attention so that all the group can hear about the interesting (and amusing) facts about this extraordinary cathedral.

When I arrived for this tour, I was told that I was not in the tour company's computer system and that I was not booked for the tour that I had already paid for, so I did not receive a tour. I later requested a refund via Viator message and was completely ignored by Italy Pass. I strongly recommend against booking any tours with this company.

The office, meaning the starting point, was super easy to find and the gentleman at the counter was also very nice. Alex was a super guide! She fed us with so much interesting information, was totally nice and funny and competent. The price for it was way too cheap! If you are interested in the history of the cathedral and not just in Instagram photos, the tour is an absolute recommendation!!
