Accademia Gallery : Timed Entry Ticket

The provider delivered as promised and on time . We were escorted to the front of the line and entered with any problem. This is not a guided tour and is perfect to see this attraction at your own pace. Love the accademia gallery and recommend this tour .

The operator delivered as promised. On time and without problem. Escorted to the front of line and easy access. This galleria is a must stop for Florence visitors and only takes about 2-3 hours . No problems and happy to recommend.

Our visit to the Accademia Gallery was great! Getting skip-the-line access is an absolute must here, it saved us so much time waiting outside. Our tour guide was fantastic, she was super responsive beforehand and gave great directions, so we had zero difficulty finding her at the meeting point. One tip for future visitors: definitely get the audio tour! We missed out on adding it to our visit, but having that extra context and backstory for the artwork would have made the experience even better. Seeing Michelangelo’s David up close without any hassle made the whole trip unforgettable.

The time was changed last minute. Could not make new time scheduled. Lost my ticket did not get refund.

Denise was incredible. There was a strike during our allotted time, and she did everything she could to make it possible for us to have this experience before leaving italy. ♡ she was a great communicator-we’re lucky we got her as our guide.

Unfortunately the guide we booked the trip with (florence elite tours) didnt turn up at the meeting point, we were there 20 minutes early, rang the operator at the meet time who advised the guide was en route, we rang again 15 minutes later and was told they were 2 minutes away... we missed our allocated time slot but an alternative agent provided us tickets for a later slot. Disappointing.

She was so great, she called me to make sure I was in the right place, we got our tickets and she helped us know where to go. This is exactly what I wanted!

We loved the exhibit. But your service was non existent. The guide was 30 minutes late. He handed us a ticket , told us to wait in a line and then disappeared. No explanation of what to expect. It caused a lot of anxiety. Like I said, your service was worthless, or worse.

This was to access skip the line tickets. If you can purchase the tickets in advance from the official website, there’s no need to pay for this service. We weren’t able to, so this worked out for us. The rep we met (Denise) was very friendly and she helped us get in the correct line and handed us our tickets. That’s all that was included in the service and they delivered what they promised.

This is not a tour, you basically meet someone and they bring you to line, give you a pfd and leave. We got to meet up at 10am, others were meeting guides. We got a call saying they were running late waited 15 min. We could have been in the q line at that time of morning and gotten in for a lot less money and had audio. The q was maybe a 15 min wait at 10am. This is not worth the money, definitely felt like a tourist that got taken advantage of.

Purchasing tickets ahead to skip the line and to have someone direct us to the proper line was essential to avoiding the confusion of the lines which were a challenge to navigate. However, we had a very difficult time locating our contact person in the determined location. There was no sign, we were unable to reach her by phone or text. Once we did locate her she was very kind and helpful.

Once we found our guide to give us the tickets and help us find the right line, this was great. It was difficult to find her, but once we did, she was. Dry pleasant and helpful.

Absolute waste of money. Sure, we jumped in front of a few queuing people, but the lines were moving pretty quickly for all lines. The guidance from the booking confirmation stated that someone would be there, with a sign, to greet us and hand over the tickets, effectively sounding like we would be well taken care of. We arrived 15 minutes early, to chaos. I managed to find a self elected manager of all things queue wise, he told me our lady would be here, just wait. I went and found this guy again after waiting to the set meeting time, then our ‘hostess’ came out of nowhere, no sign nor id to be seen. This ‘greeting’ was a grunt to confirm our name, tickets which were timed half an hour before our booking time (so we could have been in the queue earlier), and told to go to a particular queue. Then she disappeared as quickly as she arrived. Once in the directed queue we stood, and stood, and stood. I don’t know about you, but my idea of purchasing a ‘jump the queue’ is just that. You pay quite a bit for a time slot and you enter at that time. Yep, not in this case - it was twenty minutes of waiting on top of the waiting to find our host - more than half an hour of your day at least. This is a shoddily run operation, seemingly money grabbing at its finest and I would not suggest that our hostess could be considered friendly in any way. Do not be misguided, this probably saved us ten minutes tops, on top of the general queue. While waiting we watched guided groups, whose hosts were very good, certainly friendly in appearance - I would suggest you spend money on this instead. Certainly wish I had. I dare say that I will not use this platform again.

