Serristori Palace Residence

Location was perfect! We enjoyed walking everywhere, despite the heat. There was a washer/dryer available to guests, which was SO convenient. The room/layout was terrific. The only downside, which can't be controlled by the proprietor, was the family above us with two small children who insisted on doing parkour and obstacle courses at 5am. 😐 I recommend requesting a room on the second floor. Otherwise, this place was wonderful.

We stayed in an apartment-style rental. The room was great, offering everything my family of 4 needed. I would have rated it 5 stars, but when we requested a transfer to the train station for 4 adults and 7 bags, the attendant ordered a basic taxi that could only uncomforably fit 4 adults and 2 bags at most. We had to stand outside in the blistering heat while the taxi driver called a second taxi, with the meter running.

Amazing location, great rooms, stunning views. Easy entry access if you read the attachment. Walking to everything, away from Tourists. Take a 5min bus to Ponte Vecchio! Also for those who was to have a night out, two of Firenze’s best night clubs are up the hill behind the hotel!

This is a good option for families and travelers who prefer fewer crowds but still want easy access to major attractions. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, but cooking supplies were somewhat lacking if you want to cook proper meals, such as basic seasonings. When we checked in at 5:30 pm, the staff had already left, but the check-in process was very smooth thanks to the instructions we received via WhatsApp. Initially, we encountered a problem with the capsule coffee machine not working properly; although we sent a message via customer service WhatsApp, we never received a reply. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
