Wonderful tour - a busy day with an early start. The Cinque Terre part was fascinating, maybe a bit rushed due to train delays, but we found time for lunch and gelato! The highlight was our tour guide, Coco. She was the best! Funny, informative and always concerned about our well-being. On the bus ride back to Florence, Coco took the time to speak at length with every single one of us. A great day with the best tour guide!
Alessandro and Labi were absolutely amazing today on our tour of Cinque Terre / Pisa. Alessandro met all of our needs and went above and beyond for us!! Alessandro was VERY knowledgeable, friendly, and 100% made the experience the best for us. Any last minute change or request he made sure that we were able to do it and that our happiness was guaranteed!
We had an awesome time with Koko as our tour guide and Casper as our driver. It was a long day but the bus rides in between places was a good break to take a quick nap and reset and get ready for the next stop. Koko was AMAZING and so easy to interact with making our day trip very memorable. We would recommend this tour to our family and friends visiting Florence 👍

Had a great Cinque Terre tour with our guides Naomi and Luca. Both brought their personalities and knowledge of the area to the tour. You should be proud to have them as employees. Amazing, informative, fun tour! Alex, our guide, was so knowledgeable and comfortable to talk to. He showed us all the ins and outs and then some! He made the most of our day and made us feel like we saw it all! Lucca is a hidden gem full of old world style and charm! Highly recommend this tour and Alex!
We spent a good half a day with Stephano, and he was extremely personable. He filled the day with history and stories. He dove into details about lots of things and helped us learn a lot more about Pisa and Lucca. Also, in the van he told us many stories and useful information about the places we were passing by. Great tour overall! Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough great things about this excursion. We thoroughly enjoyed Pisa and Lucca. From the start we felt informed and never confused about the meeting location, which can be stressful especially if you are unfamiliar with an area. Everything was communicated and it was done so in a timely fashion. The climb up the tower was timed so we didn’t have to stand in line too long. Lucca is so quaint. It was a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. The best part of the tour was our guide Stefano! He was knowledgeable and patient and kind. He walked us through both places. He made recommendations and waited patiently for us at meeting points. I can’t say enough good things about him and this trip. Thank you for an amazing day!

This tour far exceeded our expectations! We knew it would be a good time but Sara was exceptional. Pisa is a must see - the cathedral was stunning. Lucca is definitely a hidden gem and we would have missed this exceptional city had we not taken this tour. It is so clean, beautiful and charming. In addition it was not packed with crowds like the more popular destinations in Italy. Sara made it a point to visit with each member or our group to ensure we all were having a good time. We would highly reccommend this tour!

I had a great time on this tour with Alex as my guide and the driver Francesca. They were at the predetermined meeting location on time and ready to start. Alex was very informative and knowledgeable about the surrounding areas as we headed out of Florence on the tour routes to Pisa and Lucca. While I had more than enough time to wander through both stops of Pisa and Lucca, Alex made sure to point out additional things of interest to see on the tour. Many of the members of the group that I traveled with (12 total people) asked me if they could book a similar tour the next day with Alex as the guide. Unfortunately (due to internet issues at the hotel) we could not find a tour until it was listed as unavailable for the next day. If available, I highly reccommend these Alex and Francesca as your guides through the Tuscany region and beyond.
