We had a fabulous bike tour in Florence with Yaniel with our family of five (children 20+) . We’ve been in Florence several times before but we definitely learned a lot more about the city. Yaniel shared a lot of great info and managed to get us through busy tourists areas with our bikes safely. I definitely recommend this tour. Thank you Yaniel!

I had such a great experience on this tour! The mix of having a tour leader and a multilingual audio guide made everything really easy to follow, and it helped me actually understand the history behind each place. It also lasted almost 3 hours, which felt like the perfect amount of time to see a lot without getting too tired. The guide was super friendly and engaging, and you could tell they really love what they do and the city itself, which made the whole experience even better. We visited some of the most iconic spots in Florence, and even though it was a bit crowded (which is totally expected for the time of year), it didn’t take away from the experience at all. I genuinely feel like I left with a deeper appreciation for the culture and history of the city. I’d definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Florence, whether it’s your first time or not. It’s such a nice, easy, and enjoyable way to explore the city ☺️
This was my first ever visit in Florence, and so i planned this tour to get to know it a little more and it did not disappoint! It was an excellent tour! The tour leader was very welcoming and gave us useful information! I definitely recommend it!😄
Excellent tour through the city’s historic center and numerous key points. I recommend to start with this to have a good overview of Florence for who comes for the first time. The guide was also very helpful to understand more than from the audio, which is already qualitative and available in several languages.
An excellent and informative introductory tour by Yaniel highlighting all the major places of interest in central Florence.
The guide was SO warm, knowledgeable, customer focused and friendly. It was really enjoyable and had a great group energy.
We had a great experience with a great tour guide. We received a lot of interesting information that we couldn't have heard otherwise. It was really worth it!
Loved the tour! We saw basically everything important in Florence while learning a lot of fun facts! Really enjoyed it:)
Walking tour was an amazing experience!! I got to discover the beauties of Florence with a guide, and it was a very well-organized tour that I highly recommend everyone try at least once.
The tour guide was awful! I took this tour 10 years ago so I have some thing to compare it to. Her English was difficult to understand. She didn’t explain the history of Firenze on a walking tour. It was a standing tour talking about the Duomo. She didn’t talk about the statue of David that we saw and didn’t give us the history of the Ponte Vecchio bridge. We didn’t get our gelato as stated on our guide sheet and she dropped us off at a different point than our guide sheet said . This woman should not be a tour guide.
Guide seemed a bit new at this. Hard to follow, with her words, and physically; keeping up in a crowd.
Unfortunately I couldn’t understand what she was saying. Her accent was so strong that I could have enjoyed on my own better. She told another 4 people who were from Brazil and she said she didn’t have enough ear pieces. Then she never gave out ear pieces. My wife knows Spanish and was able to communicate some with her. It was a total bust. This is our 6th-7th tour in Italy so we’re not inexperienced.
The tour guide was nice but we couldn’t understand her at all due to thick accent. In addition, we lost her 4 times in 2 hrs :( She never looked for her group and keeps walking like she’s in her own world
It was.very difficult to understand because.of his heavy accent but he was very nice and informative.
I really enjoyed this tour but I’m giving it four stars because the itinerary for the tour has changed and the description hasn’t been updated. There were a few stops that are no longer included in the tour, including the stop for gelato. Once the tour guide announced the tour was ending, I asked about the stop for gelato and she told me that was removed from the tour.
A great way to explore Florence! Our guide Isabella was very knowledgeable on the history of Florence and the monuments along the walk. We’ll worth the taking the tour if you are short on time and/or understanding the layout of the old town.
Very impressive buldings and bridge crossing. Tour guide very knowledgeable, however a little too much info for me.
Natalia was a wonderful guide. She brought the city to life with stories of the history of Florence. She gave us lots of information about the places we should visit, and some suggestions about shopping and dining.
We enjoyed our tour of Florence. Learned a lot of things that we would not have picked up on our own. Great way to start our trip.
Costinest was extremely knowledgeable and made for a very inviting experience. I highly recommend doing the tour towards the beginning of your stay she she will point out things you can do with your time
No confirmation email no info on where to meet, nothing. Wasted time trying to find your group for and hour than had to book another tour. Please refund!
Florence is beautiful and our tour guide showed us all the main places to visit as well as good information about the best places to eat and must go back areas. After tour we revisited suggested places and was not dissapointed.
Claudia Durante…A+!! 5 stars!! Claudia gave us such a great tour. She is incredibly knowledgeable (and our tour only barely scratch the surface of her knowledge!) and engaging. I love that she directed a lot of her attention to our girls, 10 & 7, making sure they were interested and that they understood what she was saying. Her English is impeccable. Ending the tour at a cafe for cappuccinos, croissants, and gelato for the girls was a perfecting ending. We sat and chatted and learned more about the area and Claudia’s extensive experience and training as a tour guide. Thank you again, Claudia! We hope to visit again for a more in-depth tour with you of some of our favorite sites!
