The staff and accommodations were perfect. Everyone friendly and helpful especially Antonello. He spoiled us and made us feel so special. We will always remember him with a smile. Thank you, Antonello, for your kind and welcoming reception. You made our stay memorable. Alexandra and Eleonora were so sweet and helpful at checkin and with taxi service. We enjoyed our stay at Room Mate Collection Isabella in Florence. What a beautiful boutique hotel centrally located in Florence, Italy. We highly recommend this hotel.
Prime location, excellent room service, air conditioned , upper ranked 4 star hotel. Breakfast needs improvement ( very basic) but fair for the price . I love this hotel.
What a wonderful hotel. Not only is the location perfect but the staff goes above and beyond. Antonello and Augusto were incredible and made us feel truly special.
Another plus is that the AC works very well.
The only critique I have is that you cannot stream Netflix on the TVs.
Wonderful hotel situated in a great location, all sights are within a reasonable walking distance. My only criticism of the room is the lack of surfaces and plugs. There isn't a typical vanity by the bathroom sink or in the shower so you have a hard time storing any toiletries. There also are only 3 usable plugs in the sleeping area and the mirror is only in the bathroom so if you need to do hair while your spouse showers, you'll have to wait. On the flip side, the AC works wonderfully to the point where I felt like the room was cold!
It's a beautiful room and hotel and I would definitely stay here again. Gucci store is at the doorway.
This hotel was amazing! It is in a perfect location and the staff go above and beyond. The rooms are so clean and breakfast was great. We would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Florence! Ciao 😊
