Duomo Cathedral Fast Track Tour & Optional Brunelleschi's Dome

Tour guide was not at agreed meeting point and could not be contacted by Viator. Did not do tour and very disappointed.

Viator asked us to come at 11.30AM when the tour was only for 12.30 PM. Also the duomo tour was only for 30 minutes

Trying to find the meeting place was horrible. Also they had the wrong meeting time for us so we had to wait for the next tour which was an hour later

We had a woman named Albina. She was an excellent guide the museum across the street is terrific talks a lot about history and if you work in the medical field, you’ll find it amazing

Informative tour and knowledgeable Italian guide. Glad to know more about all the treasures inside the Duomo which I likely would have missed without a guide. Just wish that the meeting location had been updated in the booking info map and details. We almost missed the tour because the meeting location had changed and flag was not easy to see. Thank goodness a guide from another tour group knew where we should go!

We had a horrible experience! We paid for three tickets to the Dumo tour and even though I had the paper copies of all three tickets they would only let in two of us. They told me my husband would join my daughter and I then refused his entry. It was mass confusion at the meeting point and all associates were clearly confused and stressed.

Tour company canceled at the last minute. We booked same day but they showed availability and confirmed only to cancel several hours later which left us with no other options.

Was disappointed that I didn't get a tour with Dome access as this was a floor tour. Also we tried to get into the tower and it was difficult. Not very clear details on what it included so get a more full package than this one.

Skipped a long line! Our guide was great. Learned a lot about the inside of the duomo in half an hour

Easy entry which was wonderful. Our guide was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Very worthwhile if you are short with time.

Interesting historical tour of the Duomo. Guided by a lovely knowledgeable lady. It lasted about 40 minutes and we then had a wonder around by ourselves

This was a shorter tour but that was fine. We were able to stay in the duomo afterwards. Our guide was great!

The “skip the line” part of the tour was very good. But our tour guide’s English was very hard to understand. I’d recommend this only if you’re interested in skipping the line.

Waste of money and very poor asked for refund. Booked same day as but no guide turned up at meeting point. We waited around for 20 mins . Then moved on Very poor

A guided walking tour with a knowledgeable leader abetted by modern technology is a great way to see a small city. Our guide Alberto Cencini is a Florentine native who teaches History in a south Florentine school. His mannerisms were Italian but his English was excellent! Highly recommended…

Not too much information and not a lot of time on the tour. I liked the bookstore and you can’t have backpacks in the crypt

Showed up 10 minutes prior to start time and didn’t see the tour person at the meeting place. Walked around the entire area of the meeting point and didn’t see the Vox uniform person in dark blue. It’s a complete no show and I’m seeking a refund.

I had an incredible time visiting the Florence Duomo Cathedral with the skip-the-line entry. Everything was so well organized, and skipping the long lines made the whole experience much more enjoyable. Our guide was amazing

We were so happy with the tour and how quick we managed to get into the Cathedral! The Cathedral itself is absolutely stunning and we visited the museum after which was interesting as well. Would recommend this trip during your stay in Florence, the Cathedral is not one to miss and the museum ticket was included in the price which was great!

Wonderful tour led by Francesca. Small group size which was nice. Saved a lot of time jumping the queue. Absolutely stunning.

Great skip the line product. We were in the duomo in less than 5 minutes skipping very long lines. The guide speaks english but we listened to the italian audioguide which worked well.
