West Florence Hotel

When you enter to the hotel please becarefull because thieves in the hotel. Last year I went this hotel and in front of reception my backpack was stolen suddenly. I ask the reception to check camera videos however they saif me cameras broken. I asked them to call police, they said me police would come tomorrow. Incredible. Please be carefull.

Rooms are small and feel unclean. Hotel food tastes cheap and not very good. Do not recommend.

I would skip it. I get being rude is part of the Italian culture but the staff were more than rude. I came with 13 of my family members and a couple of them had to change rooms because it smelled like pee. Some of them had fridges some didn’t. My toilet seat was broken and other rooms smelled bad. They gave you a paper with the wifi info and there was no use for it because it was slow. We came with a tour and the “breakfast” was bad. Ham and cheese and some pastries was for breakfast. Apparently they serve breakfast depending on your nationality. Germans had sausages and eggs. They also kicked us out even when people were still eating.

Don’t take the breakfast… The hotel is not near a 4 star they deserve maximum 1-2 the tourism industry must look again .. Accommodation was poor.. The receptionist was talking like he knows everything and the attitude was too much . Room was small with a control of AC which didn’t work and it’s summer… The room although was cool. Breakfast absolutely NOT! You can’t call it a breakfast because when I get I the hall the room was like a bomb hit it .. maybe you can it a sandwich and drink some poor juice but I would suggest not touching anything because maybe you have stomach problems after..
