The Social Hub Florence Lavagnini

Fantastic Stay at The Social Hub Florence! We had a wonderful stay at the Social Hub hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The rooftop pool and bar were definite highlights, with fantastic views that made the experience even more special. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a great variety of options and the perfect way to start the day. Another great surprise was the restaurant in the evening, where a live band created a really cool atmosphere. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore Florence on foot, with the tram conveniently located right outside - easy to get to from the airport. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

I enjoyed our stay and the bed was very comfortable. What is it with the most amazing smelling hand and body soaps in Italy! So wonderfully fragrant! It would be nice to have a carafe of water in the room free of charge. And the only other suggestion would be to add ample lighting in the bathroom for makeup application. The direct light from the ceiling casts shadows and makes it a challenge. Very comfortable, and the rooftop view is marvelous!

Excellent location and amazing customer service. This hotel is best for those who want to meet other people and be social. If you’re looking for a quiet hotel just to sleep this isn’t the place for you. They have a lot of events going on every day and there are so many ways to meet new people. Highly recommend for solo travelers too! The view is stunning and location is perfect to get to anything within a 15 minute walk. I also was content just spending an evening at the hotel too! Also looove the environmentally friendly initiatives in place here!

We took a room at this place to celebrate our honeymoon, and let me tell you - best choice ever! Very nice room, spacious bathroom, pool - perfect for a slow morning or unwinding after walking all day. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. They also gifted us a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate, which was very nice of them. We could also use the gaming room and it was fun to use. The view out the window is 10/10, and there was no noise coming out of other rooms. Couple of things you need to know before booking your stay at TSH: 1. The hotel is a true maze. It has so many elevators, and each of them has a different purpose. Finding the correct elevator for the pool was its own headache. Our first day was spent trying to figure out how to navigate the hotel. 2. The rooftop bar & pool are great, but keep in mind that the pool is really small. Also, the pool closing time is 7 pm, and they enforce it very strictly (after 7pm you can stay but have to put on clothes to stay). 6 to 7 pm is also quite busy, so I’d suggest coming to swim earlier. 3. I would have wanted a bit more shelf space both in the bathroom and in the bedroom. We stayed for 2 days so that wasn’t really a problem, but it would have been nice.