This is a perfect way to start your time off in Florence. We happened to be the only ones signed up for this tour and loved being able to ask all the questions we wanted. Irene was extremely knowledgable and passionate about Florence's history, and we enjoyed her laid back and friendly personality. We saw all the highlights of Florence and barely even realized how far we'd walked by the end. Ending the tour with gelato was a perfect touch. Thanks Irene for providing such a great tour!
tati was fantanstic. she spoke spanish and that made it easier. lovely time, firenzse is beautiful and i will never forget. muchas gracias.
Florence must be the hardest place in the world to give a walking tour in, as your dealing with a zillion other tours and an incredible amount of tourists packed into tiny streets that are also somehow operational for cars. Despite this hell our tour guide managed to show us all the main sites and a few surprises, was knowledgeable and native of Florence. Recommended.
One couple failed to show up, and we waited patiently at our meeting spot in the square for fifteen minutes past the start time. When given the go ahead our tour guide made up the time in a forced march tour. My husband and I are in our 70's and the other couple was in their late 60's. We were challenged in the heat of busy Florence to keep up. Our guide was informative and well versed in the history of Florence, the Medici, the artists. Just wish it had been less physically stressful.
We enjoyed the tour but didn't feel we learned enough and the IT didn't work very well. A more leisurely pace with more general information about Florence would certainly have made the tour better for us.
A great way to see and learn a lot about Florence! We enjoyed our wander with Olesia through the historical must see places Florence has to offer. We were lucky to be the only ones on this tour, having our own private guide was a nice bonus. She took her time to explain what happened where and how everything came together in this historically important city. As it was quite hot the ice cream was very welcome at the end of the tour.
Very pleasant guide tour. Time is passing quick, so should be a bit longer tour. However very satisfied with Firenza. Hope will come again.
Very enjoyable wander around Florence with a very knowledgeable guide who was very friendly and entertaining. She took her time to explain events about the different landmarks in Florence and two hours were over in the blink of an eye. Would highly recommend this tour. The ice cream was a welcome bonus at the end!
Wonderful tour. Charles is extremely knowledgeable and made the tour enjoyable and interesting. Highly recommend.
We had a memorable 2-hour wander around Florence with a most gregarious guide named Manuela. Her knowledge allowed her to weave the history (and scandal) of the city into a wonderful overview of what the city has to offer. We would recommend this tour and especially our tour guide to anyone wanting to get a taste of the city.
Our guide Elsabetta G. was excellent. Showed us so many places we would not have discovered on our own. Very knowlegeable about the history of the city and the Medcci family. I would recommend her and this tour to anyone. Free Gelato at end was a bonus.
We lucked out and were the only 4 on the tour on a hot Monday morning. It was a very informative tour, our guide was excellent and knew the history of Florence very well. It was really a great way to see everything in the center of Florence and immediately across the Arno, in a short yet not rushed way. Two hours was perfect - especially with 18 year olds melting in the heat and adjusting to the walking and crowds. You could tour for 2 days, but if you want an informative tour that hits the highlights and is of a manageable duration, this is it.
On behalf of my family, I just want to say another thank you to Elisabetta our guide, who clearly and very insightfully painted a picture for us of the beautiful city of Florence. We were mesmerized by the impressive architecture as well as the history behind so much of it. We really appreciated the local knowledge passed down by Elisabetta explaining both the beauty and irony behind many decisions made in the history of Florence. Grazi!
I booked this tour back in January for our trip to Florence May 23-May 31 through Viator (A TripAdvisor Company), to be conducted by ACCORD Innovative Tourist Solutions. Upon receipt of the Tour Information Sheet from Viator, I noted under Tour Details, that our tour was scheduled for "3:30 p.m. (from April 1st till October 31st) for Saturday, May26. At 3:30, my husband and I were at the designated meeting place. At 3:45, it became quite apparent that no one else was coming - including the tour guide. We placed a call to ACCORD and was told that they were sorry, but that tour took place at 11:00 that morning. On our Tour Information Sheet, under "Best of Florence Walking Tour, it reads, Tour Option: Morning Tour H 11,00 am English". It's quite obvious that Viator did not give us the correct information regarding our tour, and ACCORD would not accommodate us on another tour unless we paid additional money. We missed out on our tour, lost our money and ruined our day. That very day, I sent Viator an email explaining the situation and, as of today, have not heard anything back. I would hope that TripAdvisor, being the parent company, would see their way clear to refund the money we lost due to Viator's mistake. I would be more than happy to forward you a copy of the original Tour Information/Confirmation sheet.
I did this tour when I first arrived in Florence. It was a great way to see the important sights and learn the history and architecture of Florence. Very informative and a lovely way to see the city.

