Great! A lovely night out and something just a little different. Would highly recommend for a hour of entertainment. Make sure to take a coat... both the restaurant and church were cold!

Itinerary
You will enjoy your traditional Tuscan menu dinner in the suggestive atmosphere of a typical Florentine Restaurant, located in the heart of historic center in Piazza Signoria. At the restaurant you will be accommodated in its characteristic internal rooms. After dinner you will experience a fantastic performance inspired by the celebrated concert of the famous tenors Pavarotti, Domingo and Carreras: three charming singers will be awaiting you a few steps from the Restaurant, in "Cattedrale dell’immagine", an intimate, old setting to perform the most beautiful arias from the operas in addition to world famous Neapolitan songs. The excellent acoustics of this site, its position in the old town centre and its inside magnificently decorated, make this venue unique in its genre. The atmosphere becomes incredibly magic in the night, when the lights turn down and the music fills the religious silence, and the audience immerse itself in the unforgettable experience of the union of Art, Architecture and Music. The performance is inspired by the famous show"The Three Tenors".

Dinner was sophisticated and delicious and the opera talent was a perfect mix of drama and famous arias.Truly an Italian experience we will never forget!
Food and service at Bargello outstanding. Concert amazing. Organisation via Viator very disappointing, sent map for meeting place, pinned to the centre of the Piazza, as a result we expected to meet someone there, nowhere on any of the correspondence was there any mention of checking for further information as to the meeting place, if this would have happened it would have alleviated any of the initial stress from not getting to the meeting on time and subsequently having to rush our delicious meal.
We purchased our ticket with the dinner not realizing you could just go for the concert. The fixed dinner was ok. Service good. I wouldn't do the dinner again. Having said that the dessert was great. The 3 tenors were charming and sang some well known opera arias. There was a ballet dancer in the front but we couldn't see her except her arms. The building didn't feel like an active church. I would do the concert again just not the dinner.
The venue and the music combined to create a truly fabulous experience. The tenors were absolutely joyful and fantastic, with incredible talent, leaving the audience thoroughly entertained. Our experience at the restaurant was truly awful. Upon arrival, we requested to sit outside and were told that the outdoor seating was "for customers." Despite clarifying that we were paying guests, our request was rudely rejected. Inside, the only other diners were those who had purchased a specific combo offer, which suggests their seating policy is highly restrictive and misleading. Service was nonexistent: our server was unfriendly with zero interaction, and the male staff in general were dismissive. The low point was the dessert: I attempted to ask the server if I could substitute the set cheesecake, but he walked away mid-sentence, showing a complete lack of courtesy. Recommendation: I strongly advise you to only purchase the concert ticket and dine at one of the many better restaurants in the area.
It was chaos finding the place to check in and manover this. After you finally find the place to check in, you had to go from there on your own and find the restuarant and concert place. (The office made it sound all easy..it wasn't. Thank goodness for GoogleMaps). The restaurant was slow service and we had to rush to get to concert. Also no drinks were included in the meal so we had to pay extra. I also noted a peanut allergy but they still brought a desert w/nuts & told me no substitutions. The restaurant was not good. The barcode given by Viator still needs to be checked in at the box office to get printed tickets ( the company didnt tell us this)..the barcode is not your ticket to get in at the door. Also..not asigned seats. Its a section & first come/first seat based on the sections. After all that, the music was good.
The experience at dinner and the concert was lovely! However, make sure you request the restaurant and church location prior to the event!
The performers were amazing! The church was beautiful. We truly enjoyed this performance. Also the dinner was delicious and the restaurant staff was very kind and friendly
Dinner was nice and the servers were so kind and welcoming. The Three Tenors concert was wonderful. The audience is small, so it feels intimate. Magical experience.
Dinner entre was so-so (maybe a 3*) but antipasto & dessert were VERY good. The music performance was the highlight of the evening by a very professional group of musicians, singers & dancers. Accoustics in the music hall were ok. The singers were accompanied by pianist, base violinist & mandolin player, and two of the numbers included ballet dancers (talented young couple). It was a very enjoyable evening. The group rewarded the audience with an encore.
It was hard to find the location because I didn’t know to click more on the directions and so ended up at a few wrong places, but eventually found it. Dinner was good and the show was excellent.
It wasn't worth the money. The food was terrible. The antipasto was good. The pasta was just that, nothing else. The dessert was not edible. It was not worth the money.
The food was inedible. The location of the concert was confusing and no one in the restaurant could help. There were other couples having the same experience. Very poorly organized and a complete waste of money.
