A perfect place to stay! Especially for a family... spacious bedrooms, excellent bathroom facilities, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a shared living room area. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and charmingly decorated! Convenient, secure parking right next to the property. Communication was excellent, even though we arrived late. Everything was convenient and easily accessible!
Apartment was super clean, communication on point, very helpful staff and we could park our car behind a fance. You have everything you need, washingmachine, hairdryer, ironing board 👌🏼 balcony for the smokers 👍🏼 Had a very nice stay during these hot days!
This was a clean hotel apartment away from the downtown but very close to public transportation. It took about 10-15 minutes to get to the city train station. The room was clean. There was a washing machine and small stove in the unit. But the model is different than a hotel, you won't get cleaning service every day for example. The room decoration was nice. I liked the experience of being in the actual florence residents neighborhood. Florence was kind of middle of our 12 days trip, so it was a convenient change of hotel vibe plus we could wash our clothes and make light meals as there was a small stove and kitchen stuff as well. I didn't take a photo of the room unfortunately but our windows opened to a kind of yard shared by other apartments which I found cute. We arrived a bit early around 1 pm ahead of checking time on Sunday, but I forgot to tell them we will arrive soon, and since it's not a hotel they might not be in the office early. I texted them on booking.com and they replied whitin half an hour and they allowed us early check in which I found very positive.

Everything felt well thought-out and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax after a long day exploring. The location was convenient, and the residence had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Staff were kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. It was the perfect base for our time in Italy. Highly recommend for families looking for space, comfort, and a great experience!
The place was very tidy and spacious - we stayed there with our friends (2 couples, 4 ppl). We were positively surprised by the slippers ♥️ lovely touch! Apartment has a small balcony which is always nice, big table that we could comfortably sit at and well equipped kitchen to make a quick breakfast. We rented a car and we recommend Paying for the private parking, conveniently placed at the end of the street. The street gets busy and all the residents/guests/tourists take all the spots. The receptionist were very nice and welcoming, there was no problem with late checkout and we could pay the tourist tax by card - very convenient. And it's just couple of minutes walk from a tram station that gets you to the old town super quickly. Highly recommend!
