Wonderful location and excellent staff! 👏
Special thanks to the housekeeping team — even though we stayed for only one night, our entire room was thoroughly cleaned and well taken care of.
The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of choices. The waitress was also absolutely lovely, friendly, and attentive. She made our coffee and brought it to us with a smile, which made the experience even more pleasant.
The hotel is quiet and peaceful, and communication with the staff was very easy and pleasant.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended! ❤️
The location of the Hotel was perfect, if you search something calm but near to florence. The hotel was perfect for the price. The breakfast was expected in Italy. Pastry, cake, coffee - typical stuff. Please keep in mind Italy has not the biggest breakfast culture.
However, we were overwhelmed by the service especially by Mr. Luis Sulvare who seems to be a powerhouse colleague for the hotel. We assume it would be less good without him. Every question, desire or wish was handled by him with ease and a smile.

You come for breakfast: on your left — sneakers, on your right — croissants.

I would recommend this place without hesitation! From the moment I entered, I was greeted by the exceptionally friendly staff, which set the tone for a wonderful stay.