Even in drizzling rain in Venice, we had an outstanding walking tour. Claudio was excellent with great English and volume. Saw many behind the scenes places, plus highlights. Highly recommended.

It was a wonderful tour. A great way to get an overview of Florence. Our guide was fantastic and was very knowledgeable and answered the additional questions from those in our group.

Tour guide was super friendly. Very informative and thorough. Her English we very understandable. We saw amazing things in Florence but most importantly enjoyed walking through the lesser used side alleys that open up to more amazing monuments. Highly recommended if you have good shoes and 2.5 hours :P
Our tour ended on opposite direction of where it started. However it is so hard to get lost in the city center. Just use the Duomo Cathedral as a landmark and it is easy to navigate
We all got free Gelato at the end.

Not as good as our Rome day tour. Could not hear the guide, her English was OK but not great and she did not explain things in a way that was easy to understand

Wonderful 2 hr tour. We had a baby and toddler in two and they made sure we didn't need to stop throughout the tour. Very informative. A perfect overview of the city and our guide was very knowledagble. Highly reccomend.

This was a good way to start our trip to Florence. It got us well oriented, and didn't overwhelm us with information. Our guide didn't seem very interested, however.

The tour wasn't interesting for us, no fun facts, just formal information. I think Florence has much more to offer then just walking around and telling us facts about buildings and architects. Our guide was nice, but it needs improvements...

The tour was very interesting. We learned a lot about Florence and the Medici family.
A very nice and pleasant way to visit Florence; you hit the main attractions in a smooth and cheerful way, the audio guide provides more specific explanations while the guide is ready to answer your questions and let you know about numerous curiosities. Thank you Yaniel for making the tour so pleasant.
A very nice 2.5-hour tour with Guide Yaniel. We learned a lot of things all around and throughout the journey. It was hot, but we greatly enjoyed the tour.
The experience exceeded our expectations! The IWONA guide was very kind and friendly, demonstrating all their knowledge in a dynamic way. We received a printed guide and a device with headphones in our language to hear about the points already organized on the tour. In addition, along the way, IWONA contributed even more with knowledge and excellent tips.
A very special walking tour! Iwone is an exceptional guide: professional, engaging and always with a smile. He can tell the city in an interesting and light way. Super recommended experience!