The tour did not start well as no guide showed up at the meeting spot, forcing us to fend for ourselves. The dinner was very rushed as we had to go to another venue for the concert. We were provided with an incorrect venue location and as there was no tour rep to direct us we missed the concert. Extremely bad experience which Viator would not refund any portion of this very poorly run tour.
The concert was amazing. The dinner was a disappointment. I suggest going to another restaurant before the concert.
The concert was excellent. The dinner before it was good. The scheduled time was a bit rushed but in fact the church opened at 8 and concert started at 8:30.
Excellent food, wonderful performance. Extremely inconvenienced by unannounced venue move. Almost missed the performance. Extremely poor communications/ directions and zero assistance from contact #. Very very disappointed in Viator.
The Concert - by far. It was incredible to listen to these 3 tenors. Dinner was just ok - It was a bit difficult to find the concert after dinner - and the booking said the concert started at 8, when it actually started at 8:30.
The restaurant service and food were terrible. The waiter wasn’t friendly and not interested in serving us. The show was ok.. however more popular songs inciting the audience to participate would have been a plus!!!! We will not recommend this event.
Dinner excellent. Concert excellent. Finding our way from restaurant to venue was terrible. Guide needed to escort from restaurant to concert.
For our Italy trip, we booked 4-5 excursions. This was probably my least favorite. I felt it wasn’t very organized—-more like you bought a ticket for the concert and dinner was included at a nearby restaurant. The food was ok. In hindsight, I would still go to the concert but maybe have dinner at a nicer restaurant. The cost would’ve been about the same.
Only wish the weather was better. Rain, rain and rain. Difficult to find venues. All together would recommend this dinner and concert.
A last minute addition to our Italian adventure took us to dinner and an Opera performance. As many reviews have mentioned, directions are poor, so read the confirmation carefully and have maps ready. Dinner for us was a nice experience, with the wait staff attentive and correcting a Gluten Free meal option that was not passed on with the booking, with little fuss. The concert was great. We are no opera connoisseurs but throughly enjoyed the venue, atmosphere and performances; including the young ballet performers
Dinner was a 5. Voucher said concert started at 8, so folks rushed through dinner and went to theater only to find the concert actually started at 8:30. Concert was the first night, so it was not as polished as it will become but worth the price. There are 300 seats, so three tier pricing from stage, with each tier of 100 seats last evening. Stage is raised so each tier sees and hears everything.
Excellent dinner at Bargello, good price, welcoming staff. We liked it so much that we returned for an after-concert drink. The concert was superb! The vocalists & instrumentalists were more than we had hoped for - exceptionally talented. Each was skilled in their area of music and had a delightful presence to share with the audience. They made it feel emotional & intimate. The dancers were obviously students due to nervousness, but they too, did a good job and made us wish the best for them. (not easy on that floor). More specific info & bio on each individual please - including the dancers. Beautiful setting in the church. We will return!
The dinner was good. The restaurant easy to locate. Enjoyed the show. The old church setting was fantastic and short distance from the restaurant. Overall a nice evening experience in Florence.
I was nervous about the food beforehand having read bad reviews but was pleasantly surprised, the food was quite nice but topped off by an amazing performance.
The Three Tenors were wonderful, however, the meal was terrible. The restaurant server was rude and the food was terrible. The main meal consisted of two small portions of different pastas. We were very disappointed.
Lovely evening starting with a typical Tuscan mean and then on to one of the most amazing acts of opera signing with a fabulous pianist, mandolin and cellist accompanied by some exquisite dancers. Fabulous evening with lively memories of a very beautiful city💖
The dinner was good but was not great. You are on your own to find the way to the theater. The concert was excellent. Well worth it. Recommend you buy tickets from theater direct and go where you want for dinner.
The tenors & musicians were wonderful - worth a 5 star rating- but the dinner was dreadful - got the night off to a terrible start.
Chiara was a great tour guide. She was very informative and made sure we hit the masterpieces. She gave a good explanation on the differences between the eras of art and also the significance of each piece.
The concert hour was a very pleasant experience and was enjoyed by all. The dinner, however, was a bit disorganized as there was no one at the restaurant to meet us and instruct us on how we should travel to the theater after dining. It would have been very helpful to have someone from the tour company greet us and be with us, at least for informational purposes.
The actual concert was amazing! The food was no more than average served by excellent and helpful waiters. I give viator a “0” for total lack of communication from confusing emails to no one showing up to show us where the concert was. Thank god the restaurant recognized out paperwork and told us to sit down. It would have been better to get dinner reservations and buy the concert tickets separately.
