About Activity
Step into the world of Italian cuisine with a hands-on pasta-making experience led by professional chefs. In an authentic kitchen setting, you will prepare three types of fresh pasta from scratch using traditional Italian ingredients, learning essential techniques such as kneading, shaping, and cutting dough.
Each pasta is paired with seasonal sauces inspired by regional Italian flavors, giving you a deeper understanding of how tradition and local ingredients shape Italian cooking. Throughout the class, chefs share practical tips, techniques, and cultural insights that connect each dish to Italy’s culinary heritage.
After the cooking session, sit down and enjoy the full meal you have prepared, served with Tuscan wine. The experience concludes with artisanal Italian gelato or sorbetto made using traditional methods.
INCLUSIONS NOTES: Hands-on preparation of 3 fresh pasta types with professional chefs, seasonal sauce pairings, use of apron and cooking utensils, full meal with unlimited wine (soft drinks for children), artisanal gelato or sorbet tasting, graduation certificate, digital recipe booklet, practical cooking tips for home use, vegetarian-friendly options available upon request.
