Starhotels Tuscany

I stayed here previously - which is why I wanted to return, although this time I went for a deluxe room which was very much worth it. I was exhausted from various adventures in Italy and needed to get my flight the next day so the location of this hotel was great! The welcome was great, the room was fab and room service was very welcome. The only downside was not being able to stay for longer, which would have been great as I liked it so much! The bed is comfortable, the lovely large bathroom is brilliant and the bathrobes were VERY welcome. Reception ordered me a cab for the airport and I got there with no problem. I look forward to staying at this hotel again. It’s brilliant! (I am very selective with hotels so it feels particularly good to say this!)

Excellent location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Tram is literally in front of hotel which makes it very convenient to move around. Room is very spacious and clean. The staff recommended a restaurant, Antica Osteria Toscana a block away and the food was absolutely amazing. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.

Having the T2 station right across the street was a very pleasant surprise. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was great, with many options, and very reasonably priced. The "double bed" was closer to king sized. Every Starhotel employee we met during our stay was welcoming, friendly and professional, from the front desk, to the concierge who greeted us at the elevator, the breakfast staff, the maid service as we passed in the hallway, and even the young man we met in the elevator who asked how our stay was going then responded "I'm glad to hear that" when we said we were enjoying our stay.

If you are travelling by car in Tuscany the Starhotels Tuscany is a great option to consider. There is a parking lot at the hotel facility. Easy to reach, avoiding driving in the city. From the hotel it's easy to reach the city center with all the beauties of Florence by a tram, 10 min ride. Very conveniently located. Nice rooms, good breakfast, very friendly and supporting staff. Enjoyed the stay and highly recommend the hotel to other travellers.