The dinner and the concert were really nice. Be prepared, though, that the church can be pretty hot and stuffy. Also, the package is completely self guided - which means there was no direction or leader to meet or to coordinate the evening. Which was fine, but would have been better to know in advance.
Fantastic venue. Great concert. Good dinner. A little short on name and directions from dinner to concert hall
Tour cannot be recommended the restaurant food was shocking the main course of pink penne and tasteless ravioli could be made better by a 5 year old (serving was a tablespoon of each) and the dessert was white gelatin. Honestly inedible and for 80 euro it was a disgrace. The three tenors were magnificent however the location was actually 36 degrees C inside building and half of patrons left at intermission. This was a very expensive evening and in the Most beautiful city an absolute disappointment
The 3 tenors were fantastic. The setting in the church brilliant. The dinner at Bargello restaurant was a disappointment. I had pre booked a vegetarian meal which they claim they never received from viator. My wife was served a rice dish which was disgusting. Frankly it looked like a packet of vegetable risotto boiled in stock. Had we not pre paid for this experience and were under a tight timescale we would have refused to pay for this dinner Fortunately the 3 tenors did not disappoint and were brilliant. Recommend avoiding the dinner and concert and just book the concert
Really great production, super tenors. Met good people from Sweden. Will be meeting up with them in the USA in the future.
A truly amazing experience. Lovely dinner and beautiful venue for the Concert. A wonderful experience thankyou so much x
The concert was wonderful and we enjoyed it a lot. The church was beautiful and the acoustics were amazing. The concert started at 8:30 not 8:00. The dinner was not very good and would never recommend the restaurant to anyone. We never would have found the church but we followed someone else that thought they knew where they were going. Directions would have been helpful. The concert venue was not just a few steps from the restaurant, but several blocks.
Great venue awesome dinner. Met some lovely couples pianist was excellent. I have anything else to say. Thank you
The concert was generally acceptable however The dinner was very disappointing considering the charges.
January is a lovely time to visit, cool and crisp. Queues not too long. We had a great hotel in Boutique Hotel Cellai, Individual and great service. Buffet breakfast and tea or coffee, free (17h to 18h) served in lovely lounges. Ahmed shakes a great cocktail and we had great chats. Reception and (hands on) manager always available and happy to help. I have no reservations in highly recommend this hotel.
Olio & Convivium is worth the upgrade to the dinner. Excellent service, food and accomodation. The concert was just around the corner and restaurant staff ensured we knew where to go and made it on-time. Talented opera singers entertained us for the evening. A different side of Florence, highly recommended for a cultural relaxed evening.
The food was good it was not a group just my friend and I, then we walked around the corner to St. Marks church for a very intimate performance, a small group sits around the stage all on same level, very talented performers. It was a great experience.
Our group of four arrived at the restaurant for dinner at 7pm and were told that the restaurant had been notified that the concert had been cancelled. We were never told about the cancellation!!! The restaurant was fully booked and they had no room for us to eat dinner even at our own expense. They referred us to another restaurant that was also totally booked. We were all dressed up with no where to go!! Very poor communication from tour operators. Why were we not notified when the restaurant was???!!! Our evening in Florence was ruined!!!!!
Delicious dinner with a entertained comedy opera. The restaurant has a romantic atmosphere. The church was cozy and autentic old-time. I felt like the being in the good old days! The Viator booking rearranged our date since we where late for the booking day.
Had a fantastic dinner at Osteria La Toscanella, set menu (I had pici, a thick, freshly made type of spaghetti that came with a few different sauces, mine had a duck ragu. Chicken cacciatore with potatoes (haven't had it that good since my Sicilian grandmother passed away) sparkling water, a nice glass of red wine and finished with tiramisu and espresso. All of it delicious. St. Mark's, the location of the opera was not even a five minute walk away. Intimate little setting, performed almost in the round with period costumes accompanied by a piano and a very funny gentleman who explains the story and setting. My seat was INCHES away from the performers (was even asked to assist with covering the furniture between acts, they really have fun with it). And the voices in this company were SPECTACULAR. Afterwards I stayed and watched as the cast had a hilarious Q&A with a group of English speaking students, what a great bunch of people these are, the highlight of my vacation in Florence....
A fabulous evening of Arias & Neapolitan Songs. Talented artists all - pianist, soprano, baritone. Even included a sing-along of Volare! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. And the tickets were inexpensive for such amazing talent!
