Lines were disorganized and beyond awful. No organization. Terrible experience.

Great experience, worth the extra price to have a knowledgeable person helping with ticketing and line Que. The people met us well beforehand and even got us inside 30 earlier than our times ticket. Lots of hustle! Thank you !

Everything was really good, very nice

The exhibit was wonderful. The lines outside were a bit chaotic but good communication with the tour operator made all the difference.

Academia di Galleria was nothing short of Amazing ! If you have an appreciation for Art & culture this Gallery will leave you in awe . This tour was worth the value and the right way to visit every itinerary list . But the highlight was Romeo, our Guide. He made our first time in Florence and experience with this excursion streamlined and easy. Romeo was patient with us and very accommodating. Our party and I had trouble finding our parking location and the first attraction on our excursion that we ended up getting lost and arriving late for our meeting time at the gallery. Romeo went above and beyond to help us reschedule our appointment without waiting all day in the line and waisting your day . I highly recommend this company and if possible ask for Romeo !!! He will take care of you .

Too many people allowed into museum. Mixture of guided tours, self directed and assisted (like us) Basically walked around. Audio was useless. Users should be advised to bring earbuds to hear the presentation. Useless without earbuds. Loved the museum otherwise.

I had not planned my time in Florence very well so I booked this ticket the night before visiting the Galleria and it was a great move! I was able to get in at 8:50 and they offered the chance to hop in on an in-person tour (although I wound up going with the audio guide). I do wish the audio guide was a little more structured providing information on which room to move to/when. I found that it kind of jumped from topic to topic quickly, although the information was great. I would definitely recommend if you're booking activities late and would like to get in last minute!

Was the best tour I did in Italy . Amazing host Romeo kind and professional ,we had an amazing tour a-lot of knowledge highly recommend it . Need to avoid lines Romeo is your guy

I bought these tickets through Via Tour because all the regular tickets for the academia Museum were sold out. There was a crazy long line even with the reserved tickets due to the national 1/2 day strike. My guide directed me to a shorter line which I would not have known about without his help. Thank you!

No information sent other than look for ‘fast track tours’. Had phone call before we arrived for our 1630 tour saying we should have arrived 10-15 minutes before. There is no tour - just told to do our own thing once inside - it’s 1645 and still in a queue. Is this a scam ? Paid way over normal cost.

It is very crowded so you need patience and they prefer quiet so they keep crying out silent silence! Otherwise the works are phenomenal and absolutely divine. David is there, but also Michelangelo‘s last works still unfinished.

They are only a reseller of tickets bought by a bot. When you arrive, you need to find a guy on the street who is supposed to have your tickets. Our guy had to beg other resellers for tickets as he didnt have any.

Beautiful gallery although busy of course. The Fast Access Tour host met us where we were instructed and we received our tickets early and he got us into the line no problem. Recommend these skip the line tickets as the “no reservations” line was incredibly long. Thank you!

The guides are well experienced and know a lot about Florence. They speak multiple languages and are very easy to talk with. Excellent organizational skills too and well mannered people. If you book trips with this organization, you’ll be in good hands. No doubt about it.

Seeing Michelangelo’s David was spectacular. This tour was on my bucket list and exceeded all my expectations.

Simplify the entrance a bit

The explanations given in the audio guide were long and difficult to follow.

Very efficient. Everything on time and without waiting.

Somewhat expensive and audioguide is just a website; so you have to bring your own headphones or you don't have any..
