Due to some confusion with other tourists during the start of the tour, 30 mins of our tour was wasted. The guide Yaniel, who was very nice, had to deal with those tourists. The tour started 30 mins late and we missed visiting the Oltrarno area even though he told us that was in the itenary.

We had a fantastic tour with a knowledgeable and very friendly tour guide. The tour was personal, well thought out and extremely informative. We saw so many things that we would have not experienced had we not joined this tour. I would highly recommend it.

Our guide was Yaniel and he was fantastic. He really knew the city and offered extra information before or after the audio guide. He even showed us a few fun spots along the way.

My tour guide was Barbara, and she was so helpful! She really catered the tour towards our interests and made sure we got the pictures we wanted. She answered all the questions we had about Florence and its history. Not only did we see the popular sites like the Duomo, but she also showed us some hidden gems throughout the city. Highly recommend it if you want a more personalized tour.

It is a whistle stop tour around the City, and then you can decide which museums etc you wish to visit independently. It was good to get a feel for locations too. Bi-lingual with radio's and worked well. Just keep an eye out at the meeting point, its a small square and we were in the wrong corner, but don't panic you are in the right place, just need to keep an eye out.

Our tour guide seemed like a nice person, but he was not very effective in telling us about Florence. He wasn’t very constable speaking in English. He missed a lot of opportunity to tell stories about the details of the places we were walking through. There were sections with recorded audio that we listened to. We got the details but would’ve been better to hear them from a live guide.

Our tour guide Barbara was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and able to provide answers to all our questions about the history of each of the places we passed. And she was also friendly and relaxed. Using her ipad, she was able to show us photographs of interesting details and art. I would recommend this tour which is 2.5 hours at a pleasant pace.

The pace was perfect—neither too fast nor too slow—and along the way, our guide provided fascinating insights, fun anecdotes, and even some local tips for dining and visiting some of the most famous museums in the city.

I recently took a guided tour of Florence, and it was fantastic. Our guide, Leonardo, was knowledgeable and engaging, offering great insights into the city’s history and art. We visited key landmarks like the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Palace and Vasari Corridor, with just the right amount of time at each. The small group size made the experience more personal, and I left with a deeper appreciation of Florence’s beauty. Highly recommend!

Our guide was lovely, and led us on a route that covered the main sights and was really useful for giving us an overview of the city and where we wanted to explore further. She showed us photos of the interiors of buildings on an iPad, which was helpful. However, the actual description of the places visited was given through individual audio devices and earphones. This worked well from the point of view of being accessible to speakers of different languages, but the content was very ‘text book’ and dry, and lacking the personal touch of a live guide. We also realised the voices were AI-generated. Not a patch on listening to a real person speaking live, and able to interact.

We were able to explore the city center of Florence with Lorenzo. Lorenzo explained the history of Florence in English that was understandable for everyone, making it vivid and tangible, and let us immerse ourselves in the world of the Medici, the Middle Ages, and the history of this beautiful city. Here and there, there were interesting, amazing, and funny stories. The texts on the audio guide in the chosen language did the rest. A great guide and an absolutely recommendable tour!
