Hotel Pierre

This is literally a 10/10 hotel. The staff is just so lovely! Daniel made us resos at this phenomenal restaurant - 10/10 Reco. Please ask the staff for local food recommendations - you won't be disappointed. We were upgraded even without asking and that made the experience even better. We needed an additional twin bed and it was setup super quickly! The hotel rooms are beautiful, clean, well-stocked with amenities and washrooms are spacious. The overall hotel is super cute, very clean and has such an upbeat vibe. There's a bar downstairs and the bartender (Bruno) was SO awesome! He made a special drink for us - also 10/10. The location is spectacular. Steps to the main square, shops and designer boutiques. Can't say enough good things!!! Highly recommended!!

Hotel Calimala was exceptional from start to finish. The modern rooms were beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, providing the perfect retreat right in the heart of Florence's central, walkable district. We thoroughly enjoyed the incredible food and amazing city views at the rooftop restaurant, but what truly elevated our stay was the fantastic staff, whose warm hospitality and attentive service went above and beyond. I highly recommend Hotel Calimala to anyone visiting Florence and can’t wait to return.

Pretty nice hotel! A bit pricy for what it offers but it’s not half bad, especially given the location. The bar they have is pretty neat too! Honestly what I liked the most about the hotel is the staff. Bruno especially was amazing!! I’ve talked to him quite a lot and he’s super helpful and sweet. He gave me really good recommendations for places to check, and he seemed so happy! To be honest he kinda made my whole trip. I won’t remember this statue or this random building, but the people I met like him! I’m super happy and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Best Best Best Hotel in Florence. Been to Florence several times and this time around, hands down this establishment takes the Platinum Award! From the hotel itself definitely a 5 star accommodation, to the incredible service from Daniel at the front desk who set the tone for our stay, to the two Brunos bar and ftont (outstanding), Angelo, the Bell guy, our housekeeper (Gina), and all the staff! We loved Hotel Calimala so much that we are thinking about coming back with our friends from all over the world!
