Vera was wonderful. The information she provided was very insightful. She was friendly and since the tour ended up being just my family so she was able to position us at various angles to see the sculptures. I recommend you take this tour with Vera. She will give you a lot of details about Michelangelo and all of his works.

Our tour of Florence with Vera, our guide, was wonderful and we really enjoyed it. We visited the Accademia, the Uffizi Gallery and the Vasari Corridor. Vera knows the city very well and shared little details, anecdotes and curiosities that made our visit even more interesting. It was a truly enjoyable and enriching experience.

We had a wonderful experience with Vera for the one hour tour. We arrived 15 min ahead of the scheduled time and were pleased to be able to take a seat at the office prior to meeting our guide. Vera was knowledgeable and engaging. We told her we had just been on a Vatican tour and she connected our experience there to what we saw in the museum. She was accommodating and responsive to our questions. It was quick and efficient. We had a lovely time and visit. Well worth it to be guided past the lines and ushered around. Highly recommend!

The lines were long but we went right in with our guide: she was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic when telling the story of the times, of many sculptors, and of course, of Michaelangelo and his sculpture of David. Very enjoyable!

This tour was absolutely perfect and exactly what my group of 4 was looking for in a tour. It was quick—an hour—and didn’t have to worry about entrance tickets ourselves as it was included. Our tour guide was very informative and we learned quite a bit in our hour. Highly recommend doing this tour to get the most out of your experience seeing the gallery and David!
If you’re visiting the Accademia, ask for Laura! She is a wealth of knowledge and managed to cover the highlights with such grace and detail in just one hour. Skipping the line was great, but Laura’s storytelling was the real highlight of our visit. An absolute must-do!

Laurie was incredible. Her name is harder to spell so it is Laurie if you want her for the Tour. She had so much information and the Tour was great. Other people did not show up so we basically had the Tour all to ourselves. No lines and not crowded. If you want an outstanding History Lesson as well Laurie is your Girl. Loved it. Would absolutely recommend.

Very informative, Isabella our guide was easy to understand and extremely knowledgeable. Skip the line is a must if not your going to be waiting in lines for 30-45 minutes

This tour was perfect tons of information, knowledgeable and passionate guide. Great value for the money. I only had a small window for a tour and this was perfect.
Laura did an amazing job helping us understand why David is so special. She helped explain what renaissance Florence was like at the time this statue was created. She took us back in time as well as forward. She managed to fill two hours so effectively and even managed the crowds we had to navigate through.
The tour was good but the guide spoke way too much. With the David being the main feature there was so much info about everything else it got boring.

Lori did a spectacular job of providing details of Michelangelo's life and his creation of his statue of David. The use of her i-pad allowed us to see details unavailable to the naked eye and brought the statue to life. Lori was very knowledgeable, easy to understand, answered questions thoroughly, and was quite entertaining throughout the tour. Molto bene!
