My husband and I absolutely loved Florence and the hotel was a highlight. Gorgeous rooms and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They put out prosecco, dessert and a sweet note for our wedding anniversary. Location is perfect, in the center of everything but the room itself was very quiet. Big comfy bed, great shower and 10/10 all around - would absolutely recommend and stay here again.
We love this boutique hotel that was a converted church with original ceilings and completely modern decor / appointments! Fantastic location and we booked an apartment on the 2nd floor (yes, elevator from ground floor) - 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, great kitchen with modern appliances and washing machine. Main bedroom had a shower and claw tub, both had LED mood lighting controls. Our flight was delayed 6 hours and Anisa gave us all the information to get in after midnight. Nick was so helpful for our entire stay — from restaurant recommendations, to supplies (5 day stay), to sharing tools to fix a broken suitcase before departure (ITA Airways must have dropped it off the plane on arrival in Florence). This was a great stay!

The staff presents such an amazing breakfast catered to your wants. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. We had an early morning excursion and they prepared a breakfast for us the night before with danish, muffins, etc. We requested laundry service and we received our clothes beautifully folded at a very reasonable price. It was the care and attention from the staff that sets this hotel out from the rest. “Check out” time felt more like we were leaving family! Lots of warm hugs as we left! 🤗 💕
My husband and I had a fantastic stay here! The location is nice and central with all things in walking distance. The service was incredible, kind and polite! The breakfast each day was fantastic also. The rooms are also fantastically soundproofed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, making it easy to get anywhere, with a variety of shops, restaurants, and great gelato spots just steps away. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful and spotless, and the breakfast was lovely with a great selection to choose from. We loved everything about our stay and would definitely come back!
