Novotel Firenze Nord Aeroporto

The carpet is nasty and stained. Furnitures are so old and really need to be replaced. The room in general makes me feel gross to stay in. Bathroom makes me feel like gym bathroom, which is dusty and moldy.

The average close-to-airport hotel. Nothing fancy but clean. Gives me the feeling of a trade fair hotel from the 90's with latte walls and strange lamp switches that turn or shut off ten different lights in the room in a seemingly random configuration. OK breakfast with good coffee. Super dangerous parking garage if you have a larger car than a Fiat tipo. Nice and friendly staff.

Okay let me get this straight we came all the way from Florida and we are staying in Florence Italy for 2 days and so we get into the hotel we got the room there was a cockroach on the wall and we couldn’t even kill it because it went before we could even kill it plus the carpets have stains like what do you mean this is 3.9 stars this deserves one star if I could give it 0 I would and the beds smelled even WORSE. the beds sheets smelled like someone slept in it and they didn’t change the sheets and the pillows are really uncomfortable and we were trying to find a hotel to sleep in. Because we were driving for like the past 2 hours trying to find a hotel but we had no choice so we had to go to this hotel and the carpets a nearly stained we had to change rooms because there was a cockroach and the bed sheets were also wet and the fact that this is 3.9 stars if was very small and what do you mean that there was two charging places in the bathroom but one in the bed area?? Like what did they expect we were going to charge our phones into the bathroom?? Do not stay here the staff members are even worse like they called us two times and reminded us that we needed to check out and we were already getting ready to so i don’t know why they called so do not stay here you will NOT and I mean NOT enjoy this stay.

I enoyed my stay in this hotel. Strategic position, close to the autostrada, spacious, modern and very clean rooms, professional and kind staff. My special thanks go to the breakfast... great variety of high quality food, Letizia with her very attentive service, kindness, smile made us truly feel at home. I recommend this hotel. Thank you!
