Hotel Santa Maria Novella

We stayed in the flowers suite which was really nice inside. The windows all pointed towards the center area where all the buildingbac units were which was not so nice. There is a small patio which looks cool but was not so usable with the smell outside. Not sure what the family upstairs from us was doing until 11pm every night, sounded like they were moving furniture around? Minor issues aside we enjoyed our stay and really liked the inside part of the suite, it was big spacious, clean and well maintained. It suited us well for our stay in florence.

We're upgrading to a better room today but the was no hair conditioner for my wife and not a good way to start our stay. Very well designed rooms overlooking the square.

Very nice! The rooms and service are great! The breakfast was also good, lots of choices. Rooftop had great view of the square.

Hard pillows not withstanding, this Hotel is close to everything and provides everything you would desire while staying in old Florence. We walka couple of private fed everywhere and had a great time. I'm guessing every room is slightly different. Ours had a balcony that opened onto a couple residences off the street.
