Disappointed to say the least. The location of hotel stands out as the only plus. The pictures of the room online, tactfully hide the size of the room. The shower in the bathroom was a mind numbing trickle of water! The reception staff need to brush up on their hospitality skills. The morning breakfast host was a pleasant guy who made a genuine effort to look after guests. I also have to share that there was a disgustingly obvious stain on the bedsheets, which after I pointed out to the staff was addressed after an hour. Nishi

Stayed at the Relais Uffizi for a couple nights during the week and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and the location is unbeatable. Breakfast was also delicious with a great view of the piazza. We booked the Smart room, which while on the smaller side, was clean, cold (great AC), and exactly what we needed. Would return here again!

the hotel is just amazing. Right in the city center: from the restaurant you can enjoy the view of Palazzo della Signoria, with many continental breakfast choices. Rooms have premium furnitures and the bed is super comfortable. You can also have breakfast in the room! Nespresso machine coffe is also great! Tricky to get there by car but at the end the staff helped with a nearby garage service that took good care of it: our car was brought for us back and forth and especially important: ZTL ticket payment was also included in the garage fee, so we avoided the fine of entering in the city center without having to worry about!

Excellent location, right by the Piazza Della Signoria, you can pretty much see all the sights within 15-20min walk. The entrance is small with reception located on floor 2. Cars cannot reach the entrance as it is in a small alley. We had a deluxe room, the room itself was nice size with tall ceiling. Not much of a view, but was quiet overnight. Most of the time we spent exploring Florence, so didn’t matter too much. The bathroom compared to the room itself was quite small, minimal counter space. The service itself was good overall, however I think the staff could have assisted with luggages, as there are a few steps from the elevator to the reception area. Breakfast was decent, you can choose an item from the menu and eat as much as you want from the buffet which has a small selection of things. Overall, if visiting Florence I would stay here again.
