⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A beautiful hotel and a truly wonderful stay We had the most amazing stay at Palazzo Lorenzo Hotel in Florence and honestly cannot fault a thing! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and full of charm. Our room was spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you could need, including a hairdryer, safe, coffee machine and all the little necessities that make your stay feel easy and relaxing. We had a fantastic night’s sleep too! One of the highlights was the exclusive use of the hotel spa for one hour per room, which included a sauna, steam room, comfortable loungers and two jacuzzi pools. Towels were provided, making it the perfect way to unwind after exploring Florence. ✨ Breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection of fresh fruit, pastries, breads, meats, cheeses, eggs and plenty more to choose from. There really was something for everyone. A special mention has to go to the reception staff, who gave us such a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly helpful when we were choosing a restaurant for my wife’s special birthday and went above and beyond to make it a memorable occasion. ❤️ They were also extremely caring and helpful when my wife unfortunately had a little accident during our stay, which really showed just how lovely and attentive the staff are. We genuinely cannot fault this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning next year… hopefully to explore even more of this beautiful city! 🇮🇹🥰 Thank you Palazzo Lorenzo for making my wife’s 50th birthday trip so special! ❤️

We highly recommend this hotel! It is a small, boutique hotel with a lovely, intimate atmosphere. Everything is elegant, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is excellent, and the private, secure parking is a huge advantage for guests traveling by car. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with fresh, high-quality products every morning. As part of our Booking reservation, we also had access to the spa. It needs to be booked in advance, but that means you have the entire spa area to yourselves. The two jacuzzis and sauna made for a wonderful and relaxing experience. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. We highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely boutique hotel located around a 15 minute walk from the centre of Florence The rooms were of good size with plenty of amenities and the spa facilities were amazing! The breakfast offered at the hotel was also excellent and had a great variety of foods on offer The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful to any queries we had and made our stay all the better! Would highly recommend as a base for those seeking to explore Florence!

The hotel is nice, the rooms are specious and you get 50min free spa access (jacuzzi,Sunna ) the breakfast is average but good to have if you are running on the go on a schedule! The hotel is 20min walk from the center, its a nice walk we did not mind it. The staff are so helpful and professional specially Alessandro! Recommend if you are looking for something away from the noise and center and if you are staying for more than 3 nights.
