Ila was by far the best travel guide we could have asked for. She was so kind to our young kids and even engaged them in a fun game as we walked. She is very knowledgeable of the local area and showed us some very unique shops and highlights of the city that we would have never known. We were truly impressed and grateful for the experience. In late March 2026, Martina led a family tour for my husband, me, and our three children (a 7-year-old and nearly 5-year-old twins). I had already arrived expecting the best because of how easy it had been to book the tour, with prompt, tailored, and detailed coordination directly with Carla (the booking operator). But Martina exceeded even my highest expectations. I should start by saying I used to teach in museums for more than 15 years and have a lot of experience leading and observing tours with families. Martina is one of the best. From the David to the Duomo to Palazzo Vecchio, she was able to expertly lead an inquiry-based tour engaging them in a friendly trivia "game" that also provided lots of new context, opportunities for movement, and direction to look closely. She is a rare instructor who could teach to both groups in a family tour (adults and children), never speaking down to either group. In addition, she treated all of us and most importantly, the children, with a great deal of warmth, humor, and hospitality. My family is agreed our tour with her was the best part of Florence, and as you can see from the pictures, our children adored her and had a hard time saying goodbye!! Worth every penny.
Martina was absolutely incredible. My 4 kids were tired going into it because of a tour earlier in the day and she brought them back to life and had them fully engaged in everything she was teaching. She taught through story, had them searching for items throughout the city. Played to my 14 year old and my 5 yr old. She made a game of all the museums. My 9 yr old didn’t leave her side, she just kept connecting with him. My 11 yr old left feeling like he knew history because of the way she validated his answers. And we all left feeling rejuvenated, educated and excited to continue our trip. Bravo Martina! You have been a highlight of our trip!

We really enjoyed our tour with Ilaria. It was my families first time visiting and even though I had seen the David and visited Florence before we all found the tour very informative. Ilaria took us to our favorite gelato place so far. Tour kept us all interested including our 9 year old daughter.

Guilia was a wonderful guide for our family. Our daughters (7 and 10 years) loved every minute of the treasure hunts and games, while our entire family learned so much about the history and art of Florence. This was the best tour of our vacation!

Our tour guide Giovanna was the perfect individual to capture the children's attention. She was able to deliver historic facts in a manner that kept the children engaged. This experience was the kids favorite in Italy. Our tour guide made this fun for everyone. She told us little secrets of the city that are hidden in the building. It was wonderful. She was so knowledgeable and we will surely remember this forever. Highly recommend. Worth every penny.

We took this tour with Giovanna and she was amazing. She interacted beautifully with my 3 and 7 year old. They would have been bored to tears without her. She did a great job engaging them while also speaking about what we saw to my husband and me. This was worth every penny.
Emilia was a great tour guide, and we enjoyed seeing the Piazza di Santa Croce, Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, and Accademia Galleria with her! By the end, the kids were getting tired but Emilia was great about recognizing that!
We love Rachele! We had the pleasure of having Rachele on two separate tours in Florence, and she is amazing. I have two boys, ages 3 and 6, and they loved Rachele. It can be difficult to keep these two kids entertained and engaged, but Rachele was able to do it. She not only made it fun and interesting for the kids, but we adults had a great time as well! Our tours with Rachele were our favorite part of visiting Florence! She was fun, knowledgeable and wonderful to be with! I felt like we were touring Florence with a good friend! I highly recommend Rachele and her wonderful tours!
We were fortunate enough to spend the day with Emilia at the Accademia museum and I am certain that the time spent with her will forever stay with my boys. She communicated at their level and we learned about interesting and profound artefacts. This tour was well so worthwhile and I was sad when our time together had ended. Emilia is a friendly, caring, and someone my sons and I really enjoyed spending time with. Alla prossima Emilia!

Very good this tour to do with children, our Guide Elena was great, left them amazed with everything she taught them about the David and then with the stories around the city center. He had infinite patience and finished the tour with a small gift for the children. I recommend it 100%
