Staff were fantastic!
The moment we walked in we were warmly welcomed by the staff.
The entire stay they were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I wasn’t able to catch everyones names but Megan, Sophia, Amir were great, along with the gentleman with curly hair, the lady with glasses who helped organise our taxi and the lady with short dark hair and English accent.
Great location. Rooms are beautiful and clean with a great view.
It was a short stay for my family and I but we will definitely be back to Hotel Milu.

My husband and I stayed at Milu Hotel in July 2026 during our 2 week honeymoon, and it was our favorite hotel from the trip! The location is fantastic, we didn't have any issues taking our bags from the train station to here. The hotel and room design is very lovely and clean. The A/C (air conditioning) worked fantastic, which was one of my main priorities when booking. Our favorite part of the hotel however was the top floor area. In the morning, the hotel provides a generous breakfast that you can eat on the rooftop patio. And the rest of the day they have bar beverages available for purchase. They also have a self-serve coffee station and water dispenser both available 24/7. The convenience of these amenities was truly a game changer and made our stay so much more comfortable! We highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again the next time we're in Florence.
Wonderful stay at Hotel Hotel Milu Florence. The staff were warm, attentive and made us feel right at home, and the location was perfect for exploring the city with shops and attractions just a short walk away. Highly recommend for a relaxed and convenient base in Florence.
Hotel Milu was outstanding! The service was very helpful and friendly, particularly Megan at the front desk and the young woman who manned the breakfast buffet. They were responsive to emails before our visit to help us set up transportation for an excursion. We loved the coffee/hot chocolate machine on the 5th floor, as well as the lovely breakfast. It was in a great, safe location from which explore Florence by foot. The hotel had great artwork throughout and modern decor. I gave the room got 4 stars because the air conditioner never cooled the room fully overnight. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel though!

The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to so many of Florence’s major attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, clean, and incredibly comfortable.
What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the front desk staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly personable, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They always greeted us with a smile and were constantly ready to help with recommendations, directions, reservations, or anything else we needed. Their hospitality made us feel so cared for throughout our stay.
Hotel Milù played a huge part in making our Florence experience so memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!
