Room is the size of a closet. Paint chipped and scratched up throughout the whole hotel. Half a roll of toilet paper and no extra. Bed was comfortable but pillows were not. Air conditioning turned itself overnight. Staff are very friendly and nice. Location is not close to much. Breakfast buffet is very basic, nothing special. If you are on a budget this is okay but expected more for a Windham.
Clean, comfortable, and a really convenient location near Florence airport for an early flight the next day. Nothing fancy, but exactly what we needed for the night. Would stay again.
A nice enough hotel, and very good pricing if running on a budget. The staff were polite enough. When we first arrived, we we're handed the keys though to someone else's room. This was soon rectified though. The gym is pretty much pointless as you can see by the pictures. There are bus and tram links close by that run regularly into Florence.
Good clean comfortable stay. The tram to Florence isn’t too far which was convenient. Only issue was how light the room was inside with all the lights off. Outside of that no complaints
Terrible Experience – Definitely Not a 4-Star Hotel This Windham hotel was extremely disappointing. It is not a 4-star property—at best, it would qualify as 1 star. • The breakfast was awful, and not worth the money. • Customer service was very poor, especially with the manager, Samira, who seemed untrained in dealing with guests. • The bathroom shower walls were dirty and full of mold, which is unacceptable. • The rooms are very small, and the walls were not properly cleaned. • They even tried to deny me a refund for a breakfast I did not use. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money.