Great experience, highly recommend early tour if possible since it does get crowded. Florence Elite Tours staff was very friendly and helpful, thanks to them and the museum staff entry was quick and easy. Our guide was thorough and very knowledgeable. The way she intentionally stopped at certain works to build a story arc of art history leading up to David gave us a lot of insight that we would have missed if just visiting alone. We found Denisia and got into the museum quickly and easily. Once inside our guidance was limited to a few pages on my phone. But overall, hassle free and worthwhile.

Very good experience, jut show your digital ticket at the entrance that is marked with your time, and they let you go in. Very easy, no waiting.

If you are traveling in the off season, there is no need to book a ticket through a tour operator for “skip the line”. Just purchase a normal Accademia ticket.

Our guide was communicative and met us at the indicated place. She purchased the tickets and handed them to us quickly, and we walked past the lines and directly inside. The entire interaction took less than 20 minutes from meeting to stepping inside to see the David.

Don't use this company. Guide didn't show up. Ww were left stranded without tickets. Tried ringing but number didn't work. Nothing but a scam.

Guide turned up on time and sorted tickets. Less busy than Uffizi. Apart from the David my favourite bit was the old instruments

Seeing David in that long hall is awe inspiring and jaw dropping. The crowd around David are a lot but to be expected. Seeing the Accademia is a must if visiting Florence.

All went smoothly, from meeting the guide to the entry . The guide gave us an earlier slot, which was good. The exhibits were varied and interesting, and we were able to clearly view David

The guide met us exactly at 1:00 outside the Galleria and we received our tickets, then went to the 1:00 PM line and got inside the museum within 10 minutes. There was also a much longer line for people without tickets and/or a time slot. Efficient, quick, and simple. Thank you!

Fabulous experience with the statue of David the highlight of the visit. Getting the ticket was a bit stressful as we could not find the collection point, however the guide was amazing , she phoned me when I got lost on the way and even managed to identify my husband who I had left at the gallery and give him our tickets - exceptional 5 star service .

We chose the skip the line tickets as there was no available scheduled tickets for academia on the official website. We showed up outside the entrance and someone called us over, and after confirming our name gave us our tickets and pointed us in the direction of the entrance. We were then free to enter and explore the museum. It is definitely cheaper to buy off the website, but since we did not book far enough in advance this was the next best option. Note that I was later advised I likely could’ve gone early in the morning and got tickets for the cheaper price.

An easy way to skip the long lines at the museum! Our host met us at the Piazza near the museum and then accompanied us to the appropriate line before passing out our tickets and leaving us at the entrance of the museum. She did not act as a guide, but rather as a host in the overwhelming crowds. Once in the museum we were free to see all the beautiful artwork, including Michelangelo’s statue of David. It was a lovely morning from start to finish. Highly recommend using a host with Florence Elite Tours. She made our morning Run smoothly and helped us to navigate the large crowds outside the museum.

We arrived at meeting place early and I got a phone call from the tour company gal, she stated if we wanted to go in early we could. Of course I said yes and was truly grateful. The line to get in was wrapped around the building so it was awesome being able to walk right in after maybe a 3 minute wait.

We arrived as instructed (on time) at the square. Unlike all the other tour guides, our guide was not to be found. Eventually we asked a guide from another service who our guide might be. They were helpful and indicated that “when she arrived” they would point her out. Eventually she arrived late and the other guides pointed her out. She promptly explained that she didn’t have tickets for the time slot we requested, but we could meet her 2 hours later at the same spot and we would be able to get in. My wife and I thought it odd that she handed us entry tickets at that point. We waited the additional 2 hours, returned to the square, and again.. she was no where to be found. We eventually entered the venue on our own “without a guide”.

Easy to find our point of contact for the ticket and she got us right in. We chose to just do a self guided tour so there wasn’t much to it but it was very easy getting in and we skipped a line that was a 1 hour wait.
